Musa was very helpful, easy to reach and the safari was well organized.
5/5

We were picked up on time by Mike. He was very friendly and in a good mood. He explained a lot and answered all our questions. He went out of his way to make sure we saw the big 5. It was a great safari overall. Highly recommended.

Best safari guide
5/5

We recently went on a safari with Jocky Tours and felt compelled to leave a 5-star rating, not for the company itself, but specifically for our exceptional guide, John. From start to finish, John made our experience unforgettable. He showcased his deep knowledge of the wildlife, was incredibly kind and funny, and most importantly, he was always respectful of the animals and their space. He made sure to show us everything we requested and truly enhanced our safari adventure.

However, our high rating is largely due to John’s performance and not the overall experience with Jocky Tours. While the guide was outstanding, the company's office staff could use some improvement. The mid-range accommodations were inconsistent; one night’s lodging did not justify the extra cost we paid.

If you’re considering Jocky Tours, I highly recommend requesting John as your guide to ensure a memorable safari experience.

Very reliable, kind, sweet hearted people....guaranteed amazing experience.
5/5

In June 2024, I embarked on a 5-day journey along the Machame route to Kilimanjaro with Kiliclimb Africa. Despite having no prior experience and lacking essential hiking gear, the team provided a comprehensive package that included necessary items like hiking shoes, jackets, and sleeping bags—all at a very reasonable price.

My friend and I were accompanied by a dedicated team of 10, including porters, chefs, and guides. Throughout the trip, we faced numerous challenges, but the crew was always there, offering support and encouragement every step of the way. Hiking 10-12 km daily was no easy feat, but our head guide made the time pass quickly with engaging conversations about music, movies, our countries, and more.

At one point, I experienced severe altitude sickness. The guides were incredibly patient, helping me through it, no matter how slow I walked or how often I needed to rest. Their care and commitment made all the difference.

And then, there's the food—after each grueling hike, nothing was more satisfying than being greeted with delicious meals. We were treated to a variety of cuisines daily. I’ve never been a fan of soup or vegetables, but out there, everything tasted amazing, thanks to the chef who clearly put his heart into every dish. The welcome dance performed by the crew was a refreshing and energizing start to each day.

Reaching the peak was an unforgettable achievement, and I owe it all to the incredible team. Although my friend couldn’t make it to the top, he was well taken care of. After our descent, we were surprised with a beautiful cake and thoughtful gifts to celebrate our achievements—a truly sweet gesture.

In short, this journey was one I will always cherish. I’ll never forget our guide, Baraka, and the entire crew who made this experience so special. Thanks to Kiliclimb Africa for making the planning process smooth and for being accessible at any hour. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Terrible, horrible company ,I received personal threats
1/5

We needed to end our 13-day trip early due to health reasons, but because of their mistake, they didn't tell us what we paid. After we asked the price and paid, they told us that we forgot to pay. Now when it comes to refunding, they have a very bad attitude and told us that it is our fault. They didn't tell us when we went to pay. After repeated inquiries, they gave the wrong price. When refunding, they didn't admit that they forgot the correct fee. When I refunded, they forced me to write a letter of commitment saying that I agreed to refund only 300 US dollars. It's terrible. I don't agree and I'm not satisfied, but the staff told me that I must write it, otherwise I can't leave the office. I'm scared because their office is small and dark. I'm really scared of what they will do to me if I don't write that I agree to refund. And they lie. It's bad. Very bad. After canceling the rest of the trip, the total price was $5,000, and they refunded me $300 in 13 days. They also threatened and intimidated me. I will tell everyone. This is terrible.

Camptrek is a reliable and trustable safari agency that provide reasonable quotation!
5/5

Booking a trip to a distant place like Kenya can be pretty daunting. When we first tried to book in March for an August visit, we found out that most accommodations were already fully booked. Luckily, we discovered Camptrek and managed to secure a great place to stay at a reasonable rate (On the side note: It might be a good idea to include Hell’s Gate as an optional component to avoid any confusion).

We traveled in a Land Cruiser, just as we requested, with our driver, John. The car was in good condition and kept clean. John was enthusiastic about finding animals for us and made sure we caught the beautiful sunset by constantly checking the rearview mirror. Communication was a breeze since John spoke good English and provided interesting insights about the local flora and fauna.

Overall, the trip was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it.

4/5

The were very puntual. The safari was great!. The food was very poor (a very little hamburger whit 5 chips).
When we was going back, the car broked down. We wait 20 minutes in the road and another tour guide picked up us and dropped off in our hotel.
We recommend this tour!

Entertaining day in the national park
5/5

We were on a business trip and therefore only had the Sunday for an activity, which was used for the Pilanesberg National Park. It was excellent. Especially our driver "Petros" was convincing. With wit and African humor we went on a game drive. The highlight was a leopard that ran out of the bush right in front of the car. It was always fun with "Petros" and he was able to show us lots of animals (elephants, giraffes, crocodiles, wildebeest, etc.). I would book again in a heartbeat.
Greetings to "Petros"
