Meticulous attention to maximizing our experiences
5/5

From start to finish of our 2-week safari in Kenya, Twiga treated us royally. No worries on arrival or departure at the airport & Nairobi hotels.
Our guides, Nico and Alex, saw to it that we had detailed updates of our fun-packed itinerary at each stage. They continually sought out the best viewing times and places for all the animals and birds, using their deep knowledge and experience to explain what we were seeing. They got us close enough for great photo ops whilst respecting the animals’ space.
The accommodations at each step of our 7- location vacation were amazing - food was wonderful and staff were extremely helpful and engaging at each place. Each conservancy we visited provided contrasting opportunities for viewing wildlife and our travels took us through communities where we could view local customs and lifestyles.
We had an opportunity to interact with villagers in Samburu which became a highlight of our trip. Such interesting people taking the time to explain their daily lives and their ambitions.
We felt safe and cared for at every step of the trip. My son and I were part of a 7-person tour group from BC Canada & I can honestly say that we feel lucky and blessed to have been with the other 5 and with our two guides for those two weeks.
Considering the huge benefits and pleasure we derived from our experience, I have no hesitation in fully endorsing Twiga and reporting that value for money was not an issue.
Thank you Twiga

He was amazing helpful and very patient with my young ones
5/5

I had an incredible experience with Belair Adventures & Safari on their 5-day Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari. From start to finish, the trip was professionally organized, and the team ensured that everything ran smoothly.

The booking process was straightforward, and their communication was prompt and helpful. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by our guide, David, who immediately made the group feel welcome. David’s expertise and passion for wildlife were evident—he seemed to know exactly where to go for the best sightings and shared fascinating insights about the animals and ecosystems.

The safari itself was magical. We saw the Big Five and countless other animals, including a rare cheetah sighting, which was a highlight for me. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and located in stunning settings that offered breathtaking views of the savannah.

One of the best parts of the tour was how well-paced it was. While we covered a lot of ground, there was always enough time to take in the scenery and enjoy the moments without feeling rushed.

I highly recommend Belair Adventures & Safari to anyone looking for a memorable and well-organized safari experience. I’ll definitely be booking with them again for future adventures!

Excellent Safari & Hiking Trip
5/5

We booked 2D/1N trip from Dar Es Salaam to Tarangire national park and Kilimanjaro slopes, Materuni Waterfalls.

Everything went smooth from pick up from our Hotel in Dar Es Salaam, flight to Arusha and day Safari in Tarangire National Park. Our driver and guide Morgan, managed to bring us to see the lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, warthogs and lot other wild animals. We had picnic lunch at a park with a beautiful view to a valley and a river. The next morning we went to Kilimanjaro slopes, with a photo stop to see beautiful clear view of Mount Kilimanjaro. The hiking to Materuni waterfalls was easy and refreshing, our guide on the second day, Sam, explains lots of information on the vegetation of the park. We had lunch at a coffee plantation, with an interesting coffee making demonstration.
Our 2 days tour was an experience that enriched our souls.

Terrible experience Mud poured over our heads and clothes got dirty but no support
1/5

We faced a terrible experience during the tour. Mud and muddy water poured over our head and clothes got dirty but no support nor compensation from the guide.

The tour was held on a clowdy day with some rain and the ground was so muddy.

The car the guide used was a van, HIACE (not the land clouser or something) and the car hight was not enough to avoid splash mad or even to run the bad road.
So we closed the window and opened the roof to watch animals.

The case was happened when we crossed a big puddle. Even though the car is not tall enough to cross it and there was an alternative detour to avoid it, the driver plunged into it and after a few seconds , the car hit a pothole and mud (and water) heavily splashed and they poured into our heads and clothes from the opened roof.

Please let me echo that if it was of course
avoidable because 1) there was an alternative detour to avoid the puddle and 2) there were a few seconds for the driver to stop and turn back before hitting the pothole (the mud splash was kept happening).

After the incident, we asked to the support team to seek any compensation but they just said apologies.

We are very disappointed for the experience without professionalism.

Knowledgeable, reliable and friendly.
5/5

We were given Destiny's details by a friend who had used them...a good recommendation.
They had a very competitive price for our 4 day safari and picked us up exactly on time at our accommodation in Moshi. Our guide was very knowledgeable and knew the best places to go. The accommodation included on the safari were of a good standard. One night at an hotel and 2 nights in a tent/lodge in the Serengeti.
We would definitely use them if we ever return and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great tour with Chris Sanyu of Native Africa Tours. He was considerate, knowledgeable, honest, caring and an excellent driver. We all loved him.

The tour included all hotels, meals, tours and transportation for the 5 of us in a customized safari vehicle for 14 days at just $4,500 (without airfare) per person. Itineraries can be designed around your interests and time available. Highly recommend Chris and his team if you want a fabulous Africa adventure.

Incredible nature sights and educative tour guide in Mikumi National park
5/5

I traveled with Kihindo Tours and Safaris to Mikumi National Park in December, accompanied by three friends. Our tour guide, William, picked us up from our accommodation in Dar es Salaam early in the morning, around 6 a.m., and we drove together to our hotel near the park. In the evening, we visited a Maasai village where we had the opportunity to take part in a Maasai tour. The guide taught us about their way of life and showed us around, which was an enriching experience. We then returned to the hotel and enjoyed dinner at their restaurant.

The following day began with breakfast at 6 a.m., followed by a short drive to the national park. On the way, we already saw several animals, including zebras, antelopes, and giraffes. We quickly realized that luck was on our side, as we managed to spot four of the Big Five in just a few hours (there are no rhinos in Mikumi, which is the fifth of the Big Five). Throughout the day, William, our exceptional guide, took the time to explain the characteristics of each animal we encountered and answered all of our questions with great care. Lunch was served at a restaurant within the park, where we were accompanied by monkeys roaming around the area, all while enjoying a beautiful view of the savannah. We ended the game drive around 5 pm and were served dinner back at the hotel.

On the second day of the safari, the weather turned rainy, but this did not bother us, as we were in a vehicle with a roof—unlike most other safari companies we observed. It was actually quite beautiful to witness the dramatic transformation of the landscape as the rain began, and it added to the surreal feeling of being immersed in nature. We informed William that we wanted to experience a more relaxed, "slow TV"-style safari, simply watching the animals at our own pace, which he was more than happy to accommodate. His flexibility and attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable, and I appreciated this personal touch, which was a major advantage of having a private guide.

On the third day, we had a travel day, as we drove back to Dar es Salaam and were dropped off at the ferry terminal for our trip to Zanzibar. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Kihindo Tours and Safaris to anyone considering a safari in Tanzania.

A beautiful journey that never ends
5/5

I have been a customer of BMS (best Memories Safaris) for a long time and can only say that I am always happy to return. This time I left everything to Isaac, the organisation, the parks, the lodges, and it was perfect. We started from Nairobi via Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara to Lake Navaisha. One of Kenya's many scenic highlights. We were lucky enough to see the ‘BIG FIVE’ in their natural environment. The tranquillity and professional knowledge of our guide Joshua was particularly impressive. The warm hospitality of Kenya, together with the choice of natural yet luxurious accommodation made this trip an unforgettable experience. Of course, the next trip with best Memories Safaris is already planned. What I would like to emphasise here is that BMS is always fair in terms of value for money. There is stable communication right from the start and the vehicles are roadworthy. Invoices are transparent and you have the option of paying in different currencies. I personally prefer KSH. Service is a top priority. Asante Sana Isaac, for this wonderful experience.
