"A Safari Experience Beyond Expectations – Thanks to Steve and His Amazing Team!"
After researching many safari operators, I decided to book with Steve, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, Steve was incredibly responsive, answering every single question I had—trust me, there were many! His attention to detail and willingness to craft a safari experience that matched my exact requirements made all the difference. I was looking for small, boutique-style camps, preferably unfenced, and I wanted to take advantage of off-season specials. Steve delivered on all fronts, and more!
Our journey began in Samburu, where we stayed at the Elephant Bedroom Camp. The accommodation was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and we were surrounded by an amazing number of elephants—truly unforgettable. Next, we headed to Ol Pejeta, where we were lucky enough to see the rhinos up close. The experience was incredible, and it didn’t disappoint. From there, we ventured to Lake Nakuru, where we stayed at The Cliff. This place is a gem, offering stunning views over the lake and luxury accommodation that felt like a real treat.
The highlight of the trip was definitely the Maasai Mara. We stayed at the Ilkeliani Camp, one of our favorites of the trip. The camp’s staff spoiled us with impeccable service, and we were treated to a magical sundowner watching elephants cross the river as the sun set. The hot air balloon ride over the Mara was another breathtaking experience—perfect weather, with the added thrill of seeing buffalo chasing away lions in pursuit of their hunt.
Finally, we ended our safari in the Mara North at the beautiful Neptune Mara Camp. As with every other stop, the service was top-notch, and the experience was seamless from start to finish.
Our guide, Sammy, was exceptional. His knowledge of the wildlife and the landscape made the entire safari feel like a personalized adventure. He even managed to find the elusive leopard, which added an unforgettable moment to our trip.
I can’t recommend Steve and his team enough. Their attention to detail, fantastic customer service, and ability to craft a truly unique experience made this safari a trip of a lifetime. If you're looking for a personalized, high-quality safari experience, you can’t go wrong with this

Fredrick and especially our guide, Tom provided my wife and me an unforgettable honeymoon experience. Fredrick was available around the clock, putting together an incredible itinerary and selecting lodges that matched the destinations we wanted to explore. Tom was a true professional throughout our journey, ensuring every moment was enjoyable and seamless. After 6 days with Tom, he felt like family and could not have asked for a better guide and person to navigate our adventure.
While I had some initial concerns due to a few negative reviews, I can confidently say that Fredrick and Tom exceeded our expectations and delivered on every promise.

From start to finish Africa Zim Travel made sure every detail was perfect.
The excellent service provided by Africa Zim Travel & Tours began well before my daughter and I stepped foot in Africa. Pamela and Sharon provided prompt answers to the myriad of questions I had before the trip started. They were super responsive and that was very much appreciated since we had never been to Africa before.
Our driver and guide on the trip, Mhto, was outstanding. He has a great nature and was kind and very nice to spend time with. He also communicated the itinerary, departure times, what we should expect to see, and answered our numerous questions with the utmost professionalism. We also enjoyed his good humor.
The variety of activities greatly appealed to us as we traveled through Namibia, into Botswana, and Zimbabwe. Africa Zim Travel did a super job of mixing it up so that we didn’t tire of any one activity. This suited us well.
There is a bit of time in the car on this itinerary so if you are a person who doesn’t enjoy a couple of 5 hour days in the car (on many unpaved roads), it may not be the right tour for you. However, for us, being able to see the country as it really is (as much as that is possible as a tourist) and seeing the rural areas and how people live was just as important an experience as visiting the national game parks, the dunes, the falls, the seals, etc.
Value for the money was great. We had nice accommodations and the meals were almost always wonderful.
I highly recommend this agency and we will definitely be using them again when we come back to Africa.

Our African safari adventure was absolutely unforgettable! Francis, our guide, truly made this journey extraordinary with his exceptional knowledge and warm personality. His passion for wildlife was contagious as he expertly explained animal behaviors, ecosystem dynamics, and local cultural insights throughout our game drives. We felt completely safe under his responsible guidance, yet constantly thrilled by his ability to track magnificent creatures - from majestic lion prides to graceful giraffes silhouetted against golden sunsets. What impressed us most was how Francis patiently answered countless questions while ensuring we experienced both iconic species and hidden safari gems. The perfect blend of education, excitement, and breathtaking landscapes made this safari truly spectacular. Amazing safari!
Edwin and his fantastic team arranged an amazing private safari for us in the Okavango Delta. Our camp was set up at the Kaziikini Community Camp and over two days we went on many game drives and a Mokoro tour on the river. The camp setup and food was excellent, and Edwin was extremely knowledgeable about the area's flora and fauna, which made the game drives really fun and interesting. I would happily recommend Keya for any safari arrangements.

Rochar Africa Expeditions is an operator with great responsibility and care for their guests.
Luckily, our tour operator is Miss Isabella.
I originally booked the trip for July and after making the down payment, I decided to postpone the trip to October because of the protests breaking out in the end of June and I was concerned with the safety issue, especially when I took my son, a little boy with me.
Miss Isabella totally understood my concerns and immediately helped rearrange the trip.
The first day we met the beginning of October, she hopped on the land cruiser to ride with us for about one and half an hour, although the driver and tour guide Jackson was there with us. I was thinking she just took a ride to somewhere but later she told us she just wanted to be with us talking with us to make sure everything is ok, and she hopped off in a stopover and alone called for a motorbike taxi back to Nairobi.
That is just a surprising beginning of a perfect trip from Amboseli to Tsavo, to Diani beach. From Tsavo, we took the train to Diani and from Mombasa we took the flight back to Nairobi. Every transitions Isabella arranged are smooth. More, all the hotels or lodges she arranged for us are within the national parks, all the best location.
The 8 - day trips are more than what we expected, especially compared with our another 5 - day trip we booked from another company from Nakuru to Masai Mara, which is a little disappointing. Although we have paid high price, the other company arranged all our stays outside the park (much lower prices compared with the hotels and lodges inside the park ). The only good thing about the last part of our trip is we magically found our tour guide is still Jackson.
As I have lost my mail account I used to connect with Rochar Africa Expeditions and Miss Isabella due to complex reasons after returning to China, I would like to send my best wishes to Rochar and Isabella hereby.
