The best family adventure ever!
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Kenya Expresso from start to finish! From the very first contact 6 months ago, Paul, Faith and the team were highly knowledgable, flexible, listened to our requirements and provided fabulous options at an honest price. They were also kind, responsive and patient with us and we ended up booking an amazing tailored trip. Then at very short notice ( a matter of weeks), due to a family event we had to move our trip forward, they managed it and again were kind and patient and reassuring. We arrived and met Paul ( we were lucky to have Paul the MD as our guide for the safari part) and our trip of a lifetime started. Paul is highly knowledgable about the country and also animals, knows where to spot them, is well known by others at the park and we ended up seeing far more animals than we could have ever hoped for, all the big 5 and so much more. We did Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Ol Peljeta and Samburu and also saw many baby animals, animals on honeymoon and animals eating their catch so a full circle of life. The vehicle was great and the tented camps were also fabulous, great locations and staff, great comfort and food including gluten free options. We also enjoyed our visits to a Masai village and a Samburu village, great learnings for our teenage children. We then took the train to Mombasa and spent a few days at Diani beach which was very relaxing and beautiful and our drivers on those trips Jackson and Julius were friendly and knowledgeable. The true highlights of the tour were seeing all the animals and our chats with Paul, the 4 of us agreed this is our best family trip ever, the adventure of a lifetime and we already can’t wait to go again one day. So if you are thinking of booking a safari trip to Kenya or a number of other countries, then honestly look no further, Paul and Faith can organise the perfect trio for you. Shafino is a real expert and we learned a lot about the animals and nature of Tanzania.
We had a wonderful time on our safari with Shafino. Shafino is a true expert and in the Serengeti he was vale to spot all the animals and tell us fascinating stories about them and the nature surrounding us. Highly recommended!

I can not recommend Elephant Herd Safaris Enough. They created a personalized trip with everything that we wanted to experience & explore in South Africa. We wanted to experience Kruger & Sabi Sands private reserve & the accommodation they offered was outstanding 5 star with exceptional service & food. Our flight was delayed and it caused an issue with our itinerary but they were at the end of the phone helping me navigate new flights & changed our itinerary to ensure everything we wanted to do was still feasible with some amendments. Their communication was quick & tour guides were extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was truly a trip of a lifetime and I am so thankful I choose this company. The peace of mind for having everything organized and support when needed took the stress out planning the trip myself. I would highly recommend they really went out of their way to make this trip special.

Delivered above & beyond!! Gorillas a MUST see!!!
When I started looking for an African operator I was a bit nervous and went by the reviews so I hope this one can help others.
Whatever I can say of Lush Arican Safaris will come short. I had the best experience posible with them. I'll break it down.
Communications: Back and forth with Abbey was always smooth, clear and most importantly quick. Either by email or WhatsApp, he was always reachable and answered back. You can feel he knows every trip is special and treats it that way, very personal and warm. From the first quote, to the very last day and even beyond (they helped us recover my daughter's AirPods and took them to our hotel in Nairobi, thank you Flouzine and Jackson!) So I can say that they are TOTALLY RELIABLE.
Value for money: obviously African safaris are a bit on the expensive side but every dolar we payed was totally worth it. The experiences we had were unbelievable and once in a lifetime. They even upgraded us in a couple of hotels and lodges.
Service in Africa: This is also something that was just perfect and I might come short on my praises. The whole team is very profesional. The guide/drivers we were assigned in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania were just the best! They really know what they're doing and not only they treat you great, but they put us once and again in the best spots to enjoy the different sights and spectacles. Specially Derrick in Uganda and Joseph in Tanzania were not only real pros, but I can definitely say that we struck real friendships with them.
Finally, we took a12-Day Great Migration & Great Apes Safari (Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania). I might say that if either because of time or budget concerns you are deciding whether or not to visit the Gorilas in Uganda, it is a no brainer GO SEE THE GORILLAS. This was definitely the highlight of our whole trip, really something words can't describe and an experience that will forever remain in our minds.

Tall Masai Safari provided an amazing safari experience! Throughout our trip, their staff was polite and competent. Apodiformes delivered an excellent tour experience to us.
We went to Kenya for the first time and had a wonderful Safari trip. Apodiformes provided everything we needed and the staff including Janet and Nickson are superb. They are very courteous and accommodating. The hotels they booked for us are very nice. Meals are delicious. We will definitely recommend Apodiformes.

