Blue Crane Safaris planned our trip with knowledge of Namibia that made our trip fantastic!
5/5

My daughter and I planned the trip relying on Blue Crane Safaris to pick our Safari experiences and Lodges/hotels that turned out way better than what we expected. The years of experience and their connections made our trip unbelieveable…We were upgraded at one of the Lodges - nicest places we have ever stayed in. I believe it was because of Blue Cranes reputation that made the upgrade possible. Our Guide seemed to know everyone, Moses varied background at lodges and guiding was evident throughout the trip.

Two Adventurous Safaris
5/5

We had two-day trips with African Bush Explorers. Both were nice experiences. Dawood, our driver was reliable, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. We thought the tours were great for the amount of money. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun safari without going broke.

We have seen the big five with Assad
5/5

We literally had the greatest Safari experience ever with Assad! At the beginning, we thought the low wet season (May 2025) would not give us the best experience we could ask for. On the contrary, it was wonderful season. We have seen the big five including a group of lions chasing a giraffe. The scene was of course wild, but amazing to watch. It was green and didn’t rain a lot or heavily, perhaps we were lucky. Assad was very initiative explaining many things about the animals and the wildlife and helpful when asking him. Richard was a very professional chef who tagged us along during our entire 3 day trip in Serengeti and Ngorongoro from Arusha. We had the greatest time ever!! I totally recommend making the trip with Assad and Richard! The hyena approaching our lodges/tents was a bit scary at first, but it was real fun at the end!! So don’t hesitate and go ahead and book the trip!

A truly life-changing experience!
5/5

...is there a 6 star out of 5 rating? :)

We were introduced to Early Kingfisher Safaris via our photography guide, who organized a private family trip for us in April 2025. From the very first introduction to Sam and co-guide Paul at the airport in Kasane (Botswana), we knew we were in the best of hands. Every detail we could have anticipated – and so many others we never would have thought of – were taken care of at an incredibly high level.
The Toyota Land Cruisers used for the daily game drives were incredibly comfortable, easy to get into, with plenty of space for people and gear. They were fitted with flaps and other weather/dust protection that Sam designed himself and that we only needed once on a very dusty road. Blankets were provided for chilly mornings, but rarely used.

Game drives: Sam is an exceptionally well-known resource throughout the Chobe/Khwai/Savuti/Maun areas and an incredible tracker – as is Paul, our co-guide. Their years of study/certification and experience are readily evident. They were generous in showing us tracks, identifying differentiators between lions, leopards, hyenas, wild dogs…and showing the difference between the front and hind feet of elephants. Through their efforts and expertise, we experienced a “6 leopards before lunch” extravaganza of sightings!! They willingly stopped so we could photograph all kinds of wildlife (lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, impala (and so many other kinds of antelope, huge numbers of birds)) and were generous in their knowledge, identifying random birds, plants, and other items based on our questions. We tasted baobab fruit, wild cucumber and watermelon, and marula fruit – which only deepened our appreciation for Botswana. Early Kingfisher Safaris is an apt description, with morning game drives beginning at ~6:00 AM and afternoon drives at ~4:00 PM; the times are perfectly attuned for fantastic light (for photographers) and peak activity time for most of the animals and birds. We were on the trail before most, and well before groups from the various lodges – at times, we felt we had the entire area to ourselves, which was magical. You’ll look forward to the early start times! And – morning tea at “Sam’s Café” (tea, biscuits, rusks) as a break during the early game drive is an experience not to be missed!!

Camp life: What an epic experience! From being welcomed into camp with song, which brought tears to my eyes, to the incredible kindness of everyone in camp, the experience was one delight after another. The tents were spacious, so wonderfully comfortable, and filled with unexpected touches. Towels were folded into surprise designs each day, we had our own ‘bathroom’ at the back of the tent with a hanging shower, wash basins, and our individual vault privy. Laundry disappeared during the day only to return in the late afternoon, washed and folded and smelling of sunshine (we didn’t anticipate this!). We were woken each morning with warm wash water and greeted each evening with warm water for a shower after our game drives. Bara and BZ, the camp butlers, greeted us upon each return from a game drive with a damp washcloth to clean our face and hands, and were wonderfully gracious during our meals. BZ’s napkin designs each evening were a source of joy and something we all looked forward to…an impala, a cobra – so creative!

Speaking of the meals – wow! Chef PK is a magician in the kitchen, and spoiled us terribly. Her bread was amazing and is greatly missed now that we’ve returned home. Each meal was truly exceptional. And, who would have expected pre-dinner drinks (wine, G&T) around a fragrant fire, recapping the day. The farewell songs and dance at the end of our time in camp was wonderful and somewhat bittersweet knowing we were saying goodbye to our time in Botswana.

If you have the good fortune to experience Botswana with Sam and his team at Early Kingfisher Safaris, you will have a wonderfully life-changing experience and you’ll count yourself incredibly lucky.

very well organized.
5/5

I cannot say enough about how well organized our trip was and that's a huge thank you to Compass Odyssey. The communication between Compass and all venues we went to was amazing, we just showed up and everything was ready for us. Darren and crew planned everything. Accommodations were great at all camps; food was amazing, all staff amazing, and guides were excellent and very well informed. Seeing all the wildlife up close is a feeling you can't describe, I was truly blown away. I would love to do this again someday. Thankyou Compass Odyssey for everything.

5/5

I and my husband booked 8 Days wheelchair accessible safari and I can surely say it was an incredile experience. I was looking for a Tanzanian local tour operator, and Joagro Safaris Tanzania was the perfect fit for us especialy my husband who is using a wheelchair. Our guide, Peter was superb and knowledgeable about wildlife and Tanzania in General. We shared a lot about culture and life in Tanzania and Maasai.

Everything is beyond expectations.
5/5

Dosasha is a very conscientious agency. One day, I complained to them that there were too many people in the vehicle. The next day, I was transferred to a new vehicle with only two people. They are very efficient. Also, their prices are very competitive.

My incredible first time in East Africa
5/5

I had the best time. I decided on this on a whim and Kimberly came through. She even greeted us at the entrance of the national park with refreshments for the trip. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. I will definitely go again

It's never too late to start your Tanzania adventure with Gosheni.
5/5

The six-day trip to Tanzania was absolutely fantastic and unforgettable and is definitely gonna be my NO.1 travel highlight of 2025. Going with Gosheni was probably the best decision we made.

Gosheni demonstrated professionalism from start to finish. They totally got what my friend and I wanted for our personalized itinerary and sorted it out quick and easy. That was a huge help in getting our trip off the ground smoothly. And our guide throughout the trip, Laban, just made the whole experience even more awesome.

Laban is an outstanding guide. Right from the start, he was so welcoming and thoughtful. He made us feel right at home in Tanzania, where the local culture and nature blend together so beautifully. Along the way, he methodically introduced us to the history, cultural and fascinating details about the animals of Tanzania, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and we learned so much. And Laban's extensive experience always allowed us to spot animals hiding in the grass or under the shade of trees at the earliest opportunity, and he'd help us capture those thrilling moments from the best angles. It had to say that Safari is a journey filled with random surprises, and having a guide like Laban double the luck. Moreover, one thing I really admire about him is his genuine love for his job and his real respect for nature and wildlife. That's the kind of attitude everyone should have when they‘re seeking to understand, explore and coexist with nature.

All in all, it was an incredibly memorable trip. I highly recommend Gosheni and Laban once again. It's nice to meet you guys again!
