Responsive and Reliable
5/5

We had such a good experience with the Safari Source in 2014, they were the first people we turned to when planning our next Zimbabwean holiday. Again, we were delighted with their service. The Safari Source is well-organised, helpful, and they find some of the best accommodation and deals. They really listen to what you are looking for in a holiday and match their suggestions to your preferences. They found a wonderful lodge in Hwange for us and provided us with useful suggestions and travel tips. We recommend them to all our friends and will definitely be booking through Safari Source again!

Don't hesitate anymore; Meru Slopes is your budget safari trip organizer!!!

Me and my husband attended a 4 day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and it was way over our expectations! Our guide Omar found us all the "big five" animals and we loved every minute of our trip! The camping spot in Serengeti was simple but sufficient, and we heard hyenas during the night. Last night camping on the rim of Ngorongoro crater was amazing, with buffalos wandering around our tent :) Geoffery was SO helpful with everything from the very first moment when we contacted him informing us through emails and WhatsApp messages. A huge plus was also that transfer from and to the airport AND the night in the hotel before and after safari was included in the price! Thank you!!!

Wonderful safari in Kenya and Tanzania
5/5

This is my second time to ask Jocky Tours for tour arrangement and it was so nice.
We went to Masai Mara and Amboseli in Kenya, and Serengeti and Ngorongoro in Tanzania. Both of them were fantastic. Tranfer, accommodation and drivers hand over between Kenya and Tanzania were well arranged. Drivers' abilty and knowledge about wild aimals are great. We were very satisfied.

5/5

Gorilla Bookings was very helpful and informative from beginning to end. I felt well looked aftermath in the booking process and in the actual experience of being in Uganda. Ben my driver and friend picked me up from the airport and looked after me from then to the end of my trip. I could not ask for more.

Thank you guys.

A great value safari in a stunning location.
5/5

Having been on many self drive safaris, we decided to treat ourselves to a guided Safari in Amboselli. I found the customer service excellent: very communicative, clear and friendly. The safari was also very good value for money as it was only marginally more expensive than a self drive.
Anthony, our guide, was brilliant: he found loads of game that we would have missed otherwise and knew how to maximize photo opportunities!
Overall I would thoroughly recommend both Alliance Safaris and Amboselli National Park.

not a hitch !

we are very well travelled and have booked private tours in many different areas of the world, I can't speak highly enough of the speed of correspondance offered by Dickson, is response was always with-in 24 hrs .we travelled in Uganda and Tanzania in a mid-priced option range, the hotels used ( with the exception of the Arusha tourist hotel) , were excellent, on 2 occasions we were the only guests and we still received perfect service. The drivers and guides in both countries spoke perfect English and had exceptional knowledge of their countries which they went out of their way to show off.
Dickson was very easy to deal with and was very flexible and accommodating when we asked for different options, I believe his product was very well priced( I researched at least another 6 companies with the same itinerary) and great value.

Undescribable

An undescribable, awesome experience.
The most beautiful scenery, changing in color en details each moment the sun shines (or even not shines)
Not enough eyes to see all the wildlife on the borders, in the bush, in the sky...
Very friendly and professional guides.
The total experience was 1 big highlight!!!
Recommend it to all!!!

Great wildlife sightseeing and infrastructure
Overall rating
5/5

I went to the Kruger Park in November/16, during 3 days. We entered the Park through the Phalaborwa Gate and drove via Olifants - Satara - Skukuza to exit using the Numbi Gate, overall good roads, ideal even for compact cars. You might look for a taller car (like a minibus/van) to have a better view (the higher the better). A 4x4 won't help much as most of dirt roads are closed to tourists.

There is abundant wildlife in the park: elephants, leopards, hippopotamuses, rhinos, giraffes, buffalos, zebras, waterbucks, just to name some of them.

Early spring is a great time to visit the park, as it is the start of the rainy season, so vegetation is green and there are lots of new-born animals to see.

The Park infrastructure for tourists is great, plenty of accommodation options in the various camps, reasonably good restaurants/markets.
If you want to enjoy the place, I would recommend a longer stay (5-7 days) with 2-3 nights in a camp. I strongly recommend to visit different regions of the park, as vegetation / wildlife / landscape quickly changes from one area of the park to another. Just be careful that searching for animals in the landscape can be quite exhausting, especially for people who are expecting something like a visit to a zoo.

The Park was not very busy, even in Skukuza, as we went during the low season.

Two final tips: get a binocular for every 1-2 person in the group ('any' binocular is better than no binocular) and buy the map/guide from SANS park that is sold in the gates, it has a lot of useful information and it has a better layout than most travel guides sold in bookstores.
