We are very happy to have chosen this company for our safari to Khwai. Communication can improve a bit (too many calls), but overall the staff is incredibly friendly and ready to help you make the most out of the experience, the camp is absolutely stunning and the guide was great. Food and drinks were well prepared and abundant!
We are really looking forward to do another trip with them!

A local tour operator that listens, is flexible and patient and in addition very caring and helpful.
My girl-friend always wanted to go to Uganda to see the Mountain-Gorillas and this year wi did it. We chose a tour operator in Uganda, because we thougt they know best. And that was the best idea. From the very first minute, Sharl from Wild Jungle Trails was so helpful and understanding and patient woith us. She listened to what we wanted and set up the perfect package for us. Our guide Fred was also excellent. We were having issues with our flight which led to an extremly tight schedule on the first day. But he managed to fast lane us through the immigration so we didn´t lose more time. Also he proofed to be very flexible and was well networked with all the other guides so we always had the best sightings. We really had an awesome time with a lot of super-friendly people and an amazing itenary which was so varied, too. That was what we were hoping for and Wild Jungle Trails made it happen for us. Above and Beyond. Attention to Detail. Friendly, and safe.
Anna went above and beyond to make sure I could get into an excursion last minute. She organized a two day trip to Nrongroro crater and Tarangire NP within an hour of me landing into Kilimanjaro Airport. A tremendous effort of hospitality was demonstrated she took care of everything and left me nothing to worry about. My transport was seemless and the driver Joshua was AMAZING, educative and a jokester. 10/10 experience if i come back to tanzania i will rebook with Anna.

What a great experience & service
I recently used KLA adventures to drive for our team for a work trip to Arusha with a nonprofit organization. KLA was excellent! I wasn’t sure before I traveled if the places/partners we were visiting warranted safari vehicles. They definitely did and I’m so happy I booked KLA for the trip! Gasper didn’t just drive, he managed all the tiny details for us every day. He even stepped in to translate for us when a translator didn’t show up. We will be returning next year and I will absolutely use KLA again to drive for us!

Khalifa was a great guide who was well connected inside the park, had a family of lions all to ourselves at one point.
The only downside maybe was that the car was big enough for 9 people and there was 9 people inside. The back having 3 seats so sitting in the middle wouldn't have been so much fun. I sat beside the driver had had the best view though so can't complain.

Clare was easy to deal with and Dexter was a delight to chat with and an excellent driver with lots of knowledge

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, considerate and ensuring we saw as much as possible.
We had an amazing safari tour in Kruger National Park, thanks to our fantastic guide. He was extremely considerate and made sure we had the best chances to see as many animals as possible. His deep knowledge for wildlife were truly impressive—he answered all our questions and provided fascinating explanations about the animals and their environment. We had an amazing day and it was totaly worth the money. Highly recommended!

So creative in making the safari enjoyable and refreshing while learning new things.
We decided to book our Tanzania trip with Serengeti Series Safari, and we are so glad we did. From start to finish, everything was flawlessly organized.
The journey offered the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. The safari experience was incredible, with unforgettable moments as we encountered a wide range of animals, including all of the "Big Five," set against some of the most stunning landscapes. Our guide, Erick, was exceptional, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to share fascinating facts about wildlife and local culture. Beyond his expertise, Erick's warmth and friendliness made our time with him truly enjoyable.
A standout experience was the excursion to the waterfalls on the final day, an awe-inspiring, serene spot that left us speechless. The day ended with a unique and engaging coffee making workshop, a perfect way to round off our trip.
The logistics of the trip were also seamless, from transportation to accommodations and meals, ensuring we could fully relax and enjoy our vacation.
I highly recommend Serengeti Series Safari to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania.
