Professionally-managed & Wonderful Safari experience
Jacklyne, from the office and Tom, our guide, on behalf of Axis Africa Safaris have been brilliant all through. Jacklyne responded through all our booking queries with patience and offered important suggestions in order to improve our itinerary, she was very supportive.
Since we met Tom at the start of our safari, he was very patient with us and guided us all through the safari wonderfully. Tom is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable and he made our safari one of the best experiences ever! We are highly grateful to Tom for all the information he provided and his eagerness and commitment to ensure we had the best experience ever. Such dedicated people are difficult to find but Tom has been dedicated all through. I would like to call out Tom’s knowledge about the wildlife and his hard work due to which our safari was one of the best experiences ever.
Grateful to Axis Africa for ensuring a smooth experience. Thank you!

Excellent Caring 10 Star rating Agency with class. Great value for money.
A Very big THANK YOU to Safari365. Special thanks to Charles Howie and Trevor Stouzt. An incredible tour. So well organised from start to finish and a nice welcome home pack. We have travelled with so many other agencies where they take your money and never bother about you. BUT no so with Safari365. You talk to the same person. Truly are 24/7 365. We had our flight delayed in Kruger. I messaged Trevor on Sunday and it was sorted out immediately. We highly recommend this company. We definitely will travel and already planning my next trip with them. Safari with luxury. Great hotels, great service. 5 stars is not enough. Thanks heaps Trevor. These words don't do enough justice for the wonderful loving care, service and support that you provide. No emphasis on money or time but 24/7 service with a smile. Many thanks once again. The two sisters from Australia- Manel and Shereen

Incredible experience; Jerry was THE BEST!
We had an incredible experience with Dev Safari. We did the 3-day gorilla trek in Bwindi; lots of driving the first and last day (8-10 hours) but totally worth it. Our guide Jerry was incredible — he was so kind and knowledgeable, kept us safe on the roads, and was superbly helpful for any accommodations we needed. Accommodations were very nice and clean, food was plenty at each meal and delicious! The lodge on an island is an absolute dream — I would have loved to stay there longer. Overall, we had a wonderful time, it was great value for money, and we plan to use Dav Safaris on future trips! Highly recommend!!!

Very helpful.
I want to start this review by saying we had the most incredible and unforgettable experience ever!
Anitha our tour operator was amazing from the beginning. I sent an email via Golden Trip Tanzania’s website and Anitha was in touch incredibly quickly. She asked many questions of what we’d like to do, how long for.. all the right questions you’d like to be asked before booking a safari. She then created several itineraries so we could see several options. We decided we liked the 3 day safari first day in Tarangire National park, second day Serengeti, third day Ngorongoro Crater all staying at budget campsites. However after discussing the rest of our trip and as we were coming from Dar Es Salaam, We decided to add 2 nights at a summit safari lodge so at the start of our trip we’d be there ready in the morning and then once the safari was over we had somewhere to stay that night as travelling to Zanzibar the next day. We also included our flight to Zanzibar in this package deal. Anitha also created an itinerary included Zanzibar for us however we decided to not accept this as my partners dad is from Tanzania and was meeting us in Zanzibar and we didn’t want a strict schedule. A couple of days prior to the safari we were told that our safari journey was going to be changed as a a lack of animals were being seen in the Tarangire national park and therefore were going to have 2 days in the Serengeti and one day at the crater which was fine with us so be prepared for some flexibility which we were fine with.
Upon arrival in Arusha we were picked up by a driver and Anitha who greeted us and took us to the lodge where we checked in and sorted final payments out with Anitha which was absolutely fine, we decided to pay by the 90% left to pay on card and there were a few issues with the card machine so we ended up just doing it by transfer which was all fine with us!
The stay at summit safari lodge was amazing, we arrived quite late and dinner was nearly over however the lady let us order off the menu rather than eating what was left of the buffet which was incredibly kind as we were more than happy to just have what was left as we were tired after a long day.
We were picked up around 7:40 the first morning despite being told 7am which we a little worried about by got reassured the driver was on his way as he was! We both had big hard shell suitcases with us as we told these will be fine to bring with us on the safari however we decided to condense it down just to 1 as it would be silly bringing all our clothes with us just for a couple of day, we left 1 case at the lodge as we were coming back. We were told we would be able to take both cases but we didn’t anyway. On pick up our driver told us we could not take the big case as there would be no room however we had no option so he managed to fit it in. Our first day we spent driving through Ngorongoro national park, stopping at a site for lunch and continuing through to the central Serengeti, it was a long day of just straight driving however it was all so worth it, we stopped a couple of time to view some animals but we all understood it was important to make it to our campsite before dark to set up the tents. Anitha checked in with us via WhatsApp regularly throughout the safari which was nice. The next day was a day of game driving which was the most incredible day ever, we saw everything you could imagine and our driver ibriham went above and beyond and honestly created the experience for us along side the other people in our car- they were a group of people from Spain and just us two so there was 7 of us all together and the driver, we could not of asked for a better group of people to have spent the 3 days with. Ibriham’s driving through the unpathed roads etc made us all feel very safe and was very professional, he was driving for 3 days straight and not once did we feel unsafe. The third day we went to the Ngorongoro Crater and the drive down to the crater was a steep 600 meters down and he was just absolutely incredible ensuring our safety was top priority. He always stopped at anything we wished for and all the entrance signs etc for photo opportunities and toilet breaks. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions we had regarding animals, landscape, the Maasai, absolutely anything we had a question about he knew the answer.
We arrived back at our lodge around 7pm on the last day which we there tipped Ibriham for his time and knowledge which he was extremely grateful for.
On the day of our flight to Zanzibar I doubled checked the flight time with Anitha as our itinerary said 14:30 however a copy of our tickets said 17:30. She said when booking our flights the 14:30 flight was no longer available which was a little annoying as we didn’t realise we would be arriving in Zanzibar later than expected but we just accepted for what it was and we’re kind of grateful for a chilled day at the lodge which we were able to stay in the room and didn’t have to check out by a certain time. We were told we were going to be picked up before 4pm for our flight which we thought was cutting it fine but again just went with it as who enjoys sitting in an airport anyway. It was then 4.10pm and no driver was there so reception called our tour operator and she said a driver was on his way and we wouldn’t miss our flight. 4:30pm and our driver arrived at this point we were stressed about missing our flight. We arrived at the airport with 35 minutes till take off but Arusha being a small airport we went straight through and thankfully didn’t miss our flight. Overall we had the most incredible experience my only advice would be to ensure you check absolutely everything before your trip as there can be a little bit of miss communication and make sure you can be a little flexible and open to option etc and if things change they aren’t always for the worse! We could not have asked for a better time but Ibriham and the people in our safari car really did make the experience that little bit more special for us. Thank you Anitha, Ibriham, the chefs and the camps and the people we met on this safari, you were all amazing.

