Great personnel and organization
5/5

The tour was perfectly organized from beginning to end. The communication was perfect at all times, the guide was motivated, kind, funny and had a lot of knowledge. The cook made the best food I ever ate every day, it was super healthy and fresh. The accommodations were good as for the budget level, the camping was a lot of fun and we spotted many animals. I also added two more days to the original safari, which was no problem and neatly planned. I always knew what would happen next and never felt lost. Also on the two extra days all people were very kind and fun and I had an even better time than I would have expected. 1000% recommend!

Incredible experience with a brilliant guide
5/5

We visited Uganda for a 9-day safari tour, and this company made it one of the best experiences of our lives. Our fantastic guide Edmand worked tirelessly to make sure we were comfortable, maximise the time with the animals, and was a fountain of interesting knowledge about the various species, culture, and history of the country. We learned so much and really appreciated Edmand's ability to find the hiding animals, as well as his patience to let us enjoy the moments (whilst other safari jeeps drove off, we spent an extra 10 minutes with a lioness and her cubs). In addition, the accommodation was all lovely, and the food throughout was great (we're vegetarian and didn't struggle at all). Cost wise we found the company to be fair compared to others. Importantly though we were never up-sold anything throughout the tour. Everything is included and there was no one trying to make us spend more. Thank you Emerald of Africa. If we're lucky enough to visit Uganda again, we will definitely rebook with you!

An unforgettable and reluctant journey
5/5

Jungleroamcompany is an excellent host, arranging a reasonable itinerary and comfortable hotels for us without any problems throughout the process. They also gave us a T-shirt with the company logo as a gift, which is very unique to Safari. The guide caleb was very good and professional. He told us a lot about the local situation in Africa along the way, and even chatted with us for a while when we were bored in the car. He is very humorous and willing to try the Chinese snacks we gave him, even if he keeps drinking spicy water. He would ask us how we slept before departure every day, whether breakfast was to our liking, and it's okay to be a little late. He would catch up with the time on the way. He has a wealth of animal knowledge and can explain the habits of various animals to us. He is also very experienced and knows when and where animals usually appear. His eyes can see very far and can help us find many different types of animals, observe lion hunting, and get us good camera spots to take photos. On the last day of Safari, he found us a great camping spot where we could sit by the river and have lunch while watching hippos and crocodiles. It was a very unforgettable experience.

Best safari guide in Africa. What an experience!
5/5

After being recommended to Heart of Serengeti by a family member, I decided to book my safari with them. It turned to be probably the best experience of my life. Kennedy made sure everything went as amazing and smooth as possible in my trip. He is extremely knowledgeable about animals, nature, and knows Ngorongoro and Seregenti areas so well. I had so much fun and had the chance to see the most beautiful and iconic animals. Moreover, he challenged himself and took me to very unique and unexplored routes in order to spot the biggest animals - like big male lions and old elephants. On top of that, he is an extraordinary driver. Unreal experience with an amazing person and professional. Will be back soon!

Excellent safari, excellent guide!
5/5

Migration Venture Africa is a wonderful tour company. They communicated well via email and provided our group of 4 adults with a wonderful 6-day safari through Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks. They arranged excellent mid-range lodges for us, which felt luxurious after a long day of driving/safari. We had the best driver and guide, Bonny. He knew a lot about the environment and all animals, including birds. We saw all of the usual safari animals, even witnessed two lionesses hunt a baby warthog. Bonny made us feel safe and taken care of. Furthermore he gave a lot of interesting information about his own tribe and several others in Tanzania. We definitely recommend this company and cannot praise Bonny enough for guiding our experience in the northern part of Tanzania!

Amazing safari thanks to Geoff
5/5

Amazing safari with our guide Geoff. Made extra effort to make sure the private tour was curated to our liking - changing pick up and drop off times, and trying to find the animals we hoped to see. Had so much energy, experience and enthusiasm; very knowledgeable and dedicated to the job.
Saw incredible animals (thanks to Geoff's experience on the plains).
Hotels are lovely - luxurious tents in amazing places. Zebras came right up to the room.
Noah also very responsive and helpful.
Tailored the safari to our needs. Overall company experience very good.
Would definitely recommend.
Thanks Geoff!

We enjoyed the service provided by Sammi very much
5/5

When I was a kid, I watched the animal world on TV and always yearned for it. My kid is also the age that likes animals the most. Before going, I compared four local guides, including Chinese and Kenyan guides—the first is to compare prices and hotels, the second is to compare services. In this way,if you just express your interest, you can see everyone's attitude. After comprehensive consideration, I chose Sammi.

I just came back from Kenya. The service was indeed in place, and we were guaranteed to be safe. We were also asked to put our mobile phones in our bags as much as possible on the road and not to walk in areas with too many people. Because we travelled with a four-year-old kid, we were more worried than the average adult. I prepared antipyretics, cold medicines, and gastrointestinal medicines in advance, and I paid special attention to water use. Unfortunately, the kid had a fever the next day, and we went to the hospital that night (this hospital was taken by Sammi, and the blood test report was issued in three minutes, and the medicine was prescribed, and it was only USD 5 in the end). I always thought it was a virus, and I was really nervous. I was unfamiliar with the place and was afraid of what to do if it was serious. In the end, it was just acclimatization. After the third day, the kid was basically stable. Sammi discussed the subsequent itinerary according to the status of our family, which was very considerate. On the last day we left, it was early in the morning. He knew we wanted to buy some tea, so he took us to the tea factory—not only was the price extremely cheap, but the scenery was also very beautiful. It was a pleasant surprise. In short, we had a very happy trip. It was obvious that he loved his land very much. He would be indignant when he saw water bottles being thrown away. We also hope that this land and its wild animals will continue to thrive. 🥰

We wish we should come back again for the safari with Sammi soon .💯
