Beyond Expectations
My wife and 4 friends went on safari with Moriti and Shaun was our guide for the 4 days. We had an amazing time at one of his bush lodges in the Klaserie and loved the privacy both at the lodge and out in the bush. We had amazing sightings of elephant, buffalo, rhino and lion, with the highlight spending time on our last morning with the cubs
It was great watching Shaun live out his passion in the bush and we have already made plans to go back in 2017, can't wait!!

Knowledgeable staff and well organised trips
We spent a week in Zanzibar and did several tours with Spice Travel. Their vehicles were comfortable and clean and the driver, David, was knowledgable and could communicate well in English.
We did the dolphin tour with them at Kizimkazi and the tour guide made sure that we were in time to watch the dolphins. It was one of our best experiences in Zanzibar and we would highly recommend this trip.
We also did a half day trip to prison island with Spice Tours - our boatman knew exactly where to stop to be able to seem some healthy coral and lots of colourful fish.
The tour to the spice plantation with Spice Tours was well organised. Our tour guide was excellent and knew so much about spices and cultures across the world. He even made some 'jewellery' for me using leaves of the coconut palm.
Lastly, if you are in Zanzibar, highly recommend a walking tour with the guide (we did this with Spice Tours as well). The guided tour is required as there are no walking tour maps around Stone Town. Eric took us around this historic area and told us a lot about the history of the place.
Very happy with all the services from Spice Tours and would highly recommend the travel agency!

Good Organization
We arrived in Arusha on Sunday, called Joseph and that same afternoon he had our Safari tour fixed.
Not only he was accommodating and flexible but he checked upon us where we were in the tour to ensure we were having a great time.
He also introduced us to the Nyamachoma (Local Grilled meat) by taking us to a nice local restaurant.
A lovely experience
I recommend
Great professionalism...

Very competent Safari organizer
Planning was very competent, and all interactions with Antelope staff (head office, drivers) was delightful and 5 star. The only drawback was the lodge chosen whose quality had gone done a bit.
All things considered, the safari was a resounding success, and organizing it with Antelope was easy and a joy.

Adventure we will never forget
My wife and I have always enjoyed travelling, specially to the places with magnificent wildlife. This year we finally decided to go to the epicenter of wildlife – Tanzania. And we definitely weren't disappointed. Without any doubt one of the best adventures in our lives.
Surely it would not have been as good without our guide Ravi. We really appreciated his expertise in the wildlife as stories about land mammals and birds made the game drive experience even more vivid. He knew places where to find certain types of animals and had an eagle eye to spot them. After long game drives we dinned together and listened to his stories about wildlife and local culture. Furthermore, we really liked that we were not chasing after big 5 (even though we saw the all), but enjoyed every living being that we saw.
Least but not last, you can tell that he really cares about his customers. From the day we were picked up at the airport till the day we left Ravi took excellent care of us. A great example would be the first evening in Serengeti when the rock broke our car's cooler. With closest repair options being far far away it surely seemed that we would be stranded in lodge for a day. In turn Ravi organized a car from another lodge while ours was in repair.
Thank you!

Superb Service!!
We had a fantastic time, seeing the wildebeast migration and seeing all the animals up close. Aaron our driver was very nice and knowledgeable and was always happy to answer questions with a smile. The tents were cozy and functional and we were really happy to see all the animals in their natural environment. Patricia and the rest of the team were also very helpful with the bookings and all the arrangements. Overall we had an unforgettable time!!!

Excellent trip

Very efficiently and stylishly organised as per our needs. There was nothing more we could ask for.
My husband and I had the best time during this trip. It was flawless and everyday was most enjoyable. The accomodation was upto our standards and the service at every place we stayed was impeccable. The safaris in each place was excellent and mind you different in its own way. The sense of anticipation made it even more special. We saw some amazing animals and behaviours of the big ones.
If anyone plans to do a safari, Encompass Africa is the way to go. Jonathon Wilson understands what makes a good safari along with what one requires personally.
Thank you Jonathon! We absolutely loved it.
Worst experience in Africa so far
We booked with Erick for a safari in the Masai Mara as Ugandan residents. First of all, the "guide" Isaac basically just functions as a driver without any explanations or insights about anything happening at the Mara.
Thinking that would be the worst of our problems, we arrive to Lake Nakuru for the last day with the surprise that for that specific park the fees for Ugandan residents don't apply and that we have to pay extra 60 USD if we want to visit the park. Of course Erick was not to be reached at this time (as probably he is working along the scam) and we were denied admission as we refused to pay the extra 120 USD, wasting our time and hard-earned money.
Erick and Tracks Berg Travel just excused themselves saying there was nothing to be done. This the worst experience I have had in Africa so far so I would recommend everyone to avoid Erick and Tracks Berg Travel if you want to avoid hidden charges and extra fees on the spot
