Well organized, professional and courteous
We did safari as part of a tour group with Savanna Explorers. Everything was well-organized and professional. Our guide Michael Saraj was exceptional. He was courteous and professional throughout. He was highly knowledgeable about the animals and birds and provided insights about Serengeti and the region. He has excellent instincts about where to spot animals. It was a pleasure to have him as the guide.

Amazing experience!
Simon the Safari Monster was absolutely amazing! He explained everything we asked about the animals, the plants, the landscape and the culture. He guided us right to the big 5 as well as so many others we lost count! We even got to see a cheetah stalk, hunt and kill her prey! Namayani was our organizer and she did a great job from the first message to the departure of our flight.

Perfect organization and assistance
We booked a budget 6-days Safari group (7 persons) tour with Jocky Tours to visit Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli parks. The communication, assistance and clearness of staff was excellent from beginning. Once picked-up from hotel, the real and amazing experience started: Joseph, the super experienced, kind and gentle driver, brought us to discover the beauty of african savannah with all landscapes, trees and animals. We could see all the big 5 and plenty of different species, living within their habitat. We spent four nights in two beautiful and authentic tend camps (Kilimanjaro view was Amazing) and also relaxed one night in a semi-luxury resort in Nakuru. This was exactly the kind of dream we had about Kenya and african experience.

Our first trip to the Masai Mara was beautifully planned by Africa Barefoot Safari, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Prajwal took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and curated an itinerary that was perfect for us. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive, checking in at every stage and ensuring every detail was taken care of. From transport and accommodation to every little detail in between, everything was seamless from start to finish.
The highlight was our guide, Patrick. He was the most wonderful person we met on this journey and truly became family. His knowledge, patience, warmth, and genuine passion for wildlife made every game drive unforgettable. From witnessing the Great Migration to countless incredible sightings. I was also fortunate to celebrate my birthday during the trip, and Patrick went above and beyond to make it incredibly special.
Africa Barefoot Safari didn't just organize a safari, they created memories we'll cherish for a lifetime. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Best Holiday Ever!
We had a fantastic 10-day Tanzania Safari tour with our guide, Musa. We're a family travelling with two teenagers, and the teens have rated it the "best holiday ever"! Musa was friendly, knowledgeable and patiently answered all the questions our wildlife fanatics threw at him. He worked hard to ensure we saw all our favourites. The food and accommodation were also outstanding. Highly recommend!

Perfect private Safari with Jordan
Our Safari experience with Suricata was a blast.
From planning our private tour online with Richard, to arrival details with Twalbu, and last but not least... the incredible experience we had with our guide, Jordan.
Always smiling, great mood, Jordan knows everything about his country from fauna, flora, geography, history... we learnt a lot (Swahili kidogo pia). Jordan also makes sure we have fun, learn, eat enough, and to slow down and stop for areas of interest, even when we were taking pictures of Zebras in front of a Rhinos, which surprised him ;)
If all guides are alike at Suricata, I can only recommend.

“The Big Five” guides of Axis Africa —Sir Charles, Amos, Kalifa, Sadam, Booh — provided a great safari experience for our extended family of 27 adults and children. They were punctual, thoughtful, and lots of fun for both old and young in our group. During the game drives, they got us front row access to so many amazing animals and birds. One morning several of the guides asked how one of our family was doing given their illness the day prior. We felt well cared for by these great guides whom we now consider friends. I highly recommend!
