I’m so happy about everything related with the tour. I even changed the dates and the schedule due to visa problems, and despite of the they, every single details was wow! Perfect timing, very careful picking about the restaurants and the food, and the best part - amazing safaris!

Friendly and reliable tour operator
Tops: I needed an operator to pick me up in Kigali, drive me to Lake Mutanda, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Lake Bunyonyi and Kampala, and Gari tours was recommended by a colleague.
It proved the right choice, with Immanuel and Christine helping out with the options and planning - always quickly responding to my questions - and arranging payment by banktransfer in instalments (as creditcard not possible).
The driving was done by Eddy, who is a great driver and very friendly travel companion. After the trip, he even came back to hotel to drop off a souvenir that I had left in the car. The recommended lodges and hotel were all excellent.
Tips: fix airco in car. Provide more info on the gorilla tracking in advance (for example the possibility of hiring a porter to help climbing the slippery slopes). Get a better feeling of the best spots to make photos on route.

Amazing service
Communication was really good from day one. Helpfull with all the questions we had.. was really worth the money! The tour itself was amazing, the guid Pendael made surprise we could see all the animals, like lions and rhino!

Efficient
“3 countries and 1 wonder if the world” - From the moment we landed Arthur and his team were excellent hosts and our itenary was flawless. We started at the falls, our safaris were all successful, the food and lunch/dinner stops were all great locations, we had plenty my of time to sleep and our hotel was amazing. We had high tea, and array of activities to choose from and the finale was at Boma and a trip to support the local orphanage. A great team who are diligent and well organised. Thank you.
