Had a fantastic experience in Kenya with Ramja Safari, from start to finish. Even in the planning stages Steve was wonderful, responsive and accommodating, reworking things until we got exactly the camps and dates we wanted. Upon arrival, everything was executed perfectly. The camps were spectacular as were Amboseli, Masai Mara, and Lake Nakuru. Our 2 guides, Thomas and Naftali, were both expert and passionate and extremely kind and caring. I highly recommend Ramja to take care of everything!

Excellent group Safari
We had a really good group Safari. We saw all the big fives. We stayed at budget camping, the places where we stayed were all very nice except for the second night in Serengeti (very bad bathrooms at the camping).
Thanks to our guide David that found all the animals and thanks a to our chief Mathew for the delicious food he made for us. I suggest Kilipath Safari!

Amazing tour experience with Suricata Safaris
The safari was amazing! We were welcomed and briefed by Mr Daniel, who listened to our requirements and reviews. Our guide Mr Freddy was knowledgable and attentive - he was very informative and guided us safely, and helped us spot many many animals, while providing interesting trivia for everyone. Accommodation was also fantastic - the company worked hard getting us the best possible places to rest, while still letting us have as much time on the safaris as possible. The tour was indeed worth every penny and we would love to come back again next year! Thank you.

Avoid at all costs
Image travel took my booking for $US 4,500 for a 5 day safari, and became impossible to contact after I paid for my trip. They did not respond to my e-mails and were not reachable by telephone. Less than 48 hours before I was to be picked up at my hotel in Nairobi, and after my flight had left Canada, they sent me an e-mail stating that they were not able to operate my tour and that they would be refunding my payment.
They have remained unreachable for almost 2 weeks now after sending me that notice and they have not refunded my payment. Check a similar review on Tripadvisor from September. I believe they have either gone out of business or are still "selling" tours to unsuspecting clients and absconding with their money. Now I must seek legal action.
Safari Bookings should no longer be including them in their referred list of Tour Operators.

It's a wonderful trip with Serengeti smile! You can't believe that we saw the wildbeast crossing the river 4 times in one day! Jeremiah always responses quickly online. Our guide Peter shared many knowledge with us.

Perfect safari experience.
We were fetched by Kevin from the airport and he kindly assisted to get us sim cards for usage during our tour. Upon reaching the hotel in Arusha, we were greeted by Daniel who briefed us on the tour. He was also waiting for us at the hotel at the end of the tour to brief us on the upcoming ride to the airport. He gathered feedbacks and took notes - thank you for the keen interest to do better, but everything was already perfect. Our guide, Freddy, was amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He knows so much about everything related to Tanzania, not just the animals! He answered our questions and ensured we are safe throughout the trip. You could tell his love for the country and the animals. He also helped to spot animals and stopped for us to view and take photos. Thank you, Freddy! :) Food catered for us is so yummy too! The accommodations were fantastic - there has been some slight changes we weren't informed of but i have no complaints at all! Staffs were all very helpful and gentle. I have thoroughly enjoyed the trip and am already planning a trip to see the great migration next year and will def engage Suricata Safaris again. Thank you for the memorable experience :)

Great safari experience
I had a customized 3-day safari including Amboseli and Tsavo east. Safari was planned and executed very well. My tour guide Michael was experienced professional who provided a lot of information and details about safari and Kenya in general. There were some minor issues, the pick-up was 45 minutes late and there was a little confusion about the accomodation for the second night. But these were very minor issues because the experience was really good and the price was also reasonable.
