wonderful experience
For us, was the first time travelling in Africa and everything was brand new: the people and their exotic habits, the places . This short holiday in Tanzania was for us a very unique experience with unparalleled experiences and emotions which offer us a range of moments and wonderful memories. In conclusion, a memorable and successful holiday. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and good organisation of your staff and definitely we will share this to other friends.

Great experience!
The whole safari was well organized and was a wonderful experience. We did all day safari throughout the entire period and our guide and driver Haron Gashao was knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I go back to East Africa, it will be with Haron. Thank you Haron, for making our trip memorable.

Photographer's Paradise
We have been fortunate to visit Africa on 6 separate safaris staying at many of the best lodges on offer. Kaingo rates as one of the best and one of our favourites for the outstanding photographic opportunities. Couple this with excellent guides as well as lodge staff and management and you have an outstanding safari operation. The hides provide excellent close up experiences that many others cannot provide. I have no doubt that we will return to this great location in the not too distant future

Very efficient and affordable safari
Big Times Safaris are the best no doubt! From the the time I booked the safari; they didn't even ask for a down payment like many other companies do, they just took my details and reserved a space for me till the day i paid for the safari and that was a day to.
The driver was so friendly right from picking us up from the hotel all the way to the safari and back. He ensured we had a nice experience throughout the safari.

Simply perfect, brilliant, marvelous!
This is the second time we have travelled to Africa through Jono, Danica and the team at Encompass Africa - after our first trip through them (about 2011) I didn't consider going anywhere else.
Going to Africa the first time was a scary proposition - where to go, was it safe, etc. I contacted a few companies, and it was Jono's personal attention to detail that made me choose Encompass Africa. Good decision!
He bothered to find out what we wanted, and on hearing we weren't into city experiences and my husband was a keen fisher, he designed the perfect itinerary to Botswania and Zambia, sorted all our flights and transfers through a number of borders, and recommended the most amazing places to stay. Their help on the preparation (what to take, shots etc.) was invaluable.
For this second trip I wanted to take Andrew back to Zambia for his 60th birthday, and once again Jono made us a great trip with a brilliant lodge.
If we get back to Africa (cross fingers) there's no-one else I'd contact!

Unforgettable Safari Experience
We highly recommend Zohar African Safaris. Lilian the tour director was amazing! She arranged everything on short notice; great lodgings, excellent guides. Justus (Kenya) and Fazal (Tanzania) were very knowledgeable about the animals and birds in their countries. Had a wonderful, unforgettable two weeks on safari!

A Truly Wonderful African Experience
My daughter is a Peace Corps volunteer in Malawi, Africa. When I decided to visit her in Africa during her assignment, I had no idea how to piece a two week vacation together. I contacted Anne Bellamy of Great Safaris who put an amazing trip together for us. Anne made arrangements for us to meet in CapeTown, South Africa where we spent a wonderful week touring this beautiful and fascinating city, as well as the Cape of Good Hope. We then flew to Sabi Sands Game Reserve, a part of greater Kruger National Park, and went on safari for 5 days. The arrangements made for our trip were flawless. The flights were well planned out, the ground transports were professional and on time, the companies they contracted with in South Africa were wonderful, and the facilities that were booked for us were perfect. Anne tailored a vacation package that suited our needs, which included tours we were interested in but also included enough free time for us to spend time together and explore on our own. I could not have done this on my own, and I cannot thank Great Safaris enough for putting together this worry free vacation that has given my daughter and I memories that will last a lifetime.

A fantastic, memorable experience of South Africa's wildlife
We first visited the Kruger in July 2015 with Wildwings Safaris (staying at Skukuza and Satara) and had such an amazing time that we visited again in August 2016 (staying at Letaba, Mopani and Shingwedzi). Kruger is huge (about the size of Wales or Israel) so there is plenty of habitat to support a wide range of wildlife. We had excellent views of the 'Big 5' and other great wildlife such as Wild Dogs, Honey Badgers, Sable, Roan antelope (north of Shingwedzi) and Tsessebe. Both visits took place during the southern winter (dry season) and the weather was dry, warm and sunny with game viewing easier then due to the drier vegetation. We stayed in the SANParks rest camps and these were an ideal base, with handy shops for buying your own groceries if self-catering or restaurants if not. There was also a petrol station at each camp. Our guide with Wildwings Safaris (Simon) was excellent and really enthusiastic - it was like he was on holiday with us! He was also a keen birder (as am I) so it was great to be able to stop and enjoy plenty of Kruger's varied birdlife too. They also arranged our other accommodation in South Africa flawlessly - I can't recommend this company highly enough. We also enjoyed the SANParks evening/night game drives and bush walks, which provide an alternative way to see the bush after the gates have closed and a chance at seeing something unusual, such as Porcupine, Genet and Side-striped Jackal. We love Kruger and will definitely be back again.

A wildlife paradise
First and foremost, the types of wildlife I saw in Etosha Park were greatly varied. To list, there were many zebras, giraffes, elephants, rhinos, kudu, springbok, steenbok, wildebeest, red hartebeest, oryx, and ostriches. As it was wintertime, there was a scarcity of water around the park, so it was easy to see lots of animals gathered at the watering holes. I was told that there are also many leopards and lions in the park, but as I only spent two days there, I did not have enough time to see them.
I stayed at Halali camp, which was at the center of the park. It was at a good location with a waterhole nearby, but the rooms, especially the bathroom facilities, were old. I heard from others that there are better accommodations near the entrances of the park.
The park offers "game drives" twice a day, for 3 hours, for 500 Namibian dollars. These are very convenient, and you can make reservations for them upon arrival.
