World Traveler - Best Experience Ever!
To celebrate my birthday, my daughter's engagement and my niece's graduation from University, I planned a trip to Africa!
Let me first start by saying, planning a Safari can be a daunting task. There are so many options to choose from, so much to see, and it is expensive to travel across the globe so you want to be sure you get the best value for your money. Trust me, it is not easy to navigate.
We wanted to capture as much as possible while in Tanzania and we packed our schedule with every opportunity!
I have been in the travel industry for over 30 years and have planned all of my family, personal and professional trips for as long as I can remember. I have OCD and micro manage every detail of a trip to ensure the best experience is had by everyone involved. I've planned trips to Russia, Greece, Australia, and the UK just to mention a few. I had never used a travel or tour company, never really needed to. This was the exception and I made the best decision ever!
From the first point of contact until the last hug goodbye it was a perfect experience, and I don't say that lightly. In the spirit of brevity I will only point out a few of the best features of the organization. Robert, Harry, Silas, Joshua and the entire team care! They are committed to ensuring everyone has an amazing experience. I was nervous about the pick up at the airport, don't be. They are standing at the door with a sign, cold beer and a smile waiting for us to arrive. The communication was outstanding, before, during and after the trip. I never had to call twice, or wait for a response more than a day. I changed our itinerary several times due to a variety or reasons, mostly my desire to stay in the best resorts, which was executed on perfectly. I added adventures along the way, horseback riding, a hot air ballon ride, a walking safari, it was all accommodated and with exceptional ease by the team.
RO set up special events at the resorts to celebrate our occasions, at every turn we were surprised and delighted with thoughtful touches.
Harry, our guide, was amazing. Always first or second on the scene to experience the animals first hand. Not only did we see the Big 5, we saw so much more thanks for Harry's expert eye and years of experience. He was so kind to us and treated us like family the whole time.
Breaks, meals and bathroom breaks were all exceptionally executed, even in the middle of the Serengeti.
I honestly can't say enough about RO. I have already started working on another adventure with them and have recommended them to all of my friends and family. They are flexible with your budget and have options in every price range just tell them what you want to see and let them work their magic.

I had my dream experience on a tour to Samburu National Park. The guide was well vast about wildlife and knows how to manoeuvre around the park, such that you get to see almost all animals. I'm still reminiscing about beautiful sunsets at the end of the tour. I am certainly saving for a another great trip to Maasai Mara with Tilman Safaris

High Quality Trekking Support
My younger sister Anna and I embarked on a trek up Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho route with Migration Venture Africa, and it was a successful journey that has significantly impacted our lives. Achieving the summit requires much more than just showing up at the Lemosho gate; it necessitates extensive planning and reaching a certain mental state, which is made easier with a dependable support system.
We are very grateful for the support and help we received from our guides Haji and Epa. They were both exceptional in guiding and caring for us. I am very protective of Anna, but with their guidance, I felt completely assured that we were in good hands. We were well taken care of in terms of food, sleeping arrangements, amenities, and, most importantly, these individuals provided great companionship.

Safari Experience that felt exclusive and uniquely personal
Serengeti Wakanda delivered an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Over the course of our stay, we were based at several different lodges and camps, each one thoughtfully chosen and incredibly comfortable. From hot showers and real beds to lantern-lit verandas and sweeping views, every spot struck the perfect balance between comfort and connection to the landscape. The Land Cruiser in use throughout was top-tier—immaculately maintained, spacious, and well-equipped for long days in the bush. Evenings by the fire, drink in hand, felt unhurried and meaningful—a chance to take it all in.
What really stood out was the personalized feel of the entire trip. Every detail, from the timing of the game drives to the meals and hospitality, felt intentional. The staff made a genuine effort to understand what we were hoping for, and the whole experience felt calm, flexible, and deeply considered. This wasn’t just a sightseeing loop—it was immersive, intimate, and full of thoughtful touches.
And then there’s Bashir—calm, deeply knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He brought a quiet confidence to every game drive and had an incredible sense for where to be and when. His focus on patience paid off again and again: we spent time with a leopard draped across a tree, followed several lion prides at different points in the day, and had some surprisingly close, peaceful encounters with elephants. Bashir never rushed, never oversold—just read the land and let things unfold. It made for a much richer, more memorable experience.
We could not have asked for a better experience, and will enthusiastically recommend Serengeti Wakanda to anyone interested in a Tanzania safari!

We truly can’t say enough good things about our safari experience — it was the adventure of a lifetime, and we owe that to our incredible guides, Jackson and Denis.
Jackson was not only a fantastic guide and driver, but also absolutely hilarious! He kept us smiling and laughing the entire time. Beyond that, his deep knowledge of the land and wildlife meant we didn’t just wait around hoping to get lucky — he made the magic happen. Jackson knew exactly where to go, how to track the animals, and ensured we saw everything we dreamed of seeing. Every moment felt intentional and thoughtfully planned thanks to his skill and experience.
Denis, as a trainee, was equally impressive. His passion for learning and his love for Tanzanian history really shone through. He shared so much interesting information and was eager to answer any questions we had. It’s clear he’s going to be an outstanding guide in his own right.
We also want to give a special mention to Bahati, our original guide. He was so kind and welcoming. When an unlucky car issue came up, he had to hand us over to Jackson, and he did so with such professionalism and care. We were grateful for the way he made sure we were in great hands.
On top of the incredible guiding, Ozon made sure every part of the trip was seamless. All of our accommodations were top-notch — comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully chosen. Everything was set for us, completely stress-free. We never had to worry about a thing, and that made it even easier to fully enjoy every moment. We feel extremely fortunate.
If you’re considering booking, do it — and ask for Jackson and Denis! They pour their hearts into what they do, and they absolutely deserve to be recognized. We’ll be talking about this trip forever thanks to them.
