I will be back!
5/5

Have had such nice experience during last years safari celebrating my birthday! It was a private tour for four people. South west Uganda, Lk Mburo, Bushara island, Gorilla trekking, QENP, Murchison falls and some more. Had a first smaller safari with a group of 15 people in 2011 combining Uganda Tanzania, so this will be third time returning. Am right now planning a trip late december 2017 with my teenage kids and mother. Really looking forward to it and can warmly recommend Mamaland Safaris!

Exceptional Experience Start to Finish
5/5

The trip to Rwanda and Kenya was exceptionally well prepared and executed. The staff at Extraordinary Journeys has direct hands-on relationships with local guides and tour operators providing the most VIP experiences for customers. The pre-departure call was critical and every detail is reviewed: air, hotels, itinerary, add-on experiences... everything! The quality of service is the highest I have received and therefore the safari itself was beyond my best expectations. The guides (Anderson in Kigali, Loyce at the Rwandan gorillas, Gladys at Mara North Conservancy) were the best. The timing was perfect: exactly the right amount of time for each experience. 100% satisfied!!

Great experience!
5/5

We had a great time in Rwanda and Congo, the experience of the Lava lake in Congo was amazing, breathtaking view! a once in a lifetime experience! Same for the gorillias.
A bit of a challenge for the trekking when not use to altitude-so be ready- but definitely worth it!
The gorillia experience was one our favorite, we really enjoyed it and the information provided by the national park guide were really interesting.
The genocide memorial in Kigali was a must see to understand what happened in Rwanda.

The lodge was good, they get local products (and that is good) and they did their best with what is available on the spot and to please you.
Banabas our guide was really dedicated to us and especially on our safety, making his best for making everything happen in the best way. we would definitely recommend him, very nice , interesting and pleasant guy.
The vehicule was very good, well maintained ,adapted and comfortable.
We really appreciated the community walk close by the lodge .

Classic Journeys Africa was perfect in every way
5/5

Classic Journeys Africa assisted me with stay in Kenya. They were wonderful and perfect in every way. Mathew Jackson was holding a sign with my name as soon as I came out of customs with my luggage. He spoke English and was very professional. His vehicle was clean and bottled water was provided. He transferred me to my resort and ensured I was greeted and taken care of by the local resort staff before leaving. Matthew collected me the following morning for a tour of Nairobi that included a visit to the Giraffe Center and the Elephant Orphanage (tours that I selected). Matthew ensured I was at each tour on time and even offered to stop at a local bead store where I received a tour and was able to shop (don't miss this bead store when you are in Nairobi...local single mothers make all the bead jewelry and it's truly a wonderful place benefiting these women and their children). Matthew then ensured I was at the airport for my onward journey to Rwanda. When I came back to Nairobi on my return I was once again greeted by Mathew and transferred to another local airport hotel (that I arranged). Mathew assisted with getting me a nice room and late check out. Classic Journeys Africa appears to have all the connections to ensure a pleasant vacation in Kenya and all around Africa. I will use them again on my return to Africa. Thank you for an amazing vacation and one that was flawless because of your service and support.

Ten feathers in their cap
5/5

PaperJet Travel and Justin went out of their way to make sure that we left our safari trip in South Africa with many life lasting memories! The accommodations were simply stunning and far exceeded our expectations. The wildlife interactions were extremely special and quickly adapted to the wild safari life style - early morning wake-ups aided of course by a superb team looking after us with culinary treats of all sorts, sundowners, delicious dinners and lazy massages! What a privilege it was to also enjoy a jog alongside two other guests in the middle of a giant wilderness area in Sabi Sands, followed by a lone ranger to keep us safe! We were also spoilt with a wonderful champagne candlelit dinner on our final evening by the Kirkman's family which was very personalized. We were very impressed by both our guides, Andre' Scrimnger (Ngala Private Game Reserve) and Mathew Poole (Kirkman's Kamp), for their expertise, knowledge and professionalism and cannot wait to make a return journey.

Last but not least - it has always been my dream to see a leopard and after searching for two full days with no luck, our guide Matt (Poole), came to breakfast with his leopard onesie to break the jinx (which he did). Seeing Matt in that leopard outfit made my safari trip the most memorable one - that passion and commitment he gave to us was most touching!

Thank you PaperJet Travel and Justin for making this trip simply unforgettable!

An Epic time with Epic people and great views
5/5

We had an awesome time with Daniel and his crew.! Everything was perfect and organized greatly, Ive never met anyone so dedicated to what they do and wow- what a knowledge aboout the places and animals. The camps were intresting and what I loved about it was the fact that Ive never done anything like it before. And to sleep out in the bush was an amazing experience.

Overall a great safari with everything you need and most of all thanks do Daniel and his crew for a memorable time. We are defintely coming back again. This time with the kids... :)

The best combo is to do safari and the hit staright to Zanzibar and have a few days there. Such a lovely trip it was!

very lucky to meet Tony
5/5

We have been very lucky to meet Tony's Agency in Kasane! He has organized the best experience that we could live in Botswana: a safari in Savuti Area camping 2 nights in the bush! He has been very friendly, taking care of us all time! He loves his job, he transmits his passion following the tracks and photographing, he has a lot of knowledges about the animals and the bush! I recommend Tony for a complete&authentic adventure!

Fraud - None of our reservations were made despite pre-payment. Do not send them your money!!
1/5

We pre-paid for a 7-day safari and 7-day Kilimanjaro trek. Despite pre-paying in full before arrival, none of our reservations had been made as promised. The owner also reversed the order of our safari and mountain trek without notifying us until we arrived. As of this writing, Bramwel Safaris owes me more than $5,000 USD which they are unable to pay.

If you send this company money, you risk arriving in Tanzania with nothing -- no hotels or lodges, no guides, no park fees paid. There is a word for this - it is called theft.

Shooting Dutch tv show on lake vic/the nile/murchison falls
4/5

I have worked together with Encounter Africa Safaris on a Dutch TV production. EAF made all the arrangements like media cards, accommodation, transportation, permits etc. They are reliable and fun to work with. As tv productions most of the time turn out to be a bit hectic, and especially a specific "outdoor/rafting" kind of show like we did, i must say they did very well. Even last minute chances and request were no problem.
I would recommend them as a local fixer/production partner.
