Excellent experience by Jocky Tours
We had a fantastic experience with Jocky Tours all the way from asking the quotation/planning Safari, payment terms and execution which is Safari itself.
Jack was with us whole time, he is very good, experienced and professional guide. We felt super relaxed and safe being with him throughout our Safari for 3 days. He is knowledgeable and have so much information. He made sure to show us all animals (including big fives) by driving all around in Masai Mara park. The vehicle was kept clean everyday.
There are lot of minor details to ensure good experience we had. Jocky Tours have organised everything for us in a best way.

BEST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE, A DREAM COME TRUE
This safari was life changing. The access to animals viewing was so well.
Our guide Willy was so experienced, knowledgeable. He made the safari so much more than we could ever had imagined. We saw up close the big 5. The lodges was all 5 star and exceptional. Well worth asking for tree house style accommodation. It was beyond perfect.
If you want an expert guide, ask for Willy, you will not be disappointed.

A great trip
A safari trip I feel very lucky to have chosen this travel agency, the boss Martin is very reliable and very patient, the price is reasonable, really very recommended. Special praise to the driver and tour guide Sammy, he is very experienced, very understanding of animal knowledge, including birds, cheerful personality is very good to get along with a few days to get along with him to become a good friend. In the journey, he is our guide, but also our male mother, but also male bodyguard to protect all the way forward safely. Even when we all gave up looking for certain animals sometimes, he was very focused on not giving up. He also has "Maasai vision," which allows him to quickly spot distant animals, and can also be very brave and safe in pursuit, always stopping for the best view for us to watch and shoot. After the first day of getting along, we already trust him very much and believe that he will give us the best choice every time! Because fellow pedestrians like the company's surrounding T-shirts and hats very much, the boss also specially found someone to send us very moved! Hope to see you again next time

Ayub is the best of the best! We saw the big 5, & so much more! His eye is unmatched!
I highly recommend Ayub, my guide—he was top tier. When we were telling other people what we had seen, they couldn’t believe it.
Serengeti Clarity (SC) was one of a few outfits I had reached out to and what I liked was Frank’s quick responses on WhatsApp. However, that didn’t always work in our favor as he indicated that our flights were included in the WhatsApp conversation but not the pdf. My advice to you is IF IT’S NOT IN THE PRESENTATION PDF IT IS NOT INCLUDED. So have every company you do business with itemize every single thing that is in your package. Is it full board? Which excursions are included in the price? Which specific accommodations? If you are arranging your own flights, which time is best for your itinerary? Think all that through. Frank was really apologetic about the mistake and went out of his way to make it up to us. I think that is the important takeaway from this scenario.
Having said that, you are probably wondering why my review is still so high—my Safari was just that amazing.
Frank gave me several options in my price range and I just did your standard reading pf reviews to find accommodations I was happy with. Every hotel was as described and we never paid for food only wine at the hotels.
One of the things that set SC apart beyond Ayub, was the food. We were stuffed everyday from scrumptious homemade meals. There was none of the boxed meals so many outfits provided. We had a full spread family style meal at every lunch in the field. It felt more special and less like I was a kid in elementary school on a field trip. They also provided wine or beer as an option.
Every place we went asked about food allergies and sincerely went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The hospitality here was top notch.
At the end of the day, every outfit visits the same place. The vehicles for safari are interchangeable; the people you entrust with your safety are not. I am glad we took our chance on Serengeti Clarity because I gained a lifetime of memories for having done so. Hakuna Matata

Humphrey and Deo were awesome guides!
Our group of young people loved our safari experience. The group spent the previous week with the church community of Uswaa and the safari was a great finale to our trip. We enjoyed having knowledgeable and fun guides that enabled us to see and learn as much as possible.
Brenda and the staff were very accommodating to our group's needs.
I'm grateful that we trusted Tanzania Choice Safaris with our group's once in a lifetime experience. Our group was able to make some great memories on safari!

The best safari experience
Our family had the best 3-days safari tour in Tanzania! Many thanks to Ene who helped to disign the tour according to our wishes and our tour guide/driver Abdul who knows a lot about animals and their habits. We really enjoyed our nights at the Baobab Tented Camp and Siafu Lodge. Both places are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. At Siafu Lodge my husband was surprised by the staff members in his birthday morning - a freshly baked birthday cake! Estonian flag in front of the Lodge made us feel home. So, Siafu Tanzania Safaris Ltd is not just a safari tour operator but they are trustful and they really care of their customers. Thank you!

Great guide, but improve city driving, vehicle condition, and dietary requirement handling.
I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience provided by our safari guide. His expertise and keen eye were evident as he spotted most animals before any of us did, all while driving. His ability to navigate and provide insightful commentary greatly enhanced our safari experience.
However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. The drive through the city felt quite fast and aggressive at times, which made me a bit anxious about the possibility of a collision. A more relaxed driving pace would contribute to a safer and more comfortable experience for passengers.
The safari vehicle itself felt somewhat old and worn. Specifically, the door handle on my side was not functioning, making it impossible to open the door from inside the vehicle. Additionally, I was unable to open my window, which detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the safari.
Moreover, despite emailing and confirming our dietary requirements in advance, there was an issue with my son's meal. He has an egg allergy, yet he received a meal containing eggs and had to rely on snacks and medication as a result. After bringing this to the driver's attention, all subsequent meals were accurate and met our needs. I appreciate the prompt resolution but believe that more attention to dietary requirements from the start would prevent such issues.
In conclusion, while the safari guide's expertise and the overall experience were commendable, addressing these areas would significantly enhance the quality of service. Thank you for considering this feedback.