amazing
We had the most incredible safari experience – truly beyond our expectations. From the breathtaking landscapes to the variety of wildlife we saw (including the Big Five!), everything was perfectly organized.
A special mention to our amazing guide, who made the trip even more memorable with his deep knowledge, kindness, and great sense of humor. Every day was different and full of surprises. The lodges were comfortable, the food was great, and we always felt safe and well taken care of.
This trip has been one of the highlights of our lives. Thank you for making it so special. We will definitely recommend this safari to anyone looking for an authentic and magical adventure in Kenya.

WOW. Highly recommend. Amazing company and experience
This is my second time doing a safari in Tanzania and Serengeti Green Tanzania was by far the better experience and company. My husband and I booked a private 4 day classic mid range budget tour. This company was very organized through the whole entire process, from booking and throughout the safari experience itself which is SO important for a tour company. Sadick was very responsive to all of our emails and any questions were answered quickly. They were also great at providing communication close to the day of our tour and we're ready waiting for us exactly on time. The vehical was clean, had electric with outlets for charging devices as needed (which was a huge bonus as my last company did not) and the seats were very comfortable (which from my previous experience trust me it is very important!). We had ample amount of water and space for all of our luggage and safari gear. Our tour guide Adrian was a highlight. He had great English, was very professional, knowledgeable about the animals and able to answer all of our questions about the safari and Tanzania in general. But most importantly Adrian understood what was important to us for our safari experience and made it a priority to try make that happen ( which he did!! By day 2!!) . You can tell he is a highly experienced driver and guide which I can't stress enough is important for picking a safari! Shout out to the accommodations as well as these well beyond exceeded expectations for a mid range budget tour! Eileen's tree house was a beautiful oasis-the rooms and bathroom were big, the shower and water pressure was the BEST that I've had in 2 trips to Tanzania, and the amenities like the fire pit, pool, and restaurant/bar were quality. We were provided ab elevated buffet-style food for breakfast and dinner and we're able to pack our safari lunches from a buffet selection (which I appreciated as many companies you don't get choice in what is provided for your safari lunches). The stay overnight at the Safariview Luxury Camp was also incfedible and we wish we had a longer stay there we would definitely stay there again. The "tents" were definitely luxury and had everything you needed and more. We had 0 issues which bugs and the buffet style dinner and breakfast was also elevated. The location is an amazing part of the Serengeti and the service was AMAZING. We felt incredie safe and the staff made so many efforts to give us a memorable overnight experience. In summary, I don't often write reviews but after this experience I needed to- This company, the tour and accommodations they arranged for us, and our guide Adrian, beyond exceeded all expectations. Thank you Serengeti Green for the most memorable trip of a lifetime. If you want organized, safe, experienced and a quality safari then book this company!
