10 Day Botswana Tour
5/5

Three of us had a fabulous tour with Kalahari skies. Itinerary, vehicle, tent lodging and guiding were all unbeatable. Absolutely recommended!!

Excellent customer service, organisation and Value for money
5/5

Big time organised a 11 night stay for us in Kenya and Tanzania. Everything went amazingly well and we loved every minute of the trip. We had an amazing time in the Masai Mara, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and the Serengeti getting very close to the animals. We were picked up and delivered to the airport before and after the trip and all our other requests were sorted for us. The Tanzania leg was subcontracted to another Safari company but that was all done very professionally and we saw no drop in standard when we crossed the boarder. Would happily recommend big time to anyone looking for a budget safari

Great Service from Bison Safaris Team
5/5

Outstanding and over the board service from Bison Safaris .They helped us in a big way when we lost our luggage -they followed up with the airline and organized once the luggage was in Kenya to be brought to Masai Mara for us . What was promised is what we got - we stayed at Mara Sarova in the club tents ,amazing tents , great game viewing and food was as well really good .
We recommend Bison Safaris and a big thank you to Maggie for helping us out with the luggage issue .We appreciated every effort you put in to make us comfortable all through and the follow up you did to check if all was ok.

Short safari in Serengeti
4/5

I booked a 3 day safari with Hello Tanzania.
Apart from a few misunderstandings in the preparation phase, the travel was well organized. A driver picked me up from Zanzibar and drove to the airport where a small aircraft took me to Serengeti. The guides then picked me up and then we had a nice game drive. The camp is very nice and the staff is very friendly. Then on the way back I took the same flight and the driver picked me up at the airport and drove me back to my hotel.

Don't book!
1/5

The experience with this tour company was bad since the beginning. The communication by email didn't flow, and I always had to chase up Charles to get more information.
They offered me a good price for a 4 days camping safari, I accepted and rejected another tour operator (7wonderssafaris) that gave me a cheaper quote, because Charles seemed to have better reviews.
Charles asked me for a deposit a week earlier and the whole payment in cash the day before the safari, which I didn't feel comfortable to give because even the day before I had to chase up after him to communicate and he still didn't know who the guide will be or what time they would pick us up the next day.
Apparently Charles had another bigger group he would be guiding. This is understandable, but the guide we went with wasn't good. The other tourists complained that he didn't communicate anything with them. I was always talking to the guide and then passing the information to the rest of the tourists.
Even worst, to my surprise, it turned out that this guide was actually from 7WondersSafari !!!
So at the end I paid more to go with the company I rejected because they didn't have good reviews.
The safari itself was good, but the communication and service was deplorable. You can check what we saw here: https://ubuntutravelblog.wordpress.com/2016/10/07/safari-in-tanzania/

Nice 3 day getaway with different activities
5/5

This 3 day safari is nice getaway from Dar. The road from Dar to Selous is very good and not busy at all. Last 2,5 hours is a dirt road which is in good condition. In Selous we stayed in a nice and simple camp. The food is good as Nyasi brings his one cook. During the 3 days there are 3 different types of safari. By boat, by car and by foot, which is very nice.
Before the safari the communication is very clear and I didn't had any misunderstanding.

All with all a very good experience.

Excellent communication and delivered on promises from start to finish
5/5

From the moment we booked and until we headed home the team at Kruger Park Travel made life so easy and delivered on all their promises.
Having stepped off the plane from Cape Town we were looked after all the way, tour of Soweto was amazing, trip to Zimbabwe and Botswana eye openers, and many times mouth openers, with the Kruger the icing on the cake.
All accommodation was excellent, tours were fun from start to finish, I thought the itinerary of the 9 day tour is well put together and certainly allows you to enjoy your time and not worry about what to do next.
I found the whole experience worth every dollar we paid, In fact I was surprised at what we got for the money, action packed excitement!!
I would certainly recommend booking with the team and enjoy a stress free exciting holiday

Experienced, knowledgeable guides, great food, interesting and varied agendas.
5/5

The guides were friendly and helpful, knew the facts about the different areas we visited, spoke good English, always courteous and often had a good sense of humor. The assistants/cooks also participated in putting up tents, made good tasting and varied food and lent a helping hand whenever needed.
I would only recommend changing one or two camp sites, especially Dqae Qare San Lodge. It had no water & no electricity. We heard there usually is some problem while in that camp.

Our group had a terrific experience seeing more than 35 types of wildlife living in the Masai Mara.
5/5

I have been very happily using Elida Tours for groups from my church for 15 years. I have never been disappointed. I have always experienced excellent service provided to us by the managers, the drivers and the guides. Everyone has been very professional, very friendly, very personable and very knowledgeable. We constantly feel well-cared for and as if we were special to Elida. Making the booking and payment arrangements has been easy and smooth. The drivers are careful and very skillful. The safari guides know a lot about the wildlife and the parks. The safari vans are great for both off-road and on-road driving. Everyone in the organization is helpful, accommodating, serves above and beyond the call of duty and are of great personal character. You cannot go wrong with Elida. Each of my many trips with them has been wonderful. I am already looking forward to my next time with them.
