Once in a lifetime trip with a one of a kind company that made the experience the most amazing ever
Hands down the best experience with could have possibly had. It started with phenomenal communication through email roughly 15 months prior to our trip which was to be a safari in Tanzania for 9 days followed by 3 days on the island of Zanxibar. This was for my 72-year-old father is at his his dream vacation and my twin brother and I went with him. Both Robert and Silas in the office were incredible in regards to listening to what we wanted out of the trip and scheduling exactly that. They got back to us within 24 hours during the week and even within that amount of time on weekends most times. They were open, honest and upfront about the entire process. They work with us diligently to make a trip to the locations that we wanted to see as well as sitting up accommodations in places that we want to stay including tent camps and other facilities. When plans would change on our part they were very gracious and accommodating to all of our changes. They help answer all questions and set up a seamless arrival into Tanzania. We were met by the representative, Victor, who end up being our tour guide for the 9 days in Tanzania. We could not have had a better tour guide as Victor was very knowledgeable, extremely nice, had a great sense of humor and new all of the locations of fine the most animals. We were lucky enough to see the big 5 including 3 Leopard's and a baby Leopard. We also saw all of the other animals that we could have possibly imagine as well as crocodile, lines and a honeymoon meeting.
All of the meals that we had at the hotels and picnic lunches on the safari were amazing.
When we were done with the safari and were being taken to the Arusha airport to be flown to Zanzibar we were met by Robert, the owner, and Silas from the office to follow-up with us as well as make sure that we have made it through airport security and had everything planned for the next like of a trip.
When we arrivedin Zanzibar we were met by a representative as well. The tembo house in Stone town as well as dream of Zanzibar was set up for us this places to stay and were amazing. We had a guided tour of Stone town which was incredible. We then changed our plans to just hang out on the beach for a day and a half which they accommodated well for us. We then went on a spice to her that they set up last-minute as well for us prior to flying home which was again amazing.
Hands down I would recommend this company to anyone. The price was very reasonable, the accommodations for incredible, our guide Victor was the best you could possibly have and made the trip even more memorable, the office staff and owner were incredible to work with and I honestly have nothing negative to see about our trip at all.

Adventurous
The safari with Laxatrails was AMAZING! My partner and I went on a 6-day safari, and from the very beginning, Laxatrails was super responsive — answering all our questions and tailoring the tour to our requests. They were always reliable and flexible, even when it came to the payment process.
The value for money was absolutely worth it, and the accommodations at our destinations (Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and Maasai Mara) were great. We decided to upgrade to a Land Cruiser for the whole trip, and it was the best decision ever. It came with an extra cost, but believe me, it was 100% worth it.
We were lucky to have an incredible tour guide, Mr. Moses. He did a fantastic job finding amazing animals, answering all our questions about them, and was always punctual and flexible with our requests about what we wanted to see. If you have the chance to book a tour with Laxatrails, definitely request Moses as your guide!

Amazing Rwanda Trip
Our trip to Rwanda was amazing, mostly due to our incredible guide, Pacific. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our trip—the history of Rwanda including the genocide, the specifics about chimpanzees, the sad saga of the gorillas, the nuances of the animals we saw on our safari, etc. Our itinerary was well thought out. We saw the chimpanzees and then the gorillas. The accommodations were excellent. We finished our trip with a safari. We hope to come back with our adult children and will definitely use Hermosa again. They were super responsive during our planning stage and also very flexible. We suggested modifications to our itinerary and they easily accommodated. We could not have been more impressed or pleased with Hermosa. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Definitely ask for our Guide, Pacific.

It’s our best decision to choose Passionate Guides to be tour operator. They suggested that we spend more time in Tanzania instead of Kenya.So we spent five days in Kenya and seven days in Tanzania.
Everything is perfect, foods, accommodation, tour guide. Ndutu is the best place for elderly people since you can have dinner in lodge and take a nap ,then continue your safari.
I don’t have a word to describe Serengeti, that’s a place you have to go.
We enjoy every moment of the trip.Africa,we will come back to see you.
