Excellent communication, friendly and knowledgeable about the plants, animals and history. Very flexible and willing to stop for pictures at any time. Went on a gorilla trek followed by safari and chimp walk. Charles was a great guide, and took good care of us. Vehicle was excellent, and very happy with mid-range accommodations. Justus followed up on our luggage lost by the airlines, for days until it was located and even had it sent to us when we were still on safari. Nice small group of four travelers. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and memorable trip
We had the most fantastic 3 day safari in the Masai Mara, arranged by Bison Safaris. Maggie was great, she always responded quickly to our queries, was very helpful and organised a wonderful trip for us, including a stay at Diani beach. We would also like to say a big thank you to our driver, Patrick, who went out of his way to make sure that we saw as much as we could while on safari and we had a truly magical experience, one that we will never forget. Safari with Seven By Far exceeded expectations BY FAR!
My wife and I just got back from our 14-day safari with Seven by Far and we have done nothing but rave about our experiences while in Africa. Sylvester was very professional in his communication leading up to the trip and the agenda for our safari was very accurate in its description of what we were to experience in Kenya and Tanzania. He takes a personal interest in the experiences of his guests. He met us at the airport in Nairobi on our arrival and also discussed our safari with us prior to our departure on the last day.
Nick was our driver and guide during our time in Kenya. We can't imagine anyone doing a better job than he did. Nick's communication skills are excellent and we soon felt like he was a friend we had known for a long time. His ability to locate animals was extremely impressive and he is a keen observer of the behavior of African animals, often predicting what we were about to see prior to it unfolding before our eyes. My wife and I are both retired teachers and we asked if we could visit a school sometime during our safari. Nick set up a visit at a rural school (above and beyond normal expectations) and this experience was very special to us.
Benson was our driver/guide while in Tanzania. He grew up as a Masai and we were continually fascinated by his stories of his growing up in the Masai culture. Benson was a textbook of knowledge about the plants and animals of Tanzania.
This was our first trip to Africa and we didn't know what to expect with regard to lodging. We found all of the properties we stayed at to be of high quality, more luxurious than we would stay in back in the United States. There were always a variety of delicious foods available for meals.
We would, without hesitation, recommend Seven By Far for your African safari.

A wonderful experience for a reasonable price
We did much comparisons, finally we picked Seven By Far to put together a personalized tour of Kenya (Sambura, Mara) and Tanzania (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara and Tarangiri). It was hazzle free from beginning to end with great drivers Pascal, Steve and Cosmas who took great care and made sure that we encountered all the Big Five and more. Hotel accommodations were convenient, with all amenities and good scenic locations. Flight connections were on target from one reserve to the next on Safarilink. On one occasion we were dropped off at the wrong airstrip, but this was error was quickly corrected. Thank you Seven By Far for a memorable experience.

Excellent Service
I worked at an organization that received international volunteers. When our volunteers wanted to hike Nyrigongo in the Congo, I only sent them with Barack. They always came back beaming and only said the best about Barack. He dealt with everything from picking them up, helping at the border, organizing the hike, and everything in between. He was also great at communicating with me about where my volunteers were at all times. I highly recommend working with him!
