I had planned to go on safari this September but due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to go. They gave me a full refund and were very understanding of the situation. Great safari experience
We have booked one-week safari with Safari Multiways. We were a family of four( two small kids, 8 and 10yrs old). First, communication with Romeo was great, he was very patient and kind. He adapted the tour to our requests, he replied quickly and showed a lot of flexibility. He also booked us great accommodation. Then we were lucky to have Simba as our driver guide. He was an excellent driver ( very important when tou have small children and the road is difficult), knowledgeable and kind. We have spent a great week. Fully recommend Safari Multiways. The tour operator was great!

Bad service
Bad service, 1 day waited 3 hours at a gas station, 2 day safari ended at 2 p.m., 3 days no safari, just drove around, even drove to another country and dropped off 1 person. There was no response to a complaint.
