A company that lives up to very high standards which creates a Safari suited to the individual.
5/5

This Safari was my wife's dream and was on her bucket list along with a hot air balloon ride.I was apprehensive booking this tour but Carol and Brian planned our 12 day Safari in great detail so that we could experience the real Kenya We saw all the big five animals and every day brought new experiences. We stayed at five different lodges , all were 5 star and offered different types of accommodation all had views of animals from your tent or room windows. We travelled in a land cruiser which was comfortable even on the most uneven dirt roads. Our driver Kioko made every attempt to get us up close to all the animals. We also had a picnic in the Maisi Mara which was an experience in its self.My wife was over the moon with her hot air balloon experience. We visited 5 game reserves and every one offered something different. When we arrived in Kenya we did not know what to expect but when we met Kioko (frank) it soon became clear that we were in good hands. Our flight had been delayed and our luggage did not arrive until the following day Kioko took us back to the airport and helped us retrieve our luggage in order to start our adventure. All i can say is that Kameraz fulfilled their part in making our dream come true.It was reliable and value for money and will certainly recommend them to all my friends.Once again Kameraz thank you.

Amazing safari experience 5*
5/5

We had an absolutely fantastic time! From beginning to end, the trip was exceptionally well organised, and our tour guide and driver, Abdul and Peter, made us feel safe and prioritised our needs throughout. They transformed our six-hour car journey into what felt like a breeze by allowing us to take breaks whenever we wanted and sharing insights about the local culture. We felt completely at ease during the entire trip, and both spoke excellent English. There was never a moment when we felt we couldn't ask questions; they were genuinely wonderful people who significantly enhanced our experience.

The safari itself exceeded all our expectations. We felt incredibly fortunate to have such professionals accompanying us, including our skilled driver. Our safari guide was outstanding—very experienced and truly made our outing the best we’ve ever had. We had some initial concerns about not seeing much wildlife, but they persevered until we spotted four out of the 'big five', which was simply incredible! Even when the animals were resting, our guide took the time to educate us about everything related to the safari, and we noticed others in nearby jeeps listening intently to his explanations—his knowledge was remarkable. He communicated in perfect English, and no request was too much trouble for him. They ensured our comfort from start to finish, making certain we were hydrated, well-fed, and at ease throughout the entire experience. Even now, as we relax in beautiful Zanzibar, we find ourselves reminiscing about it and have shared our experience with many others. We can't thank Connect Safari enough and hope many others have the incredible experience that we enjoyed. Thank you once again for the seamless communication and for providing us with the best experience we have ever had!

Amazing Safari
5/5

Everything went well. HUMPHREY was very kind and attentive to our requests. He always responded completely and quickly to our requests. The cook Halid has always prepared excellent and abundant food. Our guide Samuel was good. He drove for many hours and stopped whenever we needed it and helped us find the animals hidden in the grass. They were all extremely kind and helpful.

Highly professional and reliable tour company
5/5

This was the fifth trip to South Africa that WildWings Safaris have planned for us and was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish.
We decided to concentrate on game watching in the Greater Kruger area and used Clare again to plan the detail. She’s attentive, prompt, thorough…and patient with us, helping us to choose two family run camps,- Motswari in Timbavati and Nottens in Sabi Sands. They were both perfect for our needs. We had lots of wonderful sightings, great food and exceptionally friendly service.
The transport arrangements made by Clare ( internal flights from Johannesburg and private taxi transfers between camps) were seamless and made the logistics of the travel comfortable. These were very affordable by the way!
Back home less than two days and we’ve already asked Clare to put together our next trip to South Africa.

A PERFECT TRIP
5/5

This was our first visit to Africa, and was PERFECT. Our guide had everything in control, and showed great hospitality. They know where to find those amazing animals and they were like literally National Geography in front of MY NOSE. Above all it was safe and with no trobles. Millions of recommendations!

