I wholeheartedly suggest the safari experience offered by Amshar Serengeti Adventures.
Amshar Serengeti Adventures provided me with an amazing trip! John, our guide, knew a great deal about the surrounding wildlife and plants. His passion for conservation was evident the entire time the tour was conducted. The lodgings were comfortable and the agenda was well-planned. For anyone looking for something genuinely exceptional, I wholeheartedly suggest the safari experience offered by Amshar Serengeti Adventures.

A fantastic and memorable experience!
We booked our safari in Amboseli through Kuoni, and Edward was our driver in Kenya, picking us up in Nairobi, driving us around Amboseli National Park and dropping us back at the train station at the end. We felt safe with Edward and learnt so much about the amazing wildlife that he showed us. He knew exactly where to go and timed everything to perfection. He answered questions about the animals and had so much knowledge. It was an absolute pleasure having him as our guide. A lovely man with a cheeky sense of humour, he made us feel at ease and took time and patience to track down all the animals we wanted to see. We would thoroughly recommend Edward as a safari guide and we hope to meet him again in the future for another fun, exciting and memorable Safari!

luxury hotels with indian-like scamming feeling
My tour was a 4 day safari with visit to lake Nakuru and the Maasai Mara national park. I also paid 180 USD to visit some landmarks in Nairobi. The hotels booked were above my expectations, one had a terrific view on the lake.I could see the animals and I had a cultural visit on the Maasai village.I chose one of the most expensive tours, so that I wouldn't need to haggle, yet to my surprise it proved to be the contrary. My driver Tony wouldn't follow our agreement,so I couldn't visit Nairobi and we toured Maasai Mara only one out of the two booked days. He started the tour as late as possible,so we could only take a glimpse of the nocturnal living leopards and lions.Any trial to bring him to reason would result in little punishments (for example I couldn't see how the leopard killed the impala or I had to stay one afternoon at the hotel without safari).Instead of visiting Nairobi,we went to lake Naivasha, where initially it was agreed that I had to pay only 50 Euros yet as we got closer the price reached 150 Euros and when I told him we should turn back it went down to just 3000 shillings paid to his Kikuyu friend for unnecessary guidance services. We were stopping the whole time in different souvenir shops were I had to buy the people drinks and where my driver offered me no assistance in determining what is the fair price for an item resulting in paying double prices as that in the airport even after haggling.During our trip the driver would never talk and if he would, it would be begging for food, tobacco, shampoo, money or giving some false information like trying to manipulate me into double paying for the park fees in lake Nakuru. I contacted the office for help, yet they told me that he doesn't work for them so I should forgive him. They didn't offer me any money back for the places we didn't visit, because of the driver's choice or any link, so that I could share my experience with the world.

Too expensive for a bad safari.
Too expensive for a bad safari.
I saw very few animals. The driver did not show or look for animals that the passengers themselves saw, that was it. The driver was talking loudly to other drivers and on the phone all the time, not paying attention to the passengers. I was promised there would be 5 more passengers, but I was the 7th. It was a mixed group, living in different places. Also, living in the middle category did not always meet the standard. Compared to my first safari in Kenya, which was perfect, this one was downright bad. I do not recommend anyone to apply for this company. So they are not SafariBookings.

Very organised and trustworthy
We have booked a 4 day safari trip with this company. They provided us with good accomodation in beautiful lodges providing us with freshly cooked lunches and heart warming dinners. The guide Francis was very helpful, he accomodated us during the 4 days when we wanted to take pics he was very patient and he was very knowledgeable of the parks, the animals, trees and birds. Serengeti african safaris provided us with the experience of a lifetime. We also booked the materuni waterfalls excursion and the hot springs and we had Kelvin as a guide who was also very profesdional. Everything was well organised. Serafina our organiser was always reachable through whatsapp. Highly recommended.

Excellent organization of the trip, no detail overlooked!!
We (family of 3) traveled to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti in February 2024. Our tour operator was Zumbe Safaris, located in Arusha. Martin and his team did an excellent job of planning our itinerary, making the necessary reservations at various camps, arranging for entry tickets, etc. They also picked out a superb driver (Amani) for us, who is a wonderful person, not to mention extremely knowledgeable naturalist.
Our itinerary took us to Tarangire (day 1), Ngorongoro rim (day 2), Serengeti (day 3, 4), back to Ngorongoro crater (day 5), Manyara (day 6). We were lucky to see plenty of wildlife - Wildebest, zebra, several antelope species, elephants, lions, giraffe, hyenas, cheetahs, leopards, hippos, and a huge variety of birds. Also visited the Olduvai Gorge museum in Ngorongoro, founded by Mary Leakey. Great journey through time and human evolution.
I'd recommend Zumbe Safaris for your Tanzania wildlife excursion without any hesitation!!

An efficient, professional and reliable company delivering 1st Class Safaris & memorable experiences
From my initial enquiry to Morning Star I found communication easy , via email or WhatsApp.

The trip itself was the best ever.
From airport pick up to drop off all transfers went smoothly.
We kicked off with a 6 day Safari from the Masai Mara down to Amboseli N.P.
The 4x4 Toyota Landcruiser was comfortable, reliable and well maintained.
Our driver and guide , ( Alex) Masila is an excellent driver and a passionate wildlife and ecology enthusiast with a wealth of knowledge on flora and fauna.
He is bubbly, engaging and informative on a host of subjects be it culture, food , politics etc.
We were lucky enough to see lots of birds and animals including the Big 5.
The final week of the trip was at the coast.
We travelled down from Emali to Mombasa on the impressively renovated rail network.
At Diani Sea resort( as with all the accommodations) we were looked after very well and enjoyed a relaxing time with lots of good food, drinks, entertainment and a memorable snorkelling Safari.
Whilst in Nairobi we stopped off at the Morning Star office and had a chance to meet the dedicated team.
In essence, the whole family has had a fantastic and memorable holiday.
Many thanks to the Morning Star team for helping to make this happen!

Morningstar are an absolutely amazing company who can provide tailor made holidays.
Morningstar have been excellent with their communication and respond promptly to any queries.
Alice was very patient with us as the itinerary changed many times. Her recommendations were perfect for our holiday of a lifetime and we have created many special memories.
They have gone above and beyond for us and even made it possible to see where my Mum in law grew up in Nairobi and arranged school visits.
The safari experience was absolutely incredible thanks to our tour guides Alex and Rono who had amazing driving skills and a talent for spotting so many animals. We managed to see the big 5 within 3 days!!
We cannot thank them both enough and we highly recommend this company who looked after us all very well. Please do not hesitate to book with Morningstar as you will not be disappointed. Thanks a million again!! It's been a very special and memorable experience.

a personalised, reassuring and carefully considered service.
Rob was very empathetic and took time to get to know us and understand our interests and what we wanted from the trip, giving careful consideration that we would be travelling with our 7 year old daughter.
Everything on the trip went smoothly, but we were very reassured that Rob was on hand at any time if something unexpected had happened. We had an amazing trip and made magical memories that we will never forget with experienced and knowledgeable guides in a variety of locations and always with a personal and warm service, that felt completely genuine. We would highly recommend Tailormade Africa and hope to book with them again in the future.

A tour operator that crafts perfect safaris, combining expert planning with incredible local insight
Our 4-day safari was an amazing experience, thanks to Solomon, who organised everything perfectly and tailored the trip exactly to what we wanted. Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater were stunning, and our tour guide Danny was an absolute legend – he packed in so much information and made the whole experience even better. The visit to the local village was a great touch, too. My sister and I had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a better-organised trip!
