As a solo mother, I was initially apprehensive, but from the moment we met him, I knew we had lucked out. With 20 years of experience as a guide, Peter is not only an incredible source of knowledge but also calm, confident, and someone we felt completely safe with—an absolute professional.
Peter tailored our safari to suit both me and my daughter, ensuring she was just as engaged and excited as I was. He was brilliant with her, keeping her entertained with fun facts and stories while also allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the beauty of the reserve. His determination and expertise in tracking wildlife were exceptional—he seemed to know exactly where to go and who to call to find the most incredible sightings. Thanks to him, we were among the first to see a lioness in all her glory, an experience we will never forget.
Throughout our trip, we saw giraffes, hippos, and countless other animals, and even enjoyed a breathtaking lunch watching elephants bathe right in front of us. Our visit to a Maasai village was another highlight—my daughter even got to join their school for a bit, which was such a special and immersive experience.
Peter is kind, respectful, and incredibly thoughtful, making our journey both magical and seamless. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Our trip was a private 4 day safari of Tsavo East/West and Ambroseli with our guide Cornelius in a large Toyota Landcruiser. The lodges we stayed at we very good as was the food. Cornelius was an excellent guide with eyes like a hawk! he found so many animals that we would have missed if not for his intervention. We are in our 70's and found the 4 day trip to be long enough, in fact we were ready to go to Diani Beach for a rest. Top marks to Explorer Kenya who presented us with a faultless and wonderful experience.

Great safari and nice people
We had a 5 days/ 4 nights budget safari tour with mountain warriors and it was wonderful (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Manyara).
The communication with Rosemary and the whole team was very easy, we got an fast answer to every question we had and she planned the tour just like we wanted it.
On safari, we had a awesome time. Our guide Mbwana was great, he had so much information for us, drove very savely and was eager to show us everything and all the animals there are. He didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile so we wouldn’t miss anything.
Also our chef, Pasco, did a wonderful job, the food was always delicious, freshly made and had quite a variation. The campsites were very basic, but dinner by Pasco definitely made up for it.
We‘d always come back and definitely recommend mountain warriors for your safari experience.

This safari tour was an amazing experience. Seeing the wild animals living peacefully in their natural environment is something we will never forget. The organisation was absolutely perfect. We were informed about every step of the tour and Winnie was always there for us via Whatsapp.
Also a big thank you to our driver Michael, who was the nicest person ever and to our safari guide, who had lots of interesting facts about the wildlife in Africa.
An in all it was a perfect trip.

This is an unforgettable, awe-inspiring, and highly cost-effective trip.
January is the off-peak season in Kenya, and we, four adults with one child, embarked on this journey. Although we opted for a shared itinerary, there were no other guests, so the five of us had a vehicle all to ourselves, making the trip exceptionally comfortable. Prior to the trip, Hellen from the travel agency was extremely patient in answering all my questions via email. The hotel accommodations throughout the journey were just as promised at the time of booking, truly excellent. After a long day of Safari, we were all well taken care of with great service. I would especially recommend our guide, Evans. His driving skills are top-notch, and he is incredibly adept at spotting animals, ensuring we saw all the wildlife we wished to see. He also sought out the best spots for photography, catering to our photographic needs. Moreover, Evans is warm-hearted and cheerful, always ready to assist other drivers during the trip, gathering more animal intelligence, and sharing his knowledge with us in a very professional manner. I have already recommended Evans to my friends, and we are likely to visit again! It was truly an exceptional trip!

Amazing Time with an Amazing Guide!
Amazing communication, very good tour guides (Rodger JungleRoam). The amount being paid is perfect for the wonders of the safari that is provided. Place to sleep was very nice, provided a fire and meals. Definitely recommend booking with your guide Rodger or Dribon! They went up and beyond what we expected making our tour out of this world! 10/10
