Always responded promptly and with a calm demeanour
I was in communication with James few months prior to our safari in October and always received helpful feedback from him. Our safari was well organized and our driver Sweffe was knowledgeable. The first tented lodge was rudimentary but the staff was wonderful and helpful. Hot water was an issue but being in the bush does present challenges. The second tented lodge was better and well organized. Overall the tour was good but was disappointed at not seeing more animals. However the presence of animals is unpredictable as Serengeti is vast and animals do wander. I believe in supporting local business people and I would definitely recommend African Polecat Safaris for their helpfulness and prompt replies. Brian who is an associate of James was excellent, polite and helpful.

Zacc was extremely attentive to everyone’s needs and created a great experience for all of us!
Our tour had us crossing several borders and Zacc knew all the ins and outs. He was a safe and courteous driver and we always felt comfortable. Our safari experience itself was amazing and we enjoyed seeing many beautiful animals. All in all it was a great experience and I will certainly use Paanvuu Safaris again!

Unforgettable Safari experience with Obag!
My wife and I recently returned from an amazing private Safari with Obag African Safaris. Recommended by a friend, we’re so glad we followed his advice!
Despite little time to plan, the agency took care of everything, tailoring the trip to our needs, and budget.
They picked us up in our hotel in Arusha, and for the following 5-days, 4-nights we visited Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro National Parks. Obed has been an exceptional guide and driver, and his team provided a tent, and everything we needed, making the experience stress-free.
The really know the parks and thanks to that we were able to spot an incredible range of wildlife! Giraffes, zebras, elephants, lions and leopards (with cubs!), cheetahs, and more. As a hobby photographer, having an experienced guide made it possible to always find the best spots and capture stunning shots.
What also made the difference is the communication, they are very responsive and replied to all our questions and doubts via WhatsApp.
We highly recommend Obag for an unforgettable safari experience!

Very well planned tour
Edward was a brilliant guide and made sure that we had a good gamedrive , we spotted almost all the animals except for leopard . Overall we loved the stay and safari experience.

Everyone in their company was outstanding to work with.
Every aspect of our 5 day Mid Luxury Safari in Tanzania was outstanding. The staff at Lion King were very professional and very willing to answer all my questions before the trip. Everything went just like they had described it before the trip. The accommodations were great and their vehicles were very nice. We saw more animals than we ever expected thanks to our guide, Laizer. He did an outstanding job finding animals every day. September seemed to be a good time to visit. There were not many bugs and the animals were active. I would very highly recommend "Lion King Adventures" if your are planning a Safari in the future.

Amazing tour with a great team!
I had an amazing tour in Mount Kenya with Mountain Hiking Venture. Our contact Emmah was very responsive, we communicated via WhatsApp. She organized the pick up in my hotel, transfer to Nanyuki by a shared shuttle (we had to wait until the shuttle is full before leaving, an African's experience!) and then the meeting with my guide Sam and his team (cooker+porter) at Nanyuki. Everything went very well. The food was great (vegetables, meat, fresh fruits, diverse meal). The landscape and the vegetation are amazing! I had my own tent ready at each camp. I took an extra day to acclimate to the altitude, which is also en excuse to stay longer and enjoy the mountain. I strongly recommend!

Amazing experience
Zeph and his team organised a fantastic trip for us. We visited Arusha National Park, Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and finished the trip with the Gombe Stream National Park to see Chimpanzees.
Communication was easy and professional. Our driver Sahlele had incredible animal knowledge and capability of spotting animals. The car was always clean, had several options to charge phone and camera.

Friendly service as well as responsive and accomodating
Quick replies and changes to reflect requests for the tour. Value for money in general and made excellent suggestions for changes even as we were on the your to reflect our interests.
I would particularly like to praise the guide who's babe was Silas. Could not recommend him more and very helpful with lots of interesting knowledge of Tanzania and the animals in the national parks.
The only thing I would improve would be to upgrade the vehicle as ours was getting a little tired and used.

We had a wonderful time in Tansania and a great safari.
First of all. The most important fact for a great safari is the guide. Our guide Elli was fantastic. Such a friendly, helpful and polite guide. We always felt save with him as a driver. We noticed, he wanted us to have a great time and we were lucky to have him beside us. Be nice to your guides! This is such a hard job. So long working days. Without good guides - no good safaris!
The planned tour from Fahima and Atif was good. We liked Arusha NP, Tarangire, Serengeti, Lake Manyara. We saw so beautiful wild-life and nature. Amazing!
Just the walking safari in the Ngorongoro Highlands we would not recommend to others.
The most accomodations were realy good. We liked the tented camp in the Serengeti, Bougainvillea Lodge and the Coffe Lodge. The people everywhere were nice.
Just a notice - maybe a little cool box in the car - just for water, would be great.
We will cheerish the experience for a long time. Thank you for your help, the nice communication (fast replys and good infos before the tour, clear pricing…) and the best greetings to Elli. He is in our hearts.
