A High-Value Safari Experience
5/5

We had a fantastic safari experience with this tour operator, and I’d highly recommend them for their flexibility, affordability, and well-organized service.

Flexibility:When our originally booked hotel was unavailable, the tour operator upgraded us to a better one. When we weren’t satisfied with the upgrade, we were allowed to suggest an alternative within the same price range, and they handled the negotiation smoothly. This level of flexibility was truly appreciated.

Great Value for Money: The tour offers excellent value by staying outside Masai Mara National Reserve. While this means driving the same route into the park each day, in reality, most game drives involve following radio calls to the best animal sightings, so the experience isn’t significantly different from staying inside the park. Considering the cost savings, this was a great trade-off.

Well-organized service: Before departure, the staff clearly explained all key details. Airport transfers were smooth, and they ensured everything was handled properly—even when one of our group members accidentally left their glasses in the driver’s car, they quickly arranged for them to be returned.

Guide Performance: Although we weren’t lucky enough to witness the wildebeest river crossing, we still saw the Big Five and even a cheetah hunt, which made the trip incredibly rewarding. The only downside was that our driver seemed a bit less engaged on the last day.

Best holiday I have ever been on!! From the flight transfers, to communication with staff, to our driver Erick (who is an absolute legend) and then to all the camps, staff at those camps and everything in between, it was by far the best experience. The Serengeti is incredible, the Ngorongoro crater, spectacular. I would recommend to anyone!

We visited port Elizabeth and Capetown on a cruise. These were modern cities with great facilities restaurants and tours. Felt very safe at all times. All expenses were very reasonable.
Climate on our trip was excellent. Not too hot.

This huge park, which consists of a mixture of dry woodland and huge expanses of grassland (which are actually dry lake beds though they turn into wet lake beds in the wet season) in the remote west is one of the best kept wildlife secrets in Africa

No regrets! I would highly recommend this business to other Safari travellers. Our driver Peter was a deadset legend. He had a strong knowledge of where to find the best spots for viewing, was a conscientious driver and provided us with an amazing experience. We want to think of him now as a friend. His knowledge of animals, and the region was evidence of his connection to the land and to Tanzania.

If you are thinking of using this company, go no further we couldn't recommend them enough!

An Awsome Safari Experience
4/5

Despite having minor hiccups on travel arrangements i.e. changing vehicles and guides/drivers quite often due to logistics and shared vehicles, all other itemised arrangements were delivered accordingly.

Benson is my point of contact and the person who made all my 7N/8D Kenya Safari Tour arrangements

Prior to making any bookings, ask as much questions as possible in particular any additional charges for changes or extras you have requested that differs from the itinerary etc. And if affordable, get upgrades from the tented camps that can be very basic from stay to food provided. Even with upgraded accomdations, that doesn't mean creepy crawlies or lizards are at bay, so be prepared.

My comment to the accommodation is please have City Max Hotel in Lake Nakuru changed to another option as the hotel is less than desired despite food was very nice with generous portions and its staff were every accommodating and pleasant.

After numerous of vehicles and guides / drivers changed, James Muteti, is my favourite as he is not only knowledgeable but also very patience and attentive. All gudes and drivers that I had encountered, had definitely went the extra miles to ensure that we see as many wildlife as possible.

Kindly also ensure you have all the guides' / drivers' contacts during your trip to enable any communications when needed. Also please bear in mind if you are not on a private tour, then you are sharing vehicle or transport with other fellow tourists. Therefore please be mindful and be punctual as when you are late, you will also delay others.

That's what happened to me on 2 days, on both occasions some other tourists decided to retimed their own breakfast holding back their pickups resulting in me waiting 40 minutes for mine!! And all these delays resulted in us cutting back on time allocated for other things in the day or guides / drivers driving at high speed or rerouting to catch up on the time in addition to arriving very late at another destination on travel days. So at times the delays are not fault of the guides / drivers but are other inconsiderate tourists.

Many thanks to Benson, and all the guides/ drivers on my this trip, David, Kennedy, James, Gabriel, Eric and Kim in keeping me safe and making my safari experience an awesome one.
