Fantastic experience through the beauties of Namibia
I knew that Namibia was an exceptional country but what made our trip truly unforgettable was the professionalism and kindness of Claire who, during the organization phase, was able to answer all my doubts and requests, and the friendliness and competence of Abel, our prepared and always available guide/driver. The organization was impeccable, from the transfers to/from the airport to the choice of top-level lodges. Namibia still has so much to offer and I will definitely know who to trust when I decide to return!!

Reliable tour operator.
It was a great experience, starting with communication before the trip until the end of the trip. Suricata team was very responsive over e-mail, answearing any qyestions very quickly. All elements of safari happened as per plan, we have seen plenty of animals and amizing views. Our guide, Ezekiel, was amazing, sharing with us a lot of information on the way.

This was great trip, our guide was trying at his Best and collecting info about all locations of animal. In the end we saw all big 5 and a lot of animal on top. Ezekiel is the best guide! Place of stay were very luxury, I was not exprecting this from a Safari Trip to wild Afrika. Best Service, no artificial villagies or forcing to buy sourveniers.

Caring team and great experience
We have spent fantastic 5 days with a tour guide Ezekiel, who made sure that we are comfortable and we have the most memorable experience. He is knowledgeable about animals, good with navigation in the parks, has a calm and positive attitude which makes him a perfect person for the job! The stay at Surikata camp was a fantastic experience and although long drives, we were able to relax and sleep well. Camp staff in the parks where we stayed also made sure that we feel comfortable. We have seen all the animals we hoped to see and we will for sure remember the great experience!

Ezekiel is the best guide
Absolutely amazing safari excursion. Our driver/guide was Ezekiel. He has super sharp eyesight. He could spot an animal without binoculars and from a distance that even my own sharp eyes could not see at the first glance. But then, after announcement, he drove closer and there they were! Elephants, monkeys, antilopes, birds, hippos… can’t put them all here. I totally recommend the trip to everyone.

Amazing Value & Service
I chose African Big Cats Safaris (ABCS) based on a recommendation from a colleague who had recently returned from her safari. At the end of my journey, I can confidently say it was an excellent and highly cost-effective choice. Their meticulous and attentive arrangements and service made my honeymoon safari absolutely perfect.
Communication beforehand was seamless; the sales person and operation girls both carefully listened to my needs, considering both itinerary preferences and budget constraints. The hotels selected were truly memorable, each boasting stunning surroundings, comfortable amenities, exceptional service, and often exceeding our expectations. Sometimes we got extra champagne （one from ABCS), bed / table decoration or room upgrade due to the honeymoon!
Upon arrival in Africa, our driver/guide met me and my husband and friends promptly and provided outstanding transfer and guiding services throughout the six days. We witnessed breathtaking landscapes and incredible wildlife across East Africa, and our guide shared fascinating insights into the local culture and customs.
I extend special thanks to ABC's manager for his detailed briefing upon arrival, prompt communication via WeChat throughout the trip (sometimes late into the night!), and thoughtful follow-up after our return. I also appreciate the considerate pick-up and drop-off arrangements they made for the two days we opted for independent exploration.
In short, I wholeheartedly recommend African Big Cats Safaris to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania. I also hope we'll have the opportunity to return to this beautiful and peaceful land to explore more about the cities and nature!

Amazing
One of the best experiences I've ever had. We visited 4 parks: Tarangire, Ngoeongoro, Lake Manyara and Serengeti. All parks were amazing and we've seen tonnes of animals with babies, very often just 2-5m away from us: elephants, lions, cheetas, lepards, zebras, giraffes, gnus, gazelles, rhino, hipos and many many more. We also tool a sunrise baloon ride over Serengeti which is an absolute higlight of this trip. All the lodges were very comfortable (including the tents in the middle is Serengeti) and fully equiped with showers, toilets and all amenities. Our tour guide Ezekiel was absolutely fantastic, always able to find animals and share a lot of interesting information about the parks, animals and nature. Absolutely lovely experience.

Excellent organization and communication
A 9 days safari just amazing... We saw many more animals than we will believe to see.. it was just fabulously beautiful.
The organizer Fiona was always available for all our questions and checked in on us throughout the safari. Thank you to her for organizing this trip to perfection for our 5th anniversary.

Hard working & good communication
Right from the beginning, the whole RO team was very active and responsive in planning the schedules and itinerary. They also considered & accommodated various requests that we made along side the basic plan (eg, type of accommodation, vegetarian food, vehicle modification, interaction with guides, experts etc). They were very prompt in replying to our queries. This helped us to plan things in a better way. Prices were very competitive and the whole RO team was committed to cater to our requirements.
They are definitely a company to go with.
The areas they can improve is to gain more maturity in estimation of timings, road conditions and distances between destinations. Sometimes it becomes too much for the day and excessive rush & stress. They also need to improve their assessment of properties and should make sure that the customer is not made to suffer for the lack of homework & evaluation of camps and properties by RO. The customer should get enough time for a bit of relaxation, peaceful dinners and a bit of leisure.
Definitely recommend RO but make sure that the chosen properties (camps, hotels) are well assessed before you confirm.
