Where do I start!! Lion king prepared the best safari ever. They were so friendly and super responsive. We started the Safari as tourists and left as friends. I did some requests. For example I cannot take oily food and as soon as I arrive at the camp/hotel the managers reached me to offer me the best food without oil. My husband had his birthday when we were at the serengeti, we ended up with a cake and dancing with the staff. We had Charles as a guide in Arusha and Oswald during the safari. They were so nice. We spent 5 days with Oswald, no words are enough to thank him. Literally we were treated the best way. In fact we are missing him now. Anything we needed Oswald was to the rescue. He did the best so we could see all the animals. Lion king staff you rock. Thanks for making this dream come true. And thanks for treating each group as an individuals not just a number. I can write a whole essay saying how good they are.

During our trip in the nationalparks Arusha, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara we had the most incredible and amazing experience with Serengeti Smile.

Our guide, Champion, is well-experienced, knows all the good spots, made sure we had the best views during our game drives and always kept us safe. Couldn’t ask for more, it was a fantastic holiday. Huge shout out to Sox and his team at Okavango Exploration Safaris. We have just returned from our 12 day mobile camping safari in Botswana. We met in Maun and then travelled through both the Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park river front, ending our trip at Victoria Falls. It was such a wonderful holiday, we all loved every minute of it. There were so many animals, it was amazing. We booked a private tour with 7 of us, which was the perfect amount to fit nicely in the jeep and around the dinner table. I believe you can also book individually and Sox will put a group together for you. The camping was very comfortable, with quick hot water showers and your own bush toilet at the back of each tent. All meals were provided and we especially loved the morning tea and sundowner drinks on the front of the jeep whilst out on safari. We chose the fully serviced safari, so the team did all the work, making it very relaxing for us. It was a very special holiday and I can’t wait to do it again, would highly recommend.

Put a huge smile on my face!
Very happy about the trip: everything was always done as planned and the itinerary was beautiful. All accommodation was lovely and comfortable. The food was delicious and yummy vegetarian options were organised.
Our guide Champion was excellent! He has superhuman eyes and spotted so many animals👀 he was always very helpful, answered all questions and accommodated all our needs.
Overall, very impressive and wonderful experience with this tour!

Amazing trip with the best guide ever!!
We booked a family safari with Serengeti Smile and it went perfectly!! They customised the trip for us so to meet our needs. When we arrived on the trip, everything was perfectly arranged. Vegetarians were well catered for, and the route was amazing.
Our tour operator - Champion - was particularly outstanding!! He is super knowledgeable and was always able to get the best spots when spotting animals, particularly the very popular ones. Got some incredible cheetah photos thanks to him.
