Absolutely not recommended, I think the positive reviews are fake, he made us pay a hefty deposit and then asked for the balance every week before the tour, the package also included the internal flight (which would have saved us a lot of time to live the safari experience more, obviously we paid it in advance) and instead only upon arrival at the Arusha airport he informed us that he would take us by car making us waste 7 hours of safari on the first day and 7 hours on the third day just to reach the entrance of the park, basically out of 3 days we only did one day of safari, he did not refund us either the flight money or the lost safari days, I believe he is a real scammer, do not take tours with him

The experience throughout the entire trip was absolutely amazing. I saw everything I had hoped to see, and the trip exceeded my expectations in so many ways.
One of the biggest highlights was the local people I met. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. All the staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible service, including my drivers （Joseph）and the hotel staff.
I honestly never expected to be treated so well. At one point, I even lost my phone at the camp, and they went out of their way to help me find it and managed to recover it a day later. The kindness and hospitality of the local people really made the trip special.
During my journey, I had different drivers and also met people from different countries. Sharing this experience of exploring and discovering the incredible wildlife together made the whole trip even more memorable.
I would highly recommend this company. If any of my friends are planning to visit Kenya in the future, this would definitely be the first company I recommend to them

Very serviceminded
We had to reschedule our tour late as the plane to Vic Falls was cancelled but that was no problem. They also picked us up at the airport where we got some info about the Chobe trip. The trip was great. The border formalities where smooth but long lines as only one or two desks were open. It is some distance to the park and the safari vehicles are not so comfortable in high speed. Game drive was fine We even saw some lions. Very tasty buffet lunch and after that boat safari on Chobe river wher there were lots of hippos and elephants. We also saw crocodiles 5 m long

I strongly recommend staying away from this company. In my experience, they are scammers and thieves.
We paid a $1,000 deposit in May to organize a safari for August. Despite having months to arrange everything, by mid-July they had still booked absolutely nothing.
We gave them another chance after they promised to resolve the situation. By the end of July, nothing had been booked. At that point, we asked them to cancel the safari and refund our $1,000.
From then on, their behavior became even worse. They stopped answering our messages and phone calls. They promised that our refund would be paid by August 7.
Today is August 18, and we still have no refund, no answers, and no explanation. They continue to ignore our calls and messages.
This is completely unacceptable.They've taken our money and then disappear. That is exactly how we have been treated.
If you are considering using this provider, Do not give them your money. Based on our experience, we believe they are scammers and thieves, and I would not trust them with even a single dollar.
