Pleasure woring with African Mountain Explorer team
5/5

I'm working for Czech Tour operator and I'm used working with Joe for long time. I'm sure my clients will enjoy their trip without any problems. African Mountain Explorer offers really experienced tour guide and travelling in comfortable cars. Feedbacks which I get back from my clients who visited Rwanda or Uganda are always great. I personaly visited East Africa many times and always enjoyed my trips with African Mountain Explorer very well.

Chacha Tours
5/5

My experience with Chacha in Tanzania was one full of joy and mateship. I felt like I was his friend from the start and he was very approachable which is what you want in a tour guide.
Chacha is as chilled and relaxed as you can get but professional and understanding at all times.
I guarantee you will have a trip of a lifetime with Chacha as your tour guide!

African Scams
1/5

Well it seems that my experience with them was not that great, in fact it's still horrible. We booked with them the Kilimanjaro Trekking and Short Safari after that. Everything went just well until my boyfriend got diagnosed suddenly with pectoral angina and we were advised by the doctor to cancel the trip. So we did and more than one month in advance we contacted them to tell them the problem and if there is a way to get a refund of the money we already have paid. They said sure and no problem but they invoked the bank fees. So I suggested to pay the bank fees from our money and just send us the difference. After this they just stopped responding to phone calls, messages or e-mails. We can't reach them anymore even if we gave them an alternative and we agreed that we will pay the fees. They are just some african scams not trustable.
And Episode No #2:
They told me to post the medical documents on fb and safarbookings which of course I didn't do it because it's stupid and the documents are private. But I sent the documents to them by e-mail to prove that I'm not the one who lies in this story . The owner told me he will refund the money only if I erase the reviews on facebook and safaribookings which I did but more of curiosity to see how far can he go. Well what was already expected: since that (2 weeks ago) no sign from them again. So predictable I would say. It's not a big amount of money, maybe he feeds his family a week with that amount, honestly I don't even care. What I care about are the lies and the deep lack of respect. In conclusion I consider them scams not being able to assume a risk or facts not to mention to keep their word. I didn't go anywhere and neither I booked with someone else but how can you make understand someone who in fact has other interests?

Our lodge was ideally situated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Willy who drove us around for our early morning and evening drives was excellent and engaging with a great sense of humour. Overall phenomenal experience! Thank you!

Safari surprises every day
4/5

We had a fantastic trip to Kruger National Park with Viva Safaris, with two destinations and therefore different experiences in each. We received superb hospitality, good, clean accommodation and they even catered for vegetarians and vegans.

The safari tours were well structured and informative and most of all, great fun. Some days the animals were quite determined not to be seen but the expert guides always found them in the end! The safari vehicles offered great views and shelter from the sun and we were never overcrowded. We also had bush walks (sturdy shoes/boots recommended) which were so enjoyable too.

Overall, the experiences we had were amazing and we hope to return in the future and would definitely use Viva Safaris again. They surpassed expectations on every level.

26 Days in Southern Africa
5/5

We had a very complex itinerary, with 13 different hotels and 6 flights in 5 different countries and it all unfolded perfectly. Joseph Moyo himself guided us through Zambia, Zimbabwe and Namibia. He was an excellent guide and a very kind and friendly individual, ensuring that our trip was as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend him and his company

Professional and Friendly staff, that take care of the customer
5/5

I will sum up our experience with KBS, by simply stating that next time we go back to Kenya we will not require a travel agent, Esther and Wilfred were outstanding.
2 families including 3 kids, and they took good care of us.
Thanks for your help and assistance. 10 out of 10.

My close encounter with a silverback
Overall rating
5/5

we started with a briefing from park warden and we then started our tracking and i was the 4 person in the line of 8 and i was so curious to see these giant apes, so this kept my eyes so open and focused. we moved like for 1 and half hours and we finally found them the mothers were carrying their young ones on back being escorted by a silver back and they walked near us and felt like shivering but i got courage because we were briefed on how to behave.
