Amazing Memories was true to their name!
Brian at amazing memories was excellent at arranging both an 8-day Safari in Kenya as well as a guided tour of Nairobi. He created a bespoke itinerary for a private safari for my wife and I. He was also very responsive & professional when I requested alterations to the schedule on multiple occasions.
Our Safari guide Joseph was very experienced, and made sure that we saw the best & most exciting sights during our Safaris and took extra care to pack a table and chairs for a picnic lunch, which no other guides did. He is also a fantastic photographer!
While in Nairobi, Steve took us to some places that we hadn’t seen on travel websites and made sure we had an excellent time. While showing us around Nairobi, it was like talking to an old friend even though we had just met that morning.
Amazing Memories did a great job helping us with our trip!

Hotels (4): Good
1. Serval Wildlife (5): Excellent It is an unmissable experience, you can interact closely with the animals and wake up surrounded by giraffes and zebras.
2. Maramboi Tented Lodge (5): Excellent
3. Lahia Tented Lodge (5): Excellent (it has an incredible view and the pool is on another level)
4. Sero Tented Camp (1): Disappointing (The beds and pillows are super uncomfortable, to activate the hot water you have to call reception, the tent is not on a solid base, the bathroom is not nice… Hotel NOT recommended, it is a low-budget hotel that does not correspond to luxury category)
5. Embalakai Ngorongoro Camp (4): Good (convenient, it is very close to the crater)
6. Farm of dreams lodge (4): Good
Additional activities (5): Excellent. Serengerti Ballon Safary: (It is an unforgettable experience, the logistics are impeccable and at the end they give you a delicious breakfast with champagne)
Sales and payments (5): Excellent (Nuhu resolved all my concerns and helped us with additional activities, the agency is very flexible with payment methods)
In conclusion (4,5), I recommend Ozon light Tours as an agency for your next trip. Finally, include Serval Wildlife, the balloon flight and a Luxury Lodge/camp in the north of the Serengeti.

The overall experience has been great, especially with our guide Richard, who is very responsible and helped us find rare animals, capturing precious moments and experiences. Although there were some issues with the travel agency’s accommodation arrangements, they quickly resolved them and provided reasonable compensation. We are satisfied with the outcome.

Sadame is super knowledgable and friendly. He knows where to spot the animals.
I enjoy tour guide Sadames's infectious smile.

Detail orientated and truly respected by owners/ managers of lodges and guides.
This was my #1 bucket list trip, and have wanted to go to Africa since I was 14 years old. I’m now 68. So to find someone to make all your dreams come true, one needs to use Compass Odyssey. It was five days in Cape Town, a stunning city and the surrounding peninsula. Garth Angus was our guide and his wealth of knowledge of not only the history of South Africa but the floral and fauna made that trip a highlight. When you are in a vehicle with someone for 8- 10 hours, you want to have a rapport with that person and we got it in spades with Garth.
Next off to Namibia for 10 days and got to meet our driver and guide, Raymond. A truly spectacular country with a myriad of geography. The dunes, the coast just spectacular. Raymond was also an exceptional guide, very proud of his country and a great teacher, the only place we saw rhinos, both black and white!
Our final stop was 6 days in Botswana, 2 night in the Kansane area at Chobe River Lodge, and lucked out with one of the best guides again. Hi Tefo! He showed us some spectacular wildlife around the Kasane area of Chobe park, including lions, leopards, Cape buffalo elephants, just about anything you would be interested in seeing, his tracking ability was amazing.
Lastly we flew to the Mababe area in the Okavango Delta where our guide was the kind and gentle Antony. The Nokanyana Lodge suffered a devistating fire just a couple of weeks before our arrival. They lost the dining hall and lounge and outdoor viewing deck in the fire. The staff worked extra hard to make our stay the very best it could possibly be and always had smiles for us all the time, a shout out to Lemo and Chef Nati, only two of the wonderful staff who worked at Nokanya!
Antony knew that to see a cheetah would have been the icing on the cake for us, and he tried so hard but those elusive cheetahs were not to be spotted. Other great wildlife abounded, especially the hippos.
So as we think and dream about our return trip, we will be definitely using Compass Odyssey and the excellent services of Darren (Crusty) and Kate Humphries.
