We had an incredible experience and it was truly everything we were hoping for and more. The trip was truly personal to me.. it’s been 42 years since I left my birthplace and I can’t tell you the emotions I felt thru out. I suddenly felt at home as soon as I landed. My Swahili suddenly came back.. I was craving foods I haven’t had in a while.. nostalgia was everywhere. To able to share the beauty of the country and the warmth of the people with my children was so special for me. Everything Jessica planned was meticulous .. from the accommodations, to the guides to the transfers .. was seamless! I’m in awe of the knowledge of the land and wildlife that our guides Frank and Bosco shared with us. Their warmth, their kindness and humor was so genuine. We felt truly immersed in the beauty of the land and kept yearning to see more each morning we left for a game drive. They showed us everything we were hoping to see and more.
Every accommodation we stayed at was exceptional. We were greeted by song and dance and warm smiles everywhere we stayed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Each and every staff member interacted with us and genuinely made us feel at home.
We are truly grateful to Jessica and her team for giving us a trip we will forever remember. Jessica listened and planned and executed an incredible itinerary tailored to all our wants and needs. We have travelled to countless places over the years and I can say without reservation that this has been my favorite trip of all time.. THANKS to Dancing Zebra! Already counting the days till we can visit again!

Beacon arranged a most memorable safari with great accommodations and a class act guide.
We had an absolutely wonderful time in Kenya. We enjoyed the variety of accommodations and found the staff to be excellent and the food very good at all of them. We really appreciate Beacon organizing this experience. I especially want to express my appreciation for our guide and driver, Alex. His driving skills got us easily through areas where others were getting stuck and his navigation of some of the more challenging roads was quite impressive. His knowledge of the parks and wildlife was incredible. He knew where to best look to ensure that we saw all of the more memorable wildlife and followed leads from others to give us some very incredible sightings. We saw all of the Big 5 and witnessed the flow of the Great Migration from Tanzania into Kenya (including a lion ambushing a zebra as it crossed). He picked up very early in the trip that my wife and I were also interested in birds and he pointed out many of the unique species found in Kenya. I quickly learned to trust his identification of the many mammals and birds that we saw. To sum it up, I can't begin to say enough good things about him. He took what would have been an amazing trip and made it truly unforgettable.

I had an incredible 6-day journey through Kenya with Laxa Trails & Travels, and everything exceeded my expectations. Every game drive was unforgettable, from spotting the Big Five to watching the sun rise over the savannah.

"One of the best parts of this tour was undoubtedly our guide, Ekai Gura. Without his guidance, this experience wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable. He didn’t just show us places—he brought each location to life with his deep knowledge of history, culture, and local stories. Every explanation he gave was clear, engaging, and filled with passion.
Ekai was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive throughout the entire journey. He made sure everyone in the group was comfortable, kept a close eye on our needs, and never hesitated to help anyone. What an amazing and well organised trip, Jackson and his team did à perfect job To ensure we had a great 2 week holiday. From the airport pick ups, with the unforgettable 7 Days Kilimnjaro trek, Machame Route and to end with a 5 days safari.
A word about the safari…..incredible and grateful to have experienced this, from Tarangire towards Serengeti and Ngorongoro! Amazing to see the wildlife live (🤩🤩), something we will never forget. Big thank you to Yona for being our guide and ensure we had the best view, and ensure we were on time in the really nice lodges every evening. Sleeping in a very comfortable accommodation, hearing the wild animals just next to you is just wow. A private bush dinner was a very appreciated surprise.
À trip we will keep in our memory, and one day we will be back!
