7 day private family Safari - bly in and drive out
We just finished a 7 day safari for a family group of 7 with Safari Soles and Isack as our Guide. Everything thing about the process was top notch professional from the quotation and contracting phase, to the transportation and of course most important, the Safari guide support by Isack.
After getting quotations from several good tour operators, we chose Safari Soles based on their excellent past reviews, a competitive price and timely support during the planning and contracting process. We chose to fly into the northern Serengeti from Arusha on the morning of day one and drive out which was an excellent way to get the most out of your time. We were met by Isack (who had driven ten hours the day before to be ready to meet us when we landed at 8:15am. We immediately started the game drive and by 10:00 we were watching two lines of hundreds of wildebeest crossing the Mara river back into Tanzania – a sight we hoped but did not expect to see. We continued the week staying at excellent camps in the Serengeti, Crater and Tarangaire with sights of dozens of lions, leopard with her dinner (zebra) in the tree with her, dozens of elephants, water buffalo, zebra and other beautiful game.
We can’t say enough about Isack really made the week for us with his professionalism, excellent knowledge providing detailed answers to our countless questions, and his close attention to little details that made the Safari experience better for all of us. We all felt like he was part of the family by day 7. You can’t go wrong with this team.

Tailormade Africa planned a really fantastic and exciting trip for us and we are so grateful!
Clyde and team at Tailormade put together a perfect trip for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went gorilla trekking in Uganda and had the best time at the Buhoma Lodge. We spent time with two gorilla families, had fantastic meals, and experienced the very best service from the staff at Buhoma. Our driver/guide for our time in Uganda was exceptional, too. The price of the National forest pass (to go on a trek) is steep - just like the mountain!! - but it was well worth it for a once in a lifetime opportunity. We were then off to the northern Serengeti where we stayed at a migration camp. I was a bit nervous about staying in a tent but I’m so glad we took Clyde’s advice because it was incredibly comfortable, the food was fantastic, the staff could not have been more attentive, and we lucked out with our own driver/guide for the full 3.5 days we were there. We saw several wildebeest crossings, and so many incredible animals. We ended our trip at the beach in Zanzibar at a beautiful resort. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to Clyde and team for listening to our preferences and building us such a fantastic itinerary. It was the best trip, with every detail thought of. An exceptional adventure
In August, we traveled with Soul of Madagascar, a group of friends of 3 people. A 3-day excursion to Sainte-Marie. I can't find the words to describe our adventure. It was incredible, a dream trip. Everything was impeccable. There were a few unforeseen events like bad weather, but we consider them part of our adventure. I plan to come back with other teams. Thank you, Soul of Madagascar Tours.

SCAM
We booked a 10-day Safari with them. Everything seemed to be fine, there was a website, a responsive e-mail-address, a reachable phone number, an office address and plenty of reviews and social media activity.
Early in the morning on the supposed day of departure I was contacted by the alleged tour guide claiming the company is no longer reachable, the website had been taken offline, the phone number went dead and their various social media accounts were deleted. They appeared to have taken the money and run.
I will not go deep into details here, but our Safari adventure started off with stressful days in a hotel in Nairobi and visits to a local police station.
In case these guys have ever legitimately existed, they've apparently resorted to other business techniques by now. What I am more inclined to believe, is that they have pulled off a scam after putting quite some effort into it, maintaining a website, faking dozens of reviews and feeding various social media accounts.

All the trip makes us feel good. Isabella is kind enough to travel with us for half day to make sure everything is great with us, although she is not guide/driver.

Fantastic safari tour agency that I can recommend to anyone!
We had a fantastic time on our 3-day safari through Tsavo East and West with Africa Starpal Safaris. The arrangement of the safari was seamless and Paul was extremly responsive and friendly. Our main request for our safari was to start in Watamu and end in Nairobi. Paul and his team were very kind to make all the arrangement that we asked for and presented us with different personalized options. Our tour guide, James, was just as fantastic, very knowledgable and easy-going. Thanks to him, we saw a wide range of animals including lions and cheetahs. We could not have wished for a better safari, a big thank you to Paul and James for making this such a memorable experience for us! I can highly recommend Africa Starpal to anyone looking for a great safari experience in Kenya!

Amazing Safari Experience
Splendid Vacations made our first safari trip and incredible experience. They were responsive and organized from the beginning to the end of the trip, providing a detailed quote with accurate pictures. James was our guide on the trip and he was always on time, knowledgeable, and and an excellent guide. By the end of the trip, James was more than just a guide and became a friend who did a great job giving us an unforgettable trip. All of the lodges were great and the game drives exceeded our expectations woth incredible up close animal encounters. I highly recommend using Splendid for your safari trip!
