A Wonderful Safari with Kihindo Tours and Safaris
On Wednesday, 16 July 2025, we had a memorable safari with Kihindo Tours and Safaris (K.T.S.) in Mikumi. It is by chance that we have chosen radomly K.T.S on a list that our hotel has communicated to us. First of all, many thanks to Winnie who has provided timely smart feedbacks to our multiple questions. Winnie is available and her responses are helpful to take a quick decision. Everything was well organized from 1. the mornining step to get the train to Morogoro, 2. connexion from Morogoro train station to Mikumi and 3. the Safari with our professional guide Danford. He knows his job, with an easy communication (English and Swahili), caring and attentive to every question. On ONE single day, we managed to see almost all the different wild animals, bravo to our SMART and famous guide Danford and a well organized trip ! I may add as well that the food was excellent and we had our lunch in an appropriate location/almost open space. Thanks to the team who was involved in the kitchen service.
Are you planning a Safari in Tanzania ? I strongly recommend Kihindo Tours and Safaris (K.T.S.), you will not regret your journey !

Professional, well-organized, respectful, punctual
I recently had the pleasure of traveling with Verdoro Safaris, and it was an outstanding experience from the start to the end. Communication before and during the trip was clear and professional. Every question I had was answered with patience and detail, which made me feel confident and excited before the tour even began. The staff were good too. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and local culture, and his enthusiasm made the experience even more memorable. I enjoyed the game drives of Murchison falls and Queen Elizabeth National Park.
I highly recommend Verdoro Safaris to anyone looking for a reliable, enriching, and well-organized safari experience. You won’t be disappointed because they exceeded my expectations.

My experience with Hutland Tours Safaris was fantastic.
My experience with Hutland Tours Safaris was fantastic. Our driver was Paula, and our tour guide was Sula. In an effort to provide us the greatest experience possible, Hutland Tours tailored the itinerary to our requirements and preferences. I'd strongly suggest it. I'm grateful.

This was our festival of love!💕💕😘😘
My husband and I are both nature lovers. This package was perfect for us. I started by watching elephants in Tarangire and ended by standing on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater and enjoying the greenery of the world together. We have seen the leopard. At the end of an afternoon safari in the Serengeti, sitting on a slope with wine, just the call of the birds around - I will never forget that moment.

Amazing sightings, responsive staff, felt safe in their hands
We have done many safaris before but this was our first time in Botswana and would be the first mobile camping... Martin assured we would enjoy it... and we did! We found Kingfisher Safaris searching in Safari Bookings. We decided to do this trip last minute and contacted many companies but Martin was the most responsive and, to be honest, offered us a great tailored itinerary and we always prefer to deal with small, specialised businesses. Jack pot! The ground team is great and we felt safe in their hands. Pilot is very experienced, knowledgeable and a great driver. Elena was our main hostess on camp, very sweet and efficient. We loved Pauline's breads and cakes and the way she announces the menu. Toby and Onks (not sure the spelling) work hard to ensure the camp functions well. We visited three locations in the Okavango region:
-Khwai River concession (which is beautiful but sometimes too many cars at the sightings, especially around leopard and lions);
- Mababe (Chobe National Park), quiet, good for birds, loads of giraffes, we didn't see much of the main predators (probably because it was a cold spell) but we loved the sunrises, sunsets and the fantastic sky (stargazing was amazing in all areas).
- Xiini (Moremi Reserve) - fantastic sightings, beautiful scenery, quiet, we loved it.
We spent 3 nights at each location, time went far too quickly. We saw wild dogs with very young puppies, a pride of 9 lions encountering elephants in their path, lion cubs feeding on zebra, cheetahs and cheetah cubs feeding on impala, leopard very near (few meters) from our camp in Xiini (also catching a young owl from its nest in the evening), big herds of elephants and giraffes both with young ones, buffalos, hippos, hienas, jackals, many fantastic birds and more. So many great moments to remember forever!
The mobile camp is an experience in itself but we adjusted easily. We had a nice bed and at the back of the tent, we had the toilet (the ones used in motorhomes) and a bucket shower. We were there in late July and some days were quite cold early in the morning and in the evening. You can set a time for your shower and the crew will provide the hot water), they also provide hot water in basin in the morning and evening for you to wash hands/face. There is a separate tent for meals and after the afternoon drive you arrive in camp always to find a very nice fire, nibbles and a drink before dinner.
The process of packing up to move to a different site was the time we liked less, as it can take a while for staff to take everything down and pack the cars. It can be a bit boring as there's not much for us to do. It would be nicer if we could go for a short drive while the rest of the staff deal with dismantling tents and the essentials packing, so we could make the most of the limited time we had in Botswana.
Overall, a great experience!

Very good experience on Safari
We were 2 families on 5 days safari in Tangiere, Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks. Everything very well organised with good accommodations, Elvis really knows how to this business and he is amazing support from the office before and during the trip. Their tour guide Ephraim was simply amazing, he really tried to his best to get as much as possible from our safari experience. I deeply recommend this agency for your safari trip in Tanzania.

Customized touring for the discerning traveler
To celebrate my 75th birthday my husband and I took our son, daughter-in- law and two granddaughters, aged 12 and 9 on safari to Botswana for two weeks including three days in Victoria Falls. Our contact-person with Viatu was warm and enthusiastic and gladly answered all of our questions in the months of preparation before our trip. Our requests for food accommodations were honored and we were treated with graciousness and respect all along the way. I really felt Viatu aimed to please all six of us at each step on the journey. Botswana is very expensive; we knew this before traveling there and we explained that we were more interested in viewing animals than in luxury tents. As requested, the tents were comfortable, but not especially luxurious. The guides gave us the optimal animal experience and their knowledge of flora and fauna was exceptional. The only small "minus" occurred when one of the activities we had signed up for was unavailable and no refund for that was offered. Still, overall, it was an "A Plus" experience.

An Epic Ugandan Safari with Nature Connect Safaris – A Trip We’ll Never Forget!
Amazing 10-Day Safari with Nature Connect Safaris
We just finished a 10-day safari across Uganda with Nature Connect Safaris, and it was an incredible experience. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and a great driver—we covered over 2,500 km and felt safe and taken care of the whole time.
We saw the Big 5 early in the trip, and even spotted two leopards thanks to our guide, Francis’ sharp eye. He also helped us try some great local food and gave us tips on places to check out when we had free time. We couldn't believe how beautiful the countryside was and Francis stopped in just the right places for the best pictures.
Everything ran smoothly, and we’re already thinking about planning our next adventure with Nature Connect Safaris into Tanzania. Highly recommend!

Best guide to have on the safari
Cornel is a wonderful guide, was very knowledgeable and always knew where all the good spots were, as well as having incredibly good eyes, he would be able to spot animals from super far away while driving at the same time.
