Great but details are sketchy!
On the whole the trip was amazing. The beach hotel was beautiful with great food. The safari was made by the guides, they were absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and really interesting and we saw so many animals. The downsides were that the first day of the safari started at 3am and we stepped from the plane into the jeep. By the time we stoped for coffee and a small cake at 10am we were starving. Lunch at 1pm and then nothing until dinner at 7.30pm. We received no itinerary so didn’t expect to go straight off on safari. The days ended at 4pm, the lodge only had cold water and dinner wasn’t until 7.30pm. It would have been good to have known this so we could have taken snacks and ensured we had what we needed with us. We were told it was a bush walk and boat safari on day 1 but that was actually day 2. No info at all on itinerary or what to expect. The bush walk was incredible, wished it had lasted longer. The guides were amazing as were the Maasai.

Excellent
We selected ThinkScene Safaris ourselves from the US because we preferred not to engage a consultant. They compiled an itinerary that perfectly captured everything we wanted to experience in Africa. The entire trip was fantastic. We were eager to see wildlife, and Maasai Mara and Amboseli National Parks provided the ideal settings for encountering the animals we had always dreamed of seeing. We were able to observe many creatures up close, and our guides were both experienced and knowledgeable. I asked countless questions, and our guide always responded with patience and expertise. The meals and lodges were excellent, offering great value even though we had many specific requests. I credit my incredible experience to Philip of ThinkScene Safaris. Thank you for an unforgettable journey!

Review of My Safari Experience
Safari Destinations: Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara
I recently went on a safari to Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara, and it was an unforgettable experience. Initially, I struggled to find a good organization to book the safari, but once I found this company, I immediately felt confident about my choice.
A big thanks to Innocent for organizing everything and keeping the communication clear and easy. His help made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I also want to give a shout-out to our guide, Charlie. He made the trip a lot of fun with his knowledge and friendly attitude. It felt like we were exploring with a friend who knew all the best spots and facts.
Overall, I felt like we got great value for our money. The service and the entire experience were definitely worth it.
Thanks again to Innocent and Charlie for making this safari such a great adventure!

The best operator
I spent two weeks solo with this tour operator in 2023, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I was picked up at the airport and taken to my hotel—which was the best accommodation imaginable—I knew I was in good hands. Over the next 12 days, I explored Samburu National Park, Ol Pejeta, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Amboseli National Park, and both West and East Tsavo. My driver, Eliphas, did an outstanding job. He was not only kind and friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. Throughout the trip, he provided valuable information about the terrain, wildlife, and national parks. I highly recommend this operator to anyone looking for a safari in East Africa.

Pure Luck or chaotic safari?
I don't know where to start to be honest.. this will be long. I spoke to the tour organizer fiona through WhatsApp she sounded lovely and I felt very comfortable and that I can trust her since it was my first safari and my birthday celebration. We decided to pay extra to be with her even though we had different companies.
To start off, the person that had to pick us up was 4 hours late . So we had to go to lunch and immediately rushing to masai mara. The driver was driving very fast With good intentions that he wanted us to be able to see the park. Which resulted in a bad accident on day 1. My head banged against the windows of the van and the rocks on the floor. Van flipped completely on the floor due to the driver rushing [ not a great start for a first day]. I did speak to fiona and she offered to refund us the money and take me to the hospital. At this point I didn't have much of a choice because we were in the middle of a camp and I'd loose all the time that I planned for. so truly my only choice was to keep going unfortunately...As it was near impossible to find another safari on the spot. I was thankfully okay after a few days. I did ask for change of car and driver and that was granted. Besides that it was very Unorganized, moved randomly, rushed, incorrect information given. PDF given as decoration nothing is followed on that PDF she gives you. No proper communication. [ ] Where it says optional- not really optional someone changed their mind and they had nowhere to go so they were forced to pay.Different companies compiled in one car which caused plans to change and lost time = frustration
[ ] On day 3 said we would relax at hotel did it happen? No as I said random and disorganized. We lost time and I felt like i was constantly rushed which also caused the second driver to loose his excitement as it was frustration constantly instead of joy... you get what you pay for... did I see the big five? Yes thank God I didn't expect that at all. Am I disappointed absolutely. The tour coordinator didnt not want to take accountability for accident but later apologized for all the wrong things thay kept happening every single day. which I appreciated some things were not in her hands but there is definitely room for improving or maybe it's just pure bad luck for us? Side note; I did speak with someone else that we met and was dealing with inspired feet and they also complained of disorganized and communication issues.

is another world
Kenya is a fascinating experience, it allows you to get to know a reality very different from the European one. The management of the natural parks is very good although very expensive and certainly their landscapes are very great and the drivers (at least the one that touched us) expert when it comes to locating animals (lions, cheetahs, rhinoceroses).
DRIVERS IN KENYA should be more careful when driving. I was really scared many days because the way of driving there is horrible.

Beautiful country with many animals
Kenya is a very beautiful country with many animals. We were able to spot many animals and had a great experience. The guides keep each other informed where the wild animals can be found. It is definitely recommended to do this with a guide because Masai Mara is very large. We stayed in a lodge just outside the NP and that was a super nice lodge. Kenya definitely worth going to.
