Amazing and informative guide, made the tours very easy
Joseph made the day in Nairobi incredibly easy. He took care of the tickets for all of our events before, so we didn't have to pay or wait in lines anywhere. He is a great driver and very knowledgeable about so many topics. We saw many wonderful places, went to his recommended spots for lunch and coffee after, which were both excellent. It was a very easy and relaxing day for us as he took care of it all.

Amazing operator and guide, planned a wonderful safari
The planning process was incredibly simple, they handled all of the bookings and details for us and we stayed in their recommended lodging. The lodging was beautiful, and the check in was super simple at every spot. Francis was the best driver in the park, and was very nice and very knowledgeable about all animals. He made sure we got our money's worth during the safari. The communication was always great and quick, and they made the entire safari very easy and relaxing for us.

I don't usually book anything through travel agencies. But for my Namibia trip I felt that I needed some local expertise for my tailor-made trip. I had spoken to 1-2 other agencies at first but didn't feel that they understood my needs at all or couldn't provide solutions that were accustomed to my specific needs. Then I found Viatu and Alexandra was amazing at giving me the type of insights I needed. I was very keen and willing to do a lot of self-driving each day in order to view as many spots as possible to do my photography. Everything went smoothly and all the accommodations were amazing. Value for money
We had some miscomunication about level of the hotel. The hotel was changed next day as we wrote a complaint. The guide Libe was super helpfull, good driver and reliable.

What an amazing trip! The gorillas experience was super special. The tour guide Smith, the BEST in the business. He is always happy and tries to find positives in everything even if something isn’t going your way! For sure try to get him as your tour guide.

Zephaniah was very flexible in customizing our itinerary to our needs.
We highly recommend our safari guide, Justin. He was thorough with our itinerary and was quick to learn what would excite my family. After we started our tour, we mostly just relaxed and enjoyed it while he took us to his targeted game drives for what he wanted to show us each day. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to show us 80% of wildlife (animals and birds) species that Tanzania has to offer. My whole family felt like we learned a lot about wildlife, animal behavior, and patterns of how the whole ecosystem operates. We were lucky enough to be at right spot at right time to watch three cheetahs hunt and kill wildebeest.
Accommodations are decent with staff always willing to go above and beyond in making you comfortable.

The operator was well organised
I recently climbed Kilimanjaro with Zanzi Trekking and Safaris, and I can't recommend them enough! The main guide, August, was exceptional—knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about the mountain. He spotted all the wild animals in the rainforest at the start of Lemosho. The entire experience was well-organized, and the team made every step enjoyable. If you're looking to conquer Kilimanjaro, Zanzi Trekking and Safaris is the way to go.

An unique memory
A great trip together as family through the beautiful nature of Rwanda and Uganda. With many highlights, the gorilla family visit was one of them! The trip could not be as complete as it was if Smith was not our guide. An unique memory!!!
