Beyond expectations
This was our first trip to Africa and Kenya. We were initially not sure of what to expect; however having completed the trip can say that it was an awesome experience. Special mention has to be made of Muli. His ever smiling face and friendly demeanor made the trip even more enjoyable. He was an excellent guide and adept tracker. Thank you once again and looking forward to be back in the not so distant future!

Animals, animals, animals... and best care!
We did a 3-day safari to Tsavo East and Tsavo West and were very excited about it! We were super cared for at any time and could see a lot of animals from a few meters away!
The accommodations were in good condition and also with the food everyone can find something. Right next to the lodges are waterholes that are often visited by animals.
All in all so great, really recommendable!

Perfect
I booked a tour to South Luangwa NP and it was absolutely perfect. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t had to worry about anything during my stay. The driving was excellent as well and no other company could give that trip for a better rate as well!

Outof this world
The tour was great. The driver and the cook were really good at what they do. The driver got us some exciting views on the animals, and the cook fed us afterwards to complete the amazing experience. We saw countless lions, cheetahs, zebras, guiraffs and so on. After 4 days, I couldn't believe that I just witnessed all that, many times being only inches away.
The hotel where you stay at before and after the safari could be fixed up a bit, but you don't care, since you still are under the impression of what you saw. They also picked us up and drove us to the airport.

Incredibly priced! You will not find a better value-for-money safari company than this!
I have spent days and days trawling through the internet trying to find the best budget safari. Everything was so expensive! However, Big Time Safari offered great prices. Our guide, Lawrence, couldn't have been better. He knew facts about every single animal in the Mara, from hunting habits to gestation periods. He was kind and knowledgeable, but not imposing or domineering. Not to mention, he also had an incredible eye for spotting animals (exactly what you want!).
I've had two safaris with Big Time now, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Both times were perfect. They are the best!

Once in a lifetime experience.
Our experience with Africa Flash MC was incredible. Peter was great at communicating and provided us with several options to ensure the best trip possible for me and my friends. Our driver, Patrick, was so friendly and full of awesome facts! We got to see the Big 5 in the first two hours of our trip and so much more over the following days. We always felt safe and comfortable, Patrick was truly the best!

Communication far from clear, the tours were good.
Our tour started half-an-hour late, and when the driver arrived he didn't know our names, nor our itinerary we had paid for (therefore we changed the order of the parks).
Charles is a good and professional driver, and he was friendly and helpful.
What our driver obviously was not informed about by the company, was that we had agreed (before paying) that we could be in the parks for as long as we wanted. We were disappointed that this did not happen.

Went to the Arusha NP. Clear communication, great tour, highly recommended.
Florent came by our hotel in order to sort out our last minute booking and details of the tour. This helped a lot, and the tour reflected our communication.
Our driver, John, was really helpful with anything we needed, the car was comfortable, and in general, the trip was really rewarding. The walking safari was really great as well, the park ranger at Arusha NP was professional and made our tour enjoyable.
