This tour was absolutely fantastic! It blew our expectations out of the water! James Gichina was our tour operator and he was 10/10! If you manage to get him as your tour guide you've won the jackpot! He knew all the best spots and was incredibly knowledgeable, answering and and all our questions. No task was too big or too small and while it's not guaranteed to see all the animals James Gichina has a knack for showing up at the right places at the right time! Highlights include multiple elephant crossings, an elephant bull fight, two leopards, lions, buffalo, rhino, hippo, giraffes grazing within touching distance and so many more. The tour was organised great leaving us feeling safe and secure with each day planned out for us. As a notoriously picky eater I was concerned about meals. However the food was delicious and there was something for me at every meal!

Excellent guide, good price, amazing experience
We spent 9 unforgettable days on safari with Amshar Serengeti Adventure and had an amazing experience. The entire trip was well-organized and offered great value for money. The food provided throughout the journey was consistently delicious, and the accommodations were comfortable and well-located, giving us the perfect mix of nature and comfort.

Excellent experience!
After a very bad experience with another agency, I asked Loice of Pounds East Africa Safaris making me a program for a 10/11 days around the most important Kenya's parks.
Even though I contacted her last minute, she organized for me and my husband a very interesting trip with a very good price.
With Loice and Charles, the driver and guide, we had a wonderful time. All accomodations were very comfortable, with good food and hot water,
The car was comfortable too and Charles drove so carefully. Loice did all the trip with us and she was always attentive to our needs. Because I have problems with a leg, she helped us to change a very distant room from the restaurant to a closer roomin Masai Mara. We always felt safe with her.
Thanks to Charles we saw a lot of lions, my favorite animals, as well as elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, leopards, birds and much more.
I highly recommend Pounds to travel with.
Awesome from start to finish
This was my first trip to Tanzania and going on a safari. Price was good, and we were picked up from airport and supplied food and water, so no issues there. And overall it would say it was well organised and fun.

Fantastic Experience!
After a terrible experience with another agency, we contacted Loice of Pounds East Africa Safaris. Despite it being a last-minute request, Loice offered us a very interesting program at a great price. We went on an 11-day safari with her and Charles, our driver and guide, through Kenya's best parks.
The lodges and tented camps were all very good, with excellent food and always hot water. The jeep was comfortable, and Charles always drove carefully and was very attentive to spotting animals even from afar. This allowed us to see lions, giraffes, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, and various birds. At the Masai Mara, we were surrounded by thousands of migrating wildebeests and zebras. A fantastic experience.
Loice accompanied us the entire trip and was always attentive to our needs. She always checked the rooms assigned to us, asking if we liked them. Since my wife has a serious leg problem, at the Masai Mara she had us change our accommodation, which was too far from the restaurant, for one much closer.
Everything went perfectly, and we were more than satisfied.
I absolutely recommend Loice and her agency, Pound's East Africa Safaris.

It was truly the best time of our lives. The tour was incredible from day one, especially thanks to our amazing guide, Godson. It felt like he knew everything, his knowledge, kindness, and passion made each day unforgettable. I absolutely loved the safari experience, it made me want to do it all over again. Amazing
A car picked us up from the hotel we were staying at and drove us to the office. There my parents (they organised the trip) sorted cost out rather quickly and we were supplied with shirts and off we went. The tour guide, name Peter Kapino, was excellent. Water was supplied in the car, charging stations were turned on when needed. Stops at the best places were made with stores and food. We reached there within a good time. Most of the resorts recommend were great apart from one, but that is not a deal breaker to the tours themselves. Peter was flexible with all our times, and waited when we took too long. He understood English well, and was chatty and pleasant when we engaged with him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us in-depth explanations about every park we visited and the animals within it. He managed to get us to the best areas for photos and though most of it was down to luck, I believe his skill in knowing the animals lead us to be able to see pretty much all the animals, save the migration which again was nowhere near a dealbreaker for me. One thing is the cost, as I did not help plan this trip I don’t know about cost, so if that is a major issue then be careful. But is was thoroughly splendid and I personally could both have imagined a better tour

the BOSS was always responded me quickly on WhatsApp and he was quite nice and we always were satisfied with his service.
for Safari, we had Steve as our guider. He was quite professional taking us to see special five in 3hours and introducing different cultures and other information on the way. He was funny and humorous.
