Beyond Expectations.
I could have given more stars but I can only give 5 stars. This was our 4th safari to Africa but the first booking with Australken and we booked for gorilla safaris as I was going to be in Uganda for work so I thought that after I finished ,my family of six can join me and I was really happy with the arrangement's that Zippy made for us , my son,s enjoyed the expedition so much, it was nice to see tears in their eyes, as this what they really wanted to do for a long time. I am looking forward to coming back and doing a real safari with Australken.

Jason worked diligently, generously, congenially, and with complete knowledge of the camps, experiences, and costs of what was available. We exchanged many emails during which time he was informative, courteous, prompt, and proactive. He tailor made the trip that was right for me, listing to all of my needs and requirements. The two camps I visited, and by his recommendation, were absolutely flawless in terms of amenities, service, ambiance, excellent meals, creative surprises, and excellent animal viewing... The trip was successful and memorable beyond my wildest dreams. I highly recommend Jason and Paperjet.

Safe pair of hands
Ker and Downey made us feel looked after all the way. The bespoke itinerary was exactly what we were looking for, and they even threw in some nice surprises. Their agent met us for breakfast during our stop in Cape Town, and had very useful local knowledge and recommendations.

Road to another planet
I had only day in Karamoja region and I Paul from Karamoja Wilderness Expeditions was my guide there. It was amazing! Paul is a wonderful guy who loves this land and people. We were in village and next day it was a small hike to the mountains. It was one of the best experiences in my life.

Extremely personalized and top class service
I highly recommend Red Africa.
The service provided by them since the booking was excellent and they delivered above expectations. The guide Jaco, who is a savanna passionate and knowledgeable professional, provided an outstanding overview of Kruger’s wild life, including a tour with in-depth explanations which was much better than the regular tours offered by the park. Besides that, he was very flexible to adapt and attend our needs.

Out of this world
I recently returned from a 9 day safari in Tanzania. Oltesh Shange was my driver and guide and since there was no one else booked for this particular tour, I had personal attention from the moment he picked me up to the moment he dropped me back at the airport to return home to New York.
All of the accommodations were stellar, the food was stellar and the staff at every lodge/camp went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
Oltesh has been a guide for many years and he is extremely knowledgeable about the animals, their habits, their locations and the best places to scout them out.
He is personable, has a great sense of humor and very, very helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is planning a trip to Tanzania.
He is also Maasai and knows how to communicate with the tribes, which made it helpful when I wanted to buy things or ask questions.
Oltesh definitely made a trip one I will never forget.

I was very happy with the level of service Kiliholiday's offers. Mack was very flexible and helpful. He was very responsive from the very beginning. I know a lot of people may worry about paying the deposit in advance but this is crucial for Mack to prebook you lodges, or campsites. As well as organize your plane tickets as this is also possible.
I flew from Zanzibar - totally efficient check-in at the airport even though the terminal is operating 100% manually.
Guys were waiting for us at the airport already, even though the flight was 45 minutes ahead of schedule!
We have started our adventure with Bakar - our guide and driver. We have seen the big 5! Enjoyed every moment of our 4 days Safari Game. Seen so many animals, the real beauty of Africa. Tanzania is truly beautiful!
The night at Serengeti Central camp? Absolutely stunning! Need to do!
