Fast, straightforward and competitively priced
5/5

We found the company through other recommendations and it lived up to its review. The company was prompt in replies, helpful in some descriptions and efficient in assistance. The guide assigned to us was excellent, very experienced and trustworthy. Ask for Peter Pendaeli if you need a great guide!

Excellent safari!
5/5

We booked 6 days Safari to Kenya visiting Lake Nakuru, Lake Navaisha, Hells Gate and Masai Mara. I must say our experience with Right Choice was incredible. We had an excellent trip in Kenya. George (the owner) was very professional and he offered a very customized itinerary according to our specific needs. You can absolutely trust him and the company for your travel plans. They took care of eveything from the moment they picked us up from the airport up to when they dropped us back for departure.

Our trip wouldn´t have been the same without our driver Jacob, a very kind person and knowledgeable. We strongly suggest you request for him to George when making your trip. His driving and game-spotting skills were incredible, he showed us the best places and we felt very safe all throughout.

Fantastically organised, very special holiday
5/5

We have just returned from an incredible honeymoon fantastically organised by Rose. With very little direction from us she created an amazing holiday and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We started off in Sand Rivers in Selous which is an incredible camp surrounded by hippos. We were very lucky to follow a leopard for nearly 2 hrs on one of our drives and even managed some fishing. We then went on to Kigelia in Ruaha which offered great game viewing and a really remote camp with elephants right outside our tent. It was then onto Pemba Island for a very relaxing week in Fundu Lagoon. Having spoken to other campers we realised that not only did Rose do a fantastic job finding us beautiful places to go to she also arranged the most direct flights with the shortest transfers available. We cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Rose!

About: Trek2Kili
Excellent and competent team that took us up Mount Kilimanjaro
5/5

We were a group of four that climbed Uhuru peak, Kilimanjaro on July 2015. Used Lemosho and Northern Circuit trail for 9 days. Trek2Kili took us there and back successfully. Friendly service and competent guides. Even before the trip our inquiries were always answered in an orderly fashion. Service was great and expectations were met. Definitely recommend this company to others wanting to undertake the trek.

Dedicated Tour Guides FTW
5/5

I am extremely happy with my experience on safari with Africa Flash McTours. My mum and I set out with the hopes of spotting the Big Five on the Mara - we did that and so much more. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable (James), and very dedicated to giving us a great experience. In fact, after a successful day out in the Mara, James suggested that we do a safari of Lake Naivasha (despite our initial misgivings) and his suggestion proved to be spot on; the wildlife by the Lake was very different and definitely worth seeing. I heartily recommend Flash Mc Tours to anyone looking for cheap and good safari experiences.

amazing safari with anexcellent guide
5/5

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kenya walking safaris. We choose a 6 day tour around Tanzania and visitied the Ngongoro crater, several natioanal parks and airballooned over the serengeti. The trip was beyond our expectations and we saw so much wildlife and more action tan we ever could have anticipated. Our guide was fantastic, 'Soloman' was able to spot the lions hidden in the tall grasses and even rarely seen leopards and Rhinos. We were so thrilled with our trip and experienced a wonderful safari, which we will never forget.

What an amazing experience!

I am Kenyan born, i currently live in Kenya and i believe Lake Nakuru is truly one of Kenya's crown jewels. It is home to 4 out of the big 5 (rhinos, lions, leopards, buffalos) as well as a number of other herbivores including impala's, gazelles, antelope, bushbuck, zebra, giraffe and many smaller carnivores including hyenas. The birdlife is brilliant too as it is a prime site to view thousands of flamingoes on the lake shore.
The scenery is great too, you can get amazing photographs of the lake surrounded by windblown acacia trees, especially on a rainy day.
The park is not very large, hence the wildlife are quite condensed enabling one to spot many animals on a single game drive. I recommend going for an early morning (6.30am- 9.30am) and an evening drive ( 3pm-6pm).

There are several luxurious hotels both within the park and outside the park, namely Sarova Lion Hill and Sopa lodge Lake Nakuru, as well as secure public campsites managed by the Kenya Wildlife Service.

Access to the park is by a well maintained tarmac highway (A104) from Nairobi to Nakuru town. Inside the park 4x4 vehicles are necessary especially in the rainy months (April, July, August) although the rain can be unpredictable as well. I recommend hiring a 4x4 safari vehicle/ safari van with a driver as the park roads can be confusing for newcomers. Van drivers also have communication via radio with other safari vehicles.

Park entry fees and further information can be obtained from the Kenya Wildlife Service website:

Kenya is an amazing safari experience not to mention a haven for photographers- landscape and wildlife alike. Kenya also has rock climbing, mountaineering, bungee jumping white water rafting, beach holidays, everything you could want in terms of adventure, adrenaline and relaxation!

Personal & Perfect
5/5

I wanted the ultimate safari for our Family of 4 - not especially the most expensive but certainly the authentic experience, where wildlife is living for real. Namibia and Botswana chosen - Etosha & Okavangu as highlights.
I found Nature Travel on the internet and contacted Nick. From Day 1 a very fast and competent service with many proposals. We ended up on a tour going directly to Etosha then into the Caprivi, flying into the Delta via Kasane and ending up at Vic Falls. 2 weeks in total.
So finally we arrived in Windhoek and got picked up by Jakes - our driver and guide for the next 8 days. Jakes turned out to be a terrific guide and a nice guy as well. We had lots of fun and saw all animals possible. We chose to stay 2-4 days on each site, going out in the 4-5 hours in morning and relaxing after lunch - this worked fine. Apart from the wildlife - our long but concented drives gave us a fine impression of Namibia and Botswana. Driving felt good.
Do not miss Etosha where we spent 3 full days (Mokuti lodge recommended) and do not miss Okavangu. Lodges and flights into the Delta are expensive and we chose a relatively modest tented camp - Oddballs Camp. Worth every penny - we did Mokuro trips and walking safari´s with guides from the local village. We truely enjoyed 3 nights in the middle of nowhere with grazing hippos at night and huge elephants eating from trees 5 meter from our tents in the morning. May the Delta stay like it is forever..
Back to Nature Travel - everything worked incl all transfers and logistics. I am especially impressed about our transfer from Oddballs to Livingstone. The plane should arrive at 1115. It arrived 2 mins early. After the flight a transfer was waiting taking us to the Zambezi river, then a private boat and finally a new transfer waiting to take us to Livingstone. Not one minute of waiting and superb guiding all the way.
If going to Namibia and Botwsana - go only with Nature Travel Namibia...
