Excellent service made my safari experience a truly memorable one, exceeding my best expectations!!!
From the start Patricia, at the office, was very helpful with suggestions about planning the safari tour with regards to visiting different terrains and landscapes, safety and health issues as well as choice of accommodations and payment issues. Elliot and Johnson gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and made it very easy and straight forward to settle into the tour. Patrick, our personal guide, made the remainder of the tour an exceptional experience! He was always on the alert to see to our comfort and needs both during the long drives and at our accommodations, all of which were of excellent standard! Patrick is so knowledgeable about the abundant wildlife and the country's culture we witnessed on the tour ... it really was a tremendous learning experience!! It was very obvious that Patrick has a passion for wildlife and that he aims at giving his clients his super best!! Patrick is also very patient and stopped on request for the hundreds of photos we took :) He got to know us well enough to suggest places to visit which might interest us, like the elephant orphanage, the giraffe sanctuary and the hand-made bead factory, and he actually got us there on time in spite of the heavy traffic we encountered ...he has excellent driving skills!!
In a nutshell..... the experience by far exceeded my expectations and this is definitely due to the superb service offered by the Travel for Change team ..... they are tops in their line of work and highly trustworthy ...highly recommendable :) They made it an experience of a lifetime!!! thank you

Excellent Service
We chose Pembury because of the excellent reviews and so feel it only write to add our own.
From the initial plans to pulling together our bespoke initerary everything was handled very professionally.
In the end we booked but didn't go on our holiday due to personal circumstances.
Tammy couldn't have been more helpful or understanding about our situation and did everything to help ease the disappointment, including arranging a partial refund of our deposit.
When we are next thinking of booking we will definitely choose Pembury as the service has been exceptional.

Amazing safari with Nicholas!
I went to Kenya for the first time this year. At the beginning I was a little bit worried because I was going to a new country without knowing much about it and with my entire, numerous, family. Nicolas and Africa Vision safari were extremely kind and helped us choosing the right itinerary for that period of the year, they also shared many precious advices and they finally found the best solution for us. The safari itself was an amazing experience (masai Mara + tsavo) we were able to see a number of wild animals. The accommodation in the parks was also great and our guide friendly and competent. In sum, highly recommended!

Professional, great price and perfectly executed trip
Peter helped plan a busy trip (Kenya safari, visiting orphanage and a wedding proposal) with great care and quickly. The trip was wonderful from beginning to end. We particularly liked the care taken for the various ages of those in our group. Edward our driver was very personable, caring and made our experiences that much better. Would highly recommend.

It was amazing days from Windhoek to vic falls,where we have done an aditional game drive, a boat cruise and to finish a helicopter over vic falls ,one amazing safari end.
Marius was super with us all the time and it was pity Marius don't be with us until the end.

Great Safari Experience with Shinzelle Safaris

Brandon and Danielle are very professional, friendly
and very prepared about guiding you through the safari.
We had a fantastic impact since the beginning before booking it, the communication with Danielle was always very efficient and precise about any matter and it continued during the whole journey.
Danielle is a really good chef and she has prepared only dishes based on our preferences.We loved it.
She did a great job to make our self comfortable like in our own houses and we appreciated that very much.
Brandon is a professional guide, very prepared about wild animals living in the park and you can see he is doing his job because he loves it!
Thanks Brandon’s guidance and experience we were able to see all the Big 5 plus the magnificent 7 in few hours, which was an amazing experience!

We had the time of our life !
We three friends did the 9 nights Kenya safari from 23rd August 2017. The planning by Nadzua was impeccable and her correspondence prompt and polite. She along with our gude/tracker/driver Issac met us at JKIA Nairobi and we went on our way to Amboseli, Naivasha, Masai Mara and Nakuru (in that order). And what an experience it was - we saw the Big 5 repeatedly, thanks to Issac! This guy is high energy, knowledgeable and tireless. He would sniff out big and small animals where we would have found nothing.
The quintessential Kilimanjaro, Acacia and the Elephants at Amboseli was exactly as seen on TV. During our 2 nights stay, we saw a very large pride of about 25 lions which even the experienced guides and drivers said they had never seen before. Lake Naivasha with its Hippos (some of whom came grazing into the hotel lawns) were a delight to watch (albeit from a distance). Masai was a vast lanscape, teeming with wild life and we were lucky to catch the migration twice and even a zebra/crocodile drama (luckily the zebra escaped). We rounded off the trip with white & black rhinos and flamingoes at Nakuru - perhaps the most idyllic place amongst all that we saw.
The choice of lodges/hotels by Buymore were very good - full board. The choice of food at these places was wide and appetising. All the coordination work done by Nadzua was top class.
Issac (the Masai) is the guy to be with in Mara and some day if were to return or recommend to a friend, it would be him that we would insist upon as guide.

4-days safari- Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongou
Beautiful Parks with lots of wildlife! Geofrey the owner was quick to respond to emails and very accommodating. He arranged for late night airport pick-up and an extra night at Arusha Tourist Inn. Safari itself was well managed. The guides took us close to the animals. The cook prepared good meals and took care of my dietary restrictions.
For a camping safari, this was very well setup. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Geoffrey and his team for anyone looking to experience Tanzanian safaris!
