Exceeded expectations
Had a great time on our safari! Our guide Edward went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We saw all of the Big Five, and had a great time exploring the Serengeti National Park. Edward was knowledgeable on all the species we saw as well as the trees. I left this safari with memories of a lifetime! Great guide, great time, and a great company.

Staff supporting the Safari booking and itinerary was extremely available and flexible to discuss and agree on the best option based on preferences and available budget, the offer also included some aspect of choice in terms of camps and were to stay the night. The communications were smooth and reactive to requests and questions. Our party requested a very specific itinerary and sites to visit but maybe I would just make sure that while the tour operator and the customer are agreeing on the itinerary there is a bit more of discussions of travel times involved. The itinerary offer itself comes with a useful list of information for Tanzania first-time comers. The driver was very sociable and engaging throughout the trip in a nice way, safe while driving, attentive and knowledgeable of the parks, roads and wildlife. Communications with the driver was very easy and sustained throughout the trip to agree on timing for game drives. The car never had a problem. The lodgings and food were appropriate for the budget range agreed upon and it was clear that Makasa has a strong positive reputation in the parks. The tour itself was very appreciated and enjoyed by all, full of great memories and moments. I would 100% recommend to go with Makasa and have been recommending to others as well.

The safari with the guide Mike was excellent. The service was great and Mike had good knowledge on where the different animals was located and also about the species.

Awesome group, great price - once in a lifetime experience
Mary and the team answered all my questions ahead of booking and presented me with a package that was well within my budget and just what I was hoping for. Serengeti Wakanda was fabulous!
Going in March, when it was their wet/slow season, I was a little worried on what to expect. But to my surprise, the safari exceeded my expectations.
We saw the big five, the ugly five, & every animal in between.
& it couldnt have been done without Edward, our AMAZING safari guide/driver. He took us all throughout the Serengeti & the Ngorongoro crater & had a great eye for spotting all the animals. Edward was friendly, very knowledgeable, & a joy to be around. He made our safari a trip we will never forget!
Also, to add, Serengeti Wakanda was the best at communicating quickly & helping me with all my questions before & during the safari.
I would definitely recommend Serengeti Wakanda for your safari. ◡̈

Very informative and caring tour company and guide
We did the five-day tour. At the start of the tour, two parties were arriving at two different locations -- one at the airport in Arusha and one at the airport in Kilimanjaro. Deus from Serengeti Mystery helped coordinate pick-up at both locations and brought us to Kikuletwa hot springs (at our request). The driver had packed lunch for us to eat while we were there. After the springs, we were brought to the hotel we had booked to spend the night. In the morning, the driver picked us up and brought us to Arusha airport for our flight to the Seronera airstrip in the Serengeti. Once we arrived there, we were picked up Keyfas (hopefully the spelling is correct), our guide. Starting directly from the airstrip, we began our safari adventures.
Keyfas was an awesome tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and was super patient in both dealing with us and in finding animals. He went to great lengths to make sure we saw all the animals we could possibly see. He also helped coordinate with the hotels we were staying in. At one point, a member of the party had forgotten their laptop at a hotel and he spent two hours driving out of the way to go get the laptop. He was, without a doubt, an awesome guide!

Excellent operator
Good coordination by Mr.derrick who was the point of contact from day booking to the end day kenya.provided with good hotels and vehicle. Driver/guide Brian was good at his work.The entire team took care of us well. since everything was well organised we did enjoy and my 3 yr old daughter enjoyed all game drives.

Outstanding-trustworthy -reliable
We have only been in South Africa for 6 days and we leave today, and we have already done two tours using Mo Africa - a two day 1 night game safari and now half day Soweto tour. I am. So impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and reliability of these tours feeling secure and looked after at all times and also given so much knowledge and information on both trips we bought. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back .