A once in a lifetime experience.
5/5

We traveled for four days spending two nights in Serengeti, one night near NGORONGORO and one day in Tarangire. The communication to organise our trip was really great and quick. The team answered all our questions made us several offers until we found the perfect route for us. The safari it self was just overwhelming, also because of our great guide, Edward. He took great care of us and made sure we get to see all the different animals. It was our honeymoon but we didn’t communicate it with the team. Anyhow they just knew it and surprised us with a banner on our safari car and we got also surprised in all accommodations we were. The camp in Serengeti was a once in a life time experience. The nights were so amazing hearing all animals outside. If you want to go to Serengeti sleep in the camp! All in all it was the best trip we ever made! Big thanks to the amazing team! We will recommend it to anyone!

What a great experience !
5/5

What a great experience we had with Tanja / AST.
From the very first contact, she put together a tailor-made travel plan built on our wishes and dreams. She had plenty of very helpful suggestions and/or alternatives if a specific item was not possible. This ultimately resulted in a travel plan that we felt 100% happy with. We were more than impressed with the digital itinerary that we subsequently received - complete and impressive. During our trip she kept in touch by whatsapp to make sure everything was all right. Loved it !

Still full of all the impressions, we now look back on an unforgettable first time (safari) trip that truly fulfilled 100% (and more) what we had hoped for in advance. I cannot think of one thing that was missing. Also on behalf of my co-travelers Frank, Heleen and Petra ......thanks soooooo much and we'll definitely be back again! Gr Ronald.

Terrible experience, be aware of their tricky ways to get you involved
1/5

I was in Tanzania when I contacted the lady named Debra who entitled herself the CEO of Croy Marajourney for the first time at the end of July, 2024. After a few talks during which she confirmed to me that the tour would for sure to run, I then made the decision and deposit payment of 671 US dollars by bank transfer on Aug. 2nd to join her group joining tour to Samburu starting on Aug. 8th.

On Aug. 5th, before I left Tanzania I texted her again to make sure everything was going to go as scheduled and told her if the tour cannot make Samburu I would like to spend another week in Tanzania, but she confirmed nothing was going to change.

On Aug. 6th, Debra texted me saying “Let's meet tomorrow to finalize.”, which is very weird for a for-sure-to run-Samburu-tour operator to say.

On Aug. 7th I made my way back to Nairobi and met her at my hotel. The first thing she said to me when we met was the Samburu tour had to be cancelled because the other two clients decided to go to Mombasa and she was only informed four hours ago. Now she would like to arrange me something else instead with the same budget. I believe Debra knew right from the beginning that this tour was not going to run, but still pushed me to pay for the deposit in order to tie me to her company. At that stage, it was impossible to ask for a refund of the deposit because the money had not reached to her account yet according to what she said. In the end, I had to allow Debra to arrange me a private tour to Samburu and made full payment to her among which 200 dollars was again the bank transfer. On departure day Aug. 8th, she promised me a receipt of the total payment when she made her way back to her office, but this never happened. I went on a private safari with no payment receipt, contract, detailed itinerary at all.

On Aug. 9th. the second day of my six-day Safari, Debra started calling me and my driver saying the money I paid through bank transfer amounting to 871 dollars was reversed. She kept calling me in the following days, framing me up this way and ruined my whole tour. The fact is I never reversed the money I sent, which could be proved by police officer later on involved. The bank letter clearly showed that the reason the money got stuck was because of the running of audit of compliance on her account, it really had nothing to do with my side. The last day of my tour Debra tried to get me pay her again in cash by threatening me to leave me in Samburu. By the time I arrived at my hotel in Nairobi, the tourism police was waiting me there and took me right away back to the police station for questioning. In the end I made a duplicate payment of 871 dollars with Debra’s written agreement to reverse it back to me once the money hits her account under the supervision of tourism police. But by now it’s been over two months, this 871 dollars is still nowhere. I had a very awful experience with Kenya because of this lady and what she did to me. Be very aware of this company and never do bank transfers, the deposit you paid means nothing, but can only ties you to this company.

One of the tourisam police is following up my case and a formal complain letter has been sent to Please write to the Tourism Regulartory Authority of Kenya, hope my money will be returned soon.
