Memorable Rwandan Expertly Planned
Chris arranged a trip filled with superlatives for us.
I give Chris full credit for the quality of the people in Rwanda who looked after us: Benson's warm welcome at the Kigali airport; driver /guide Afrika's friendship and local knowledge; and gorilla guide extraordinaire Francois' gorilla encounters and language lessons.
We had the BEST driver/guide Afrika who shared his information about the resilience of the country after the genocide, safely drove us to and from Volcano National Park to see the gorillas happily looked after our every need. We had the BEST accommodation at our "Gorilla Villa" complete with singers and dancers on the lawn as we arrived. We had the BEST gorilla guide Francois whose antics teaching us how to speak gorilla and whose expertise allowed us an amazing close encounter with these endangered animals.

Soweto Tour
We had an excellent day's tour with Johan, our guide, covering the points of interest in Soweto, the Voortrekker monument and the apartheid Museum. Everything ran smoothly from pick up to return. Johan proved a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide who was happy to field all our questions and give us as much information as he could. I would use Eagle Safaris again if we return to South Africa and would certainly recommend Johan as a guide

My saviour in Kenya
I just wanna say that my Kenya trip was made memorable because of Lenox and Josh from Axis Safaris. Everything was perfect, we made many changes to the original plan right at the end moment but Lenox handled them well which made me and my partner extremely happy! We even got our currency converted from them and it was hassle free and smooth. All in all, keep up the good work guys!

Exceeded all expectations - could not have been better.
Found communications clear and concise with questions answered promptly. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable in identifying the many animals and birds encountered and their ability to spot wild life at a distance was outstanding. Their choice of accommodation varied between first class hotels and authentic tented camps with all providing an excellent choice of food and drink. I felt everyone in the company that I met was a friend and nothing was too much trouble. I have been on many safaris but never one as good as this. Will definitely book with this company whenever returning to Africa.

Shark Dive and Safari over New Years
We can't say enough about the service from Adventura! During planning our trip they were great. We knew that we wanted to do a shark dive and a safari but that was about all we knew. They walked through options and other activities to help plan the perfect trip. They were receptive with all of our requests and questions. The people who work for Adventura are great. Our guide in Cape Town Robin was fantastic. We have already decided when we go back we are going to request that we work with him again. We have done our own scheduling and driving in some other trips that we have taken but thought maybe it would be to much in somewhere we were so unfamiliar with and really didn't know much about so we went with professionals and so glad we did. For the first time on a vacation my wife relaxed and wasn't ready to come home near the end of our time. We didn't know what to expect but I can tell you we are now in love with Africa and will be going back again in the near future. When we do, we will be working with Adventura again.

Absolutely fantastic!
After considering various other providers, we chose Asili Explorer as they were a local tour operator and they provided a friendly service, fast response and comprehensive information about various options. Joe (the owner) was very accommodative to our requirements and interests, allowing us to design a perfect schedule for our 4-day safari in Ngorongoro and Serengeti national parks.
The safari exceeded our highest expectations - it proved to be the most memorable, authentic and fantastic travel experience ever! There is no better guide-driver than Enock Fabiani, who relentlessly worked on making it the best safari for us - with his 'hawk-eyes' he was able to detect all wild animals we wished to see, and many more - in addition to the 'Big 5', we also saw the great wildebeest migration, a cheetah attacking a wildebeest, 4 lion brothers feeding and leopard eating his meal in a tree. Enock was always patient with us, and made sure we were comfortable and happy, providing various timetable options with pros and cons for us to choose from. He has a rare, authentic passion for his job and pure love for animals and nature, which showed in his ability to tell us everything about the animals/safari and even connect with the animals so as to tell if we met them again or when they were hungry/hunting/aggressive vs. meek.
We were so pleased with our 4-day safari that we decided to do another 2-day safari after that – with Enock taking us to Manyara and Tarangire this time. Again, fantastic time!
Although the accommodation Asili offered (from lux bush camps to bungalows) were impressive & comfortable, they were still able to provide a competitive and fair offering for us.

Short after-wedding holiday
We didn't want to spend a huge amount of money in a luxury honey moon but we really wanted to go for a safari during our holidays so we decided to book, one week before our departure, with Axis Africa.
We had a very good time, met nice people travelling with us, had the chance to see all the animals we were hoping to see and the possibility to choose wheter we preferred to do some activities or others.
In general, we learnt that even if there are many tour operators, those that are in the same range of price offer the same facilities and actually you may find yourself changing the tour guide here and there according to the organisation between different operators.
We really appreciated the special treatment reserved to us as just married (private room, gift bottle of wine...!).
If you don't know with which company to book, Axis Safari offers a good service for the price you pay.

Fantastic Service
Just returned from a 5 day trip to AM Lodge in the Kruger National Park, arranged by Jolene at East Cape Tours, she has been brilliant in looking after all our arrangements, which we never made easy for her.
As a company incentive trip Jolene has looked after all of our wishes and requests and even helped sort out a Soweto tour as we had a 10 hour wait to return home. Even when we had an internal flight cancellation due to bad weather, she immediately arranged for an overland transfer to take us to our lodge.
Hope to return again next year with even more of our staff and would not hesitate to use you again.
