Unforgettable Family Safari with Tanzania Safari Deluxe

Organized, Responsive and Punctual for the Trip of a Lifetime
Lion Safari was organized and professional, led by Emile. I was able to book a one day Gorilla Trek with them only a week before the trip. They were the first to response out of all the Safari Booking inquiries - and they were clear in terms of what they need.
Peter was my driver/guide for the day and he was punctual, polite and great to talk to. When we got to Volcanoes National Park, we were handed off to our park guide. Our trek was amazing and great to see the Gorillas up close. Our trek took longer as others in the group were slower - but Peter waited patiently for my arrival before driving me back to Kigali.

I had the most beautiful experience with Big Mama Safari during my recent trip to Tanzania. I joined a 4-day safari with them — two days in the Serengeti, one day in the Ngorongoro Crater, and one day in Tarangire — and everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end.
What truly made the difference was the incredible care and kindness of the Big Mama Safari team. They were not only professional and well-organized, but also genuinely sweet and thoughtful. They paid attention to every detail and went far beyond what I expected to make sure I was comfortable and happy at all times.
Due to some issues with missed flights and last-minute changes, I arrived later than planned, and they helped me reorganize transfers and schedules so I wouldn’t miss the safari. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve managed it all without their help. I felt completely supported and cared for throughout the whole process — not just as a client, but almost like family.
The safari itself was magical: the landscapes, the wildlife, and the peaceful moments in nature are things I will never forget. A huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Nestory, who made every moment special with his knowledge, patience, and passion for nature. He truly made the experience unforgettable.
