Excellent service
5/5

We had a fantastic trip to Tanzania with Paka Adventures. We wanted it all; beach, safari, Kilimanjaro. Toghether with Paka we made the perfect trip, just for us... First a couple of days on the beach sout of Dar Es Salaam, then safari, then Kilimanjaro and at the end a week at Zanzibar. The advices we got on where to go, number of days, routes on Kilimanjaro etc etc was excellent and we're so glad for all the advices we got along the way. The guides were fantastic! Both on the safari and on Kilimanjaro the guides made our day(s and weeks)! Also the follow up from Paka along the way made us feel really attend to the whole time we were there. If there were changes (like a cancelled flight), they informed us immediately and made sure we had activities for the time until the next flight.

Excellent tour company which provided us a unbelievable safari in Kenya and Tanzania
5/5

Four of us did a safari with KET in late February. It was a great trip. Initially I contacted 4 Kenya based safari companies. All 4 had positive reviews on Trip Advisor. All 4 quickly responded with a recommended itinerary. I choose KET as they were the only company whose response fully covered the items I had in my request. Specifically the ability to include game reserves in both Kenya and Tanzania. The catch here is that a country specific guide is required and tour company had to hand us off between guides and Land Cruisers. The lead time on getting the safari arranged and booked was less than 2 months from our departure date. There were a few times that we had a lag on getting responses on emails, but as long as I sent emails from KET web site (as opposed to directly to their email address) I always received a prompt response.

We visited Masia Mara, Serengeti, Ngoro Ngoro, and Amboseli. All the game reserves were great. Similar, but also unique it their own way. Lodging at Ashnil Mara Camp, Mbalegeti Lodge, and Ol Tukai Lodge was outstanding. All were nicer that we expected. Great rooms, excellent food, and incredible service. We also stayed at Ganako Lodge near Ngoro Ngoro. Although we were the only guests we still experienced excellent service.

Both guides, Francis in Kenya and Ozzie in Tanzania were excellent. They both were extremely knowledgeable and did everything they could to make our trip enjoyable. They know you are there to see as many animals as possible and they delivered from their constant communications with other guides.

One final note – given we were on Safari in late February we were not there for the great migration at Masia Mara, but more importantly we missed the crowds. The lodges were about 30% full which was great. We consistently were on our own during game drives and only occasionally came across other Land Cruisers. We were always able to spend as much time as we wanted everywhere we went. A case in point, is in the Serengeti was watched a leopard in a tree for at least 15 minutes. We were told that doing high season, we would have been surrounded by Land Cruisers and been limited to only a few minutes. Additionally, we were able to see the start of the great migration in the Serengeti. Just amazing, but without the crowds.

I highly recommend Paul and Kenya Expresso Tours And Safaris. Honestly the trip, the service, the cost, the entire experience could not have been better.

Local but great & Liliable Company.
5/5

My first impression of Uganda was a little terrifying because I couldn't relate anything that I know to Denmark, where I come from! But then I met the drivers and guides from Cul Tours and Safaris they was the greatest people I ever met! They thought me about Uganda and made me feel safe and enjoy my time with them on the tour around in Uganda! They really showed us the Uganda culture and we got it under our fingernails! They are making a lot of fun, and you get the feeling that you are becoming very good friends! I will recommend them to everybody who wants to see the Uganda culture and just to experienced what Uganda have to offer!

Excellent!!!
5/5

Michelle at Thorn Bush Safaris did a great job planning our safari. She took the ideas we had for a safari and made the best recommendations for the itinerary and activities. We spent two nights in Victoria falls and four nights in Botswana. Each of the lodges chosen were different from each other and gave us different experiences. All of the planning was seamless and we never felt disconnected from the planning. The flight we had scheduled out of Botswana was discontinued and before the airline ever let us know, Michelle was already contacting us and contacting the airline on our behalf. Thorn Bush Safaris was amazing!

Top one day trip to Ngorongoro Crater!!!
5/5

As a single traveler in Tanzania I was looking for a group to join for a Ngorongoro Crater tour, as my budget was limited. I was very lucky to get in contact with Mega Adventures, after couple negative answers from other touroperators. First of all they found a group for me to join even just for one day. As the group has already started the tour, guys from Mega Adventures organised everything for me in order to meet the group in certain lodge in the evening and continue safari with them next morning. Communication and organisation was excellent as well as care that Mega Adventures crew provided to me. Seeing that a single traveler is not very often interesting for companies, this is not a case for Mega Adventures. I appreciate a lot the way they treat a traveler and they give even more than traveler expects in order to provide him/her the best high quality experience. Nothing is a problem for them and make customer happy is their main aim. I recommend Mega Adventures to everyone, because these guys know what they do and they do it great! If I come back to Tanzania, I will definetely choose them again for any adventure. I wish there will be more companies like Mega Adventures who understand that traveler is not only source of money but first of all human who seeks authentic experience during the trip!!

Flawless, hassle free, friendly service
5/5

Hello,

We had the most amazing time at Anantara in Bazaruto. Everything was organised and went without a hitch. We felt like royalty, in no small part I am sure, thanks to Mary Keet's "behind the scenes" organising. The service was so good, we could not fault any part of the trip.

There were special surprises everywhere for us and we were spoilt to the point where we were almost considering not going home :-)

I would recommend your excellent service to anyone that wants to travel within Africa. It was a delight working with you.

Totally awesome experience
5/5

We approached Jude from Masihambe Afrika Tours via word of mouth. We found her to be hugely passionate and knowledgeable about Africa and sold us on the trip before we left; the experience lived up to and exceeded our expectations.
Jude was extremely approachable, listened to our wish list and tailored our trip to meet all our requirements. She was also accommodating in allowing us to self organise any part of the trip ie airfares.
Overall a first class experience.

First I would like to thank our very knowledgeable tour guide (Moses), he made this an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. The weather was wonderful that day it was not too hot and the wind was a little breezy. We stayed about an hour from Lake Manyara National Park, and the drive from the hotel to the park was as beautiful as I have never seen before. The land was green and beautiful people everywhere.
When you get to the park you are greeted by a troop of baboons and free WiFi, so don't be shy to post pictures when you are there. The drive through the park you see beautiful birds like the African grey hornbill, then you will see giraffes and herds of elephants. The tour only gets better from there especially when you visit the hippo pool and get very close to more elephants crossing the road. The herds of African Buffalo are very eye catching notably when they start shaking their heads.
Moses had packed a very tantalizing lunch that included some sandwiches and some of Tanzanian best foods like samosa, chapati, kitumbua, many other eatables and some drinks and desert.
The highlight apart from the whole enjoyment, was Moses who had a nice vehicle for a Safari and as a local he knew the best places and times to see the animals as they come out to feed or relax.
