Perfect operator for arranging gorilla tracking with a child. Excellent service!
5/5

We have contacted Encounter Africa Safaris to arrange a gorilla and chimp tracking permit for our 12 year old child. Everything went sursprisingly smooth although we contacted the company only a couple of weeks before our arrival and planned trekking date. Their service is exceptional and we can recommend them with all our hearts. We felt that we were really taken care of for the whole time. I need to emphasize that we did not buy a package tour from them (we travelled Uganda self-driving witj a rental car), but just the gorilla and chimp tracking permits. Still, we enjoyed a 5 star service from Encounter Safaris. Their email responses were prompy and precise. Our guide and main contact Patrick Atalyeba was immensly helpful. He kept in touch with us for our whole journey, consulted our itinerary, advised as to the accomodation. He contacted local people to explain to us the way through Bwindi to QENP which we did by ourselves with a car. If you are planning a trip to Uganda or need any help while being there Encounter Safaris is a place to start with. We enjoyed our trip very much. Thank you for everything!

Interesting experience
5/5

I really like our communications with Professional Safari Africa (exactly with Angela). We've got really long correspondence about everything I need to know before. Be sure, it was really everything. They answered really fast and complete. They even made a special offer for us. That makes them flexible and customer oriented.
About safari. It was the very first time for us for something like that. But we really liked as safari as organization of it. Also we absolutly liked offered for us lodge.
Thank you! Hope see you soon!

This was an extraordinary trip, a 7 day Safari to Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo.

We were much more than pleased by our experience, the beauty of Kenya, his people and the wildlife.

Really big koodos to Mike-Mike, our guide and driver for the week and the owner of Best Memory Safaris, Isaak.

Both of them did a fabulous job. Hope to go back!

Awesome safari in Kruger Park!

5/5

We took a 3 day Kruger Park Safari while on our honeymoon. Our guide was Nicky, and she was absolutely incredible. The drives were good, and the passion Nicky transmited was the highlight of our experience. The accommodation and food included was really nice. We definitely reccommend Wild Wing Safaris!

The service and expertise is unparalleled!
5/5

I am a travel agent in Atlanta. This was my second experience in dealing with this company. Back again after a seemless first experience. This time 21 passengers (executives) with many moving parts to say the least. Andy managed to stay one step ahead at all times. Incredible communication and response time. Using What’s app we were able to connect as our groups needs morphed every step of the way in real time. Rarely have I dealt with such a level of expertise and care. To top it off the execs are just back and to sum their reviews up “beyond anything they could have imagined!” BUCKHEAD Travel Partners highly recommends and we will be back!!

16 incredible days all over the country - from Kidepo-Valley to Rwenzori, from river Nile to Bwindi
5/5

At the beginning of December 2018 we decided to make an East-Africa-Trip and bought flight tickets to Entebbe via Addis Ababa and Zanzibar. We had the challenge to organize our trip to Ethiopia (7 days), Zanzibar (5 days) and to Uganda (16 days) in only 2 weeks before departure.

Fortunately I discovered the website www.safaribookings.com which enabled us to get offers from three tour operators in Uganda whithin 24 hours. Thanks a lot for this really good service.

Biggest thanks to Mukisa Safaris with Richard who made all our dreams come true. He fullfilled all our whishes and modificatiins in case of planning the 16-days-route and also to include a five-day-trek to the awesome Rwenzori Mountains. Every requests were answered promptly with good guidance.

At the Entebbe-Airport we were really warm welcomed by our two guides Joane and John and all of the Mukisa-Members. Then we started directly our trip with our 4x4 Toyota Van across the country to Kidepo Valley NP, to Murchison Falls NP, to Rwenzori Mountains and finally via Queen Elizabeth NP to the unforgettable Bwindi Impenetrable NP. Thank Joan and John we had a lot of fun, learned a lot about nature, have seen all the great nature and animals and people, we felt very safe and had most of the time a good wlan-collection. :) The accomodations at lodges or tented lodges were clean, nice and comfortable, the meals also were fine and delicious.

Uganda Is characterized by a very big variety of beautiful landscapes, unbelievable nature and very friendly people. From the awesome Rwenzori Mountains, to the great Bwindi Rainforest, from animals at river Nile to remote Kidepo Valley. We loved it very much.

So thank you so much Mukisa Safaris for this unforgettable yourney with deep impressions and long lasting memories. We wish you all the best, Joane, John and Richard.
