Ngorongoro Crater
5/5

I went on safari with 4 friends to the Ngorongoro Crater with Godfrey's company and it was literally a flawless experience. As a more reasonably priced safari operator, you get real value for money. We paid the kind of sum you may expect for a cheap camping safari but instead we spent the night before the tour in a lovely little 'igloo' hut, received a three course meal and watched a Maasai acrobatics show. Our guide was a great guy, our vehicle was the newest, most comfortable and best equipped one in the Crater that day, our lunch was fantastic and we saw all the animals you may hope to see. Obviously that aspect was beyond the operator's control, but everything was perfect. I couldn't recommend Godfrey's firm Youth Adventures and Safaris any more highly as we were treated with great professionalism yet friendliness throughout the entire experience. There are lots of firms out there charging extortionate prices but we were a bunch of Cardiff Uni students and we found Godfrey's firm to fit within budget. 5*, 10/10, will be back soon!

Amazing Experience with an Amazingly Experienced Driver and Guide!!
5/5

I am a Canadian and it was my first time travelling to Uganda (or anywhere in Africa for that matter!) this March 2016. My parents had travelled there the year before and used this company, specifically a driver named Robert. They gave me advice saying, "Robert is the best!! Make sure you get him for your safari!" and even gave me extra money to make sure to book with Robert.
I am so happy that I took their advice. Robert was an amazing driver: knowledgable, trustworthy, professional, and always on time. He took us where we needed to go, when we needed to go and overall made the experience of travelling around Southern Uganda with a group of foreigners from Canada a 10/10 trip. I would highly recommend this driver and company to anyone looking for an amazing, stress-free adventure!!! :)

Great experience!
5/5

We spent three days at Kruger with Jonathan from Viva Safaris.
While sighting is a game of luck to a large extent, our guide knew where to take us to make most of our time there. We managed to sight 4 out of the big five, including an instance when we saw 16 lions feasting on a giraffe!
The accommodation was comfortable and so was our vehicle. It was the perfect mix of adventure and comfort that we wanted to experience on our honeymoon. Lastly, I would like to highlight that we are vegetarians...and every meal was a delight. Delicious fresh food, with some bubbly under the stars.
Highly recommend Viva Safaris!

Solo latinamerican in northern Tanzania and Kenya
5/5

I Was a solo latinamerican traveler from Costa Rica, Anda gave me the best price for a Budget /camping Safari /Kilimanjaro hike and Nairobi Kenya (x8 days ) personal designed with a lo of help from Anda. The out come was beatiful feelings and pictures of contact with nature. In camping nights at Serengeti we had hienas aproaching near by.
I had the best guide! Gleizer, made friendship with him and the cook ÑaPuta, so we had great dinners and lunchboxes. Totally recomend Anda, they made a great job.
Saludos desde Costa Rica.

I cannot recommend Sweet Africa Safaris highly enough on your trip to Africa
5/5

Myself and my family have used Sweet Africa Safaris for many years for our travel and safaris in Kenya. Johnson Mboche has many years of experience in his field and provides safe, impeccably reliable service coupled with a friendly sense of humour throughout your trip. We have many fond memories of our travel in the country with the company.

It is so important when searching for a safari provider that you can find a trustworthy and experienced driver and this is exactly what I have always found from the service with this company.

Sweet Africa Safaris are particularly good at tailoring your holiday plan to your requests and can give you an insight into local customs and areas usually off the beaten track to the main tour companies.

Highly recommended, don't miss out!

Great Mini-Safari
5/5

After having had a very bad experience on our first Safari with another tour operator (Experience Kenya), we had a very nice tour with two great guides/drivers this time.
I really appreciated how they were always moving the car for us to take the best pictures, their knowledge of animals and plants and how flexible they were.
Unluckily I cannot rate more than five stars here. Perfect service!

Beware of this provider's rip off methods
1/5

Let's talk about the positive aspects first: The driver was nice and had practical knowledge of most animals and plants we were passing by. I sometimes wished he was a little more involved with us and our Safari rather than "doing business" on his mobile phone. So we did see all the animals we were expecting to see and also learned their names...

However I would not recommend booking any tour with this provider (Experience Kenya aka Bianka Investment aka Eric Nyankanga). Eric tried to rip us off several times and in the end he succeeded. Here's the story:

1.) Although the tours here on SafariBookings include "All Taxes/VAT", our first quote had the VAT listed on top of the initial price.
2.) After having booked and payed, one lodge (for two nights) was changed into a cheaper one (e.g. not having 24/7 electricity). The reason given was that the initially booked lodge could not cater vegetarian food, which is hard to believe since you get veggy meals everywhere in Kenya).
3.) "Park fees" listed as included on this site were silently removed in the quote, where these fees - according to Eric - are under "Any other item not mentioned". This did cost us additional 800 USD.

Conclusion: Pay a little bit more for your tour and avoid being screwed. We did so on our second Safari one week later and the experience was completely different.