The best first safari experience!
We took a family trip of five with Benson Safari, and it was filled with joy and wonderful surprises, not only from the breathtaking beauty of Mother Nature, but also from the amazing people we met along the way.
From the very beginning, the booking process was smooth and stress-free. Grace and Benson were both incredibly patient and professional. They carefully listened to our needs and drafted a customized itinerary that perfectly fit our schedule.
Because we traveled across both Kenya and Tanzania, we had different guides in each country, and all of them are nice people to work with. Special thanks to Edmund and Obi, who are both knowledgeable, fun, patient, and wise. If you have the chance, I highly recommend spending as much time with each guide as possible. Through our conversations and shared moments, we came to appreciate not only their skill as guides, but also their depth as individuals. They shared insights that helped us avoid unnecessary hassles, and their exceptional talent for spotting wildlife made every game drive unforgettable.
This was our very first safari, and it truly exceeded our expectations. As we kept saying throughout the trip: we will definitely return for a second safari and when we do, Benson Safari will be our choice again.

They made our dream trip come true!
Taking my kids on a safari before they all start heading off to college has always been a bucket list item for me. I started looking into options, tours, etc. about a year ago and came across a post/review on a travel facebook page about Brilliant Adventures & Safaris. I looked at their website along with a few other companies and started making inquiries. Brilliant responded quickly (first) and Julieth (the person who assisted me through the entire process) was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions (and I had a lot) and made me feel comfortable booking and kept me informed along the way. I knew we were in good hands and made the right choice just on my interactions with her.
When we were set to leave for the trip, our flight was canceled due to weather and we were unable to rebook until 48 hours later. While we panicked, Brilliant jumped in and quickly got everything rearranged/rescheduled for our new travel times and had us all set - it was amazing and we were truly grateful that they made everything work for us.
As for the actual trip, everything went smoothly and just as we had hoped. Our pick ups were seamless, the accommodations were phenomenal, food was plentiful, etc. We chose to split our time between the Tanzania safari and Zanzibar beaches. For the safari, we had the BEST guide, Tuma. From the moment Tuma picked us up, he made us feel like new friends. He was funny, friendly, calm and just set us at ease. He made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see and he was so knowledgable about the history, the animals, etc. and talked us through everything. There's no doubt in my mind that we had the amazing time that we did because we had Tuma as our guide! We were honestly sad when we had to move on to Zanzibar because loved our time on the safari with Tuma.
As I mentioned, the accommodations were great. All of our lodges felt magical and exactly how we would have imagined. The safari car was spacious and we enjoyed the ride through the Serengeti almost as much as seeing the animals. Snacks were provided in the car and we never felt hungry or like we needed anything more on the trip.
Brilliant arranged our transfer flight to Zanzibar and all of our activities on the island as well. We enjoyed visiting prison island and snorkeling with the dolphins on the Mnemba Island activity. The resort in Zanzibar was just what we needed after the safari and we enjoyed relaxing, participating in dances, and seeing what the island had to offer.
This was our favorite family trip and Brilliant made it special for us - everything went perfectly and they handled it all. I cannot recommend them enough and am grateful I stumbled across the Facebook post/recommendation!

Fantastic planning and service, made the trip amazing and stress-free
Just returned from an 8 day trip coordinated by Morningstar Tours & Travel, specifically the 8-Day Wonders of Kenya and Tanzania Safari. The trip itself was absolutely phenomenal. Alice was our point person for coordinating the trip, and was extremely fast with responses to our queries, and quickly put together an exhaustive itinerary based on what our group of four wanted. When my flights coming into Nairobi were delayed 24 hours, she was quick to figure out a workaround so that I was able to easily join the rest of the group who arrived on time.
Over the course of the trip, we had three different guides (we switched guides and cars with each border crossing). All three, Willy, Jackson, and Antonio, were amazing. They were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and experts at navigating all of the parks we visited and the roads between each destination.
Overall, the trip was amazing, and all of the folks working with Morningstar were phenomenal, and took all of the stress out of planning and executing this trip. I felt like their prices were extremely reasonable, all of the planned accommodations were very, very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Morningstar to anyone considering a trip to Kenya or Tanzania!
