Amazing experience with an incredible familiy
Thank you Kilimanjaro Heroes Adventures ! We’ve just come back from an incredible experience over the Lemosho Route. Landscapes were amazing and the final ascent was epic ! What an amount of memories we have now :)
It was an 8-day outstanding trek with an incredible team :
- Tammy : very good guide with a perfect english and very good skills in french as well, he has taken care of us very well during the whole experience, and especially for the D day. Cherry on the calendar, he is an incredible leader of the team, especially when it comes to sing for us for any celebration (welcome, team presentation, summit celebration, etc.)
- Manu : also a very good guide, always encouraging us, very motivating and speaking a perfect english as well. Made us discover very nice songs during the hikes :)
- Rajabu : the cooker ! Amazing dishes, we ate sooo much and sooo good during the week, thanks for the extra energy !
- Jimmy : he took care of us on the camp perfectly during the whole week. The best “waiter” we could have expected, thank you so much Jimmy !
- all the other porters : Rabison, Denis, Ally, August, Jonas, Juma, Kadri
- and of course the amazing Nickyyyyyy !

Amazing Guide and Chef
We had an absolutely marvelous time with Suricata Safaris. Our guide, Mandela, was a sweetheart, always positive, very friendly and reliable, answering all of our questions. The food was remarkable, our chef, Tito, prepared amazing food with great variety and always brought joy to the camp table. We would choose Suricata again!

Don't look further. These guys are the best in terms of price vs quality
Did a 4-day Safari and a 6-day Kilimanjaro (Machame) with these guys. They seem to be a smaller company, but that is the positive side of it. They reply fast, remember what your questions or concerns were. So you don't get the feeling of some big travel agency where several people reply to your emails not knowing what the previous one promised.
If you go for the Kilimanjaro - definitely ask for SAM as a guide, JUSTIN as the asistent guide and OBAMA as the chef.
This team makes it an EXPERIENCE and not a struggle. All of us made it to the top enjoying it.
Cannot recommend them more. We really enjoyed it thanks to them.

Amazing!
Our holiday was great thanks to Traipsing Africa! Sandra helped us really good by helping us pick the right accommodation and flights which were the most convenient for our stay.
The accommodation was very neat and clean and everything was available. The food at the Buffalo Rock camp in the Kruger Park was great, including the chef. Due to various allergies we could not eat everything, but the chef had no problem to take that in consideration and if needed cook something else. Overal it was a great experience, far above our expectations!

Mind Blowing!
I recently had an unforgettable safari with peak season Africa safaris that I highly recommend. Fredrick was our initial point of contact and was incredibly helpful and prompt with all WhatsApp messages and emails, making the planning process smooth. Prices were very reasonable and everything could be customized according to a set budget
Our driver, Sebastian, was super friendly and informative, taking us to unique and breathtaking locations during our game drives. The accommodations chosen were top-notch, offering comfort and convenience amidst the wild landscapes, and nothing was too much trouble for the team.
This safari organized by peak season safaris was one of the most wonderful experiences I have ever had, showcasing the beauty of nature in its purest form. From witnessing lions and elephants to countless zebras, it was a magical and original experience. I would happily return after exploring more of the world and highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Five years ago we contacted Rob Morley and Tailormade Africa to discuss a safari trip. Rob arranged a convenient time to come for dinner and drinks to meet us, find out about who we were as people and what we were hoping to get out of the trip. Shortly after he provided us with an itinerary that was quickly finalised and had us ready to go the summer of 2020. Unfortunately, Covid got in the way and we had to cancel our trip. That wasn’t going to stop Rob from helping us experience the dream trip of a lifetime. Rob and his team stayed in close touch with us, keeping us up to date on changes and progression of trips starting again. Due to personal reasons we had to postpone until July 2024. That only spurred Rob on to ensure we had the holiday of a lifetime to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Multiple phone calls, emails, discussions (with the occasional drink thrown in) about wishes saw us looking at the perfect itinerary. The attention to detail, provision of information, handling of transfers (both by plane and car) ensured we only had to enjoy our trip and take in the scenery. Rob and Tailormade Africa covered every detail and eventuality taking all pressures off of us. We started with two nights in Giraffe Manor where we had a wonderful up close and personal experience with the giraffes. Our guide, Ally with Masai Wanderings, picked us up and we went to Tarangire National Park and stayed in the picturesque Camp Ndovu. The first night we watched a family of elephants walk past on their way home. The staff were super friendly and looked after us so well. It was then on to Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater. Even with the ‘free African massage’ provided by the roads, Ally was amazing ensuring we not only saw everything, but he taught us all about the country, people and culture. Polepole became our mantra during the trip in order to immerse ourselves in the moment. Our final stop was the Central Serengeti staying at Little Moru Camp. A temporary camp only open a few months a year that delivered the most. Outstanding staff who made you feel like you were family, friend and special guest all at once. Our final night there saw us presented with an anniversary cake, celebration with staff and other guests and our own special sunset celebration. All courtesy of Rob Morley and Tailormade Africa. We finished our trip with a week on Pemba Island staying at The Manta Resort. We cannot explain how restful, calm, beautiful, and amazing this resort is. The most pristine, soft sanded beach we have ever experienced. Staff who only wish to ensure you are relaxed and taken care of, from scuba diving to your next cocktail. Rob set up a WhatsApp group to allow us to be able to stay in touch at a moments notice should any problems occur during the trip. The only contact we had to make was to send him a photo every day of the wonders we experienced. We truly know how fortunate we are to have been able to go on a safari. However, we also know the advice, guidance, support, knowledge, and attention to who we were as people allowed Rob and Tailormade Africa to put together the best second honeymoon/trip of a lifetime. Rob, we cannot thank you and the team at Tailormade Africa for everything you all did to make this trip exceed our dreams.
