Thanks to Nelson’s incredible spotting skills, we saw the Big Five, a cheetah cubs from a 2 fit away, and a breathtaking elephant encounter. His smooth driving and deep knowledge made every moment special. The lodges and camps were excellent, with great food and stunning views.

Amazing Experience
We loved Big Mama Safari. The communication was excellent, every additional request we had was accommodated, and the safari experience was amazong. We got paired with an amazing guide who was knowledgable, and made sure we get to see as many animals as possible! I would definitely recommend this and would book with Big Mama Safari again if I ever come back!

Excellent organisation
It's the 4th time I spend at The Better Inn, the hostel attached to the Company, and again I am perfectly happy with the service they provide.
Normally the company offers private hand tailored Safaris, but due to the length of my planned safari and my budget I decided to go for a joined safari and luckily Amos, the owner, could organise one for me.
It was a 4 days camping and balloon safari and Amos did all the bookings, like the balloon company, the camps, but also transfer and pick up.
During my stay he would regularly check up on me if everything was good and I had a good time.
And I did have the best time of my life and enjoyed the safari to the fullest 🙏

A perfect trip
I am blown away by Golden Rwanda Safaris. From the moment I first contacted them the service and professionalism were amazing. I initially was going to do Rwanda only, then decided I wanted to include Kenya. Frank created a perfect custom itinerary for what I wanted. Throughout the process, Frank always responded quickly and answered any questions. All of the accommodations in Rwanda and Kenya were excellent. Throughout the trip things were adjusted and customized to exactly what I wanted. Tafeque, my guide in Rwanda, was fantastic. In Kenya, I was with a partner company, African Hartebeest, and the service was just as good. Beverly was my point of contact with them. She was just as helpful and responsive as Frank. My guide in Kenya, Edwin, was also phenomenal. I will surely be back at some point in the coming years and have already recommended to friends and families to use Golden Rwanda.

Wonderful trip, very professional company and guide
We just finished a 6-day safari with Gilmag. Everything was wonderful. We traveled from Kenya to Tanzania and arrived at the Serengeti smoothly. Our hotel every day was very beautiful. This is unforgettable. The owner of Gilmag greeted us very warmly outside the airport.
Our guide Prosper is very professional and has good driving skills. He has more than ten years of guiding experience. It often rains in Ndutu in January, and many cars are stuck. Prosper led us to drive smoothly with his professional driving skills.
Mr. Felix is also very professional. He is a very good person. After a month of communication, we decided to cooperate with him because the communication with him was very smooth and happy. Every day he asked us if we were satisfied and gave us very good care.

Wild Media Safaris provided us with a magical experience that was unbelievably fun!
Our safari was an experience that is difficult to capture in words - the comraderie, the laughter, the excitement of seeing an animal for the first time, the amazing accommodations - all of it was magical. It was an experience I don’t think I’ll be able to repeat in my lifetime.
Each day, we had Cornel or Thom as our driver. Cornel is the owner of Wild Media Safaris. Cornel had a lighthearted disposition and was delightfully engaging. Cornel knew his business and had a firm handle on the travel times required each day and what hour we needed to be departing each morning. Each night he would tell us what time we needed to eat breakfast and depart by.
Thom was the driver of the second Land Cruiser Vehicle. In his 20 years as a guide, he has probably had visited the Ngorongoro Crater 300 times - and Thom showed just as much enthusiasm in spotting a rhino for us, as if it was the first time he visited! He was amazing at identifying the 220 plus birds that we spotted on this trip too! Both Cornel and Thom were safe drivers who navigated some really rough roads. They knew how to position our vehicles to get the best views and angles of wildlife - especially when there were other safari vehicles work around.
