Great Safari company
My partner and I did a 5 day Nakuru and Masai Mara safari in December 2024 and had a wonderful experience. This was my 6th safari so the bar was set high and I was happy with everything. Our guide and driver Patrick, took good care of us and was very knowledgeable. He made it his priority to find the big 5 for us. We stayed at Lion Hill game lodge in Lake Nakuru National Park, the room we had was ok and the buffet was really good. In Masai Mara we had a luxury room at Prideinn Mara camp and loved it! It was located in the park so it was very convenient for our game drives. I’ve never had so many close encounters with big cats as we did on this trip. Overall we would recommend Shanjoy.

Exceptionally well organised
Our trip was so well organised from Ilona, any changes we made to the original itinerary was not a problem for her and every single detail was well thought out and well communicated to us during the trip with the staff.
The accommodation was exactly what we were looking for in our price range.
I highly recommend Ilona to everyone.

Friendly and professional
For our trip to the northern parcs of Tanzania we were referred to Kiriwe Travel. We went on a two week safari with guide Gift. Gift was an excellent guide with lots of knowledge and experience. He was very flexible and he listened to our wishes. During our trip, there was an issue with a camp reservation we made ourselves. Frank (company owner/manager) took care of it, we did not need to worry. Also a last minute change to our travel plan was no problem. We highly recommend Kiriwe.

Great Professional Company
4 day/3 night safari booked with Mountain Warriors. I chose this company as the initial quote and conversations with Rehema were very professional and any questions I had were answered instantly. They provided the itinerary for exactly what we were after.
We stayed in Zanzibar the week before Safari and back again after the Safari.
All transport to and from the airport was exceptional and very professional.
Flights were all booked to and from Zanzibar for us with only one issue for our flight back to Zanzibar but with no fault from Mountain Warriors. The airline (Flight Link) had obviously over subscribed the flight and changed our booking to fly from a different airport. This would have been no problem if they had informed Mountain Warriors beforehand about this but they hadn’t. We arrived at the airport luckily in plenty of time only to be told our booking at had been moved to a different airport. I contacted Rehema via whatsapp to ask for help where she instantly jumped into action and spoke with the airline on our behalf. During this the owner of Mountain Warriors met us at the airport to resolve the issue. He got us on to another flight that was leaving at the same time as our original flight and from the same airport. This level of customer service is unheard of in the UK and is a massive credit to such a professional customer focussed company.
Accommodation whilst on Safari both at the Mountain View lodge and the Into Wild Africa Serengeti park glamping site was out of this world we couldn’t have experienced better service or level of comfort from these two sites both offering a level of luxury not expected whilst on safari let alone anywhere else.
The safari itself was out of this world where we were lucky enough to see the big 5 in one morning. Our guide Innocent was exceptional in finding what we wanted to see and got there promptly and safely. He was very knowledgeable and a very nice person to be with.
Lunch whilst on safari was not what we expected at all. Every day was fresh hot lunches of rice, potato’s, vegetables, curry’s, stir fry’s, fruit, hot drinks, cold drinks put it this way we didn’t go hungry.
My only negative would be regarding tipping. We did plenty of research regarding this both via the internet and our travel agent who had been on a safari previously. The general consensus was that $20-25 per day per couple was appropriate for the guide. We received a message from Rehema the day before our Safari stating that the “minimum” tip should be $30 per person per day. This took us by surprise and obviously had not accounted for this before we travelled to Zanzibar the week before and for a trip costing a large sum ($3800) was disproportionate especially with the advice we had received from other people and research carried out.
If such a large tip is the norm this should be built in to the cost of the trip or informed on booking.
We tipped our guide with what we thought was appropriate.
Just a small negative for such a great trip we had and at the end of the day it’s up to the individual to tip what they feel is appropriate
Great company would highly recommend.

Africa Barefoot Safaris is the best reliable tour operator in Bangalore.
We had an amazing experience with these guys. We were introduced to them by our friend and the day the communication began with them until we finished and landed back, Prajwal was always in touch guiding us through out. She and Wilson, together had a great plan on how we spend our days and it was hazel free though out.
Prajwal has a good experience touring herself in Africa and Wilson, our guide is full of Knowledge on the game rides.
It was our first Africa wildlife trip and Prajwal made it smooth and memorable one for lifetime!
I highly recommend Africa Barefoot Safaris if you want to have a best experience!
Prajwal, Wilson, You guys rock!! 🤘😀

Excellent
We had a great experience on Safari with axis. Amazing communication and support prior to the trip from Lucy, who helped us find the safari that suited our time and budget the best. Sir Charles was a great guide, who made sure we saw all the animals we hoped for, great spots for pictures, answered our (many!) questions and made sure we had a great time overall! I have used Axis safari before, as I was recommended them from friends, and can only recommend booking with them!

Great tour, great guide, cook and agency. Beautiful nature respects people. Hakuna Matata.

The best way to get to know and fall in love with Tanzania in 2 weeks
When we booked the safari, we had many doubts, after all you are in contact with people you don't know or have close contact with, but after meeting Benji, his friendliness, his professionalism, his knowledge of the parks, animals, his deep passion for transmitting what Tanzania is all about, made us fall in love. I 100% recommend his services, a totally flexible safari, and he also speaks Spanish. We were able to make the most of the trip, visiting the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Easy Lake and many more places recommended by Benji. Totally recommendable with a cost below that of the major tour operators.

Glad I chose this company @ Ecovic Tours
What an amazing 09 days in Uganda with Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda! We booked the 09-Uganda Primates & Wildlife Safari.
My partner and I were lucky enough to be shown around by our wonderful guide, Gerald. Gerald was warm and friendly from the first day to the last. Each day was filled with new information, enthusiasm and pleasant conversation. We always felt that our interest was the priority and Gerald would do whatever he could to accommodate. We were even invited for Gerald’s birthday - something which was very interesting! The tour itself was well organised with Vincent answering any questions we had beforehand. It is great value for the incredible experience. We would highly recommend Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda!

Flexible to our needs with friendly, helpful staff
We had a great time in Botswana, camping and canoeing in the Okavango Delta with Mokoro and walking safaris. Saw lots of wildlife and learnt a lot from our guides.
Mark was very helpful in arranging extra transport and visits for us, thank
you Mark!
